Might be useful knowledge if trying to time an entry here. ANYWAYS. The food. Phenomenal. So good. I stuck with standard fried chicken (ie not Nashville, not spicy) and it was amazing. Salty, well brined, flavorful. It even held up amazingly well cold out of the fridge the next day. Some of the best fried chicken I've had in years. The fries were insanely good as well. The greens (one of the side choices) were not my thing as they didn't have a lot of flavor. The only miss of the evening. My oldest enjoyed her burger, and my youngest thought the chicken was too spicy (read: peppery) but they've been uber picky lately so take that with a grain of salt (or pepper). Had a lovely cocktail here as well, called the Sunday Christian: Gin, Cocchi Americano, Bianco Vermouth, and orange bitters.
