Had some friends in from Houston and wanted to treat them to an ultra delicious dinner in a fine dining restaurant. Naturally we took them here as the ambiance, service and food are all over the top. Don Adam was our waiter and he provided excellent service. We selected the Wagyu Flat Iron Steak, Grilled Colorado Filet O' Beef and 2 orders of Scallops. All were done to perfection. The wine list is also superb so it was very easy to pair to the wide variety of our order. If you are looking for a place that has delicious food and beverage and awesome service then this is where you want to be.

Service was amazing. Sat inside by the fire and the ambiance was so warming and comfortable. The trout warm dip was out of this world. Served with pita bread, veggies, and pickled asparagus. Also served with artichoke dip. So yummy! Crab Benedict (I did not get, but I tried) it was too fishy for me. Veggie omelet with goat cheese was delicious and creamy. Deviled eggs were good as well. Wish they would have mentioned the bottomless mimosas. Had to ask after we had already ordered a Bellini and beer.

A great place to have brunch. Especially when the weather permits sitting outside. Food was tasty but service was slowwww. Our guy basically ignored us for a good 40 minutes and when I asked to get a refill on the coffee, I didn't get it, until I called another server to help.

They also offer meads, mulled cider, and an entirely new food menu that pairs perfectly with the drinks. There's clearly a lot of thought going into the experience now. We also heard a new deck area is coming soon, plus plans for a paella night--which honestly sounds amazing and gives us even more reason to come back. If you haven't been to Snowy Peaks recently, it's absolutely worth another visit. They're doing great things and it's becoming a must-stop spot in Estes Park.

Maybe rightly so as their specialized ingredients are harder to get. We sat inside this time though we used to go mostly mid summer and sit out. The patio was jam full last night so we ate inside where it was quite empty early evening during happy hour. My husband had the happy hour special of the evening, a very large serving of large mussels with grilled sourdough and a lucious broth. We also had some small plate tapas and I mostly grazed those. I love Bocarones and they do it so well though for me last night, the peppers were a bit too spicy. But I got the majority of the little fishies, my husband the peppers.. We also had the tortilla papas and the charred Hazel Dell mushrooms which were excellent. The little salad topping on the tortilla was full of specialty greens like fennel fronds and pea shoots. The mushrooms has a warm egg yolk on top to stir into the dressing which was tasty. We finished with their flan which was as good as my Spanish born neighbor made in my youth. I had a very nice tea with it. I was originally going to knock off a star for pricing but honestly, I don't think they have much option these days. But sadly we will go less frequently in the future.

I'd bookmarked Gemini for my visit to Boulder, in part because of its reputation, and also because it's VERY vegetarian-friendly and my husband doesn't eat meat. My faves: - ***Harvest Ratatouille - If you don't order this, you're a fool! ok, that may be harsh, but this dish was hearty perfection. A must-order. - Roasted Cauliflower - Tomato Crostini - ***Caramel flan - Don't sleep on this dessert. I've had MANY flans and this is among the best. We also ordered martinis (full bar) and they were great! Overall, an absolute favorite spot in Boulder. I'll be recommending to any friends traveling that way!

They had organic wine, women-owned wines, sweet wines, international wines, and more! Our group reserved a surprise for our bride to do a saber champagne pop, and the team was amazing putting together the surprise for her! They even filmed the whole thing with one of our phones to capture the moment. Some of the amazing staff that worked with us included: Zoey (our wonderful, very attentive waitress), Nina, Shelby (one of the owners), and JD (who helped video our bride and our group popping some champagne). It was great to see owners so involved with the customer experience and who really supports and uplifts their staff.

We also got the focaccia bread which I felt was kind of greasy. I didn't even dip it in the oil cause it had enough oil in its own. We also got the margherita flatbread, but that didn't feel like a flatbread at all. The bread was thick and made it feel more like a pizza. The taste was good so I won't knock it completely, but I wouldn't be calling that a flatbread. Service was great, just a shame the food doesn't live up to expectations. I'd probably stick to the wine and charcuterie which were the best things I had.
