This is one of the best brunch restaurants in Holland. Work breakfast and got to sit in a lovely window overlooking the street. Great, friendly, and efficient service and high quality food. I've never been disappointed. Will definitely be back.

Had a great breakfast here. I had the chicken and apple hash with two eggs and a biscuit. My friend had the yogurt with fruit bowl and a biscuit. Everything was delicious! The inside is cute with several tables. Service was friendly but on the slow side.

Great service and delicious food We came across this restaurant searching online. It is in a cute little section of town with a few other small businesses. There was a wait since it was tulip festival time. We explored the other shops while waiting and popped back in to wait for our table. They have an assortment of unique breakfast combinations. I went with the Benedict with a twist. It has chorizo and a special sauce. My husband had the bangers and mash. Everything was fresh and the biscuits were delicious.

Our family decided to stop in here for a cute little breakfast date and we're not disappointed. We tried a wide variety of breakfast dishes and over all everything was really good. We really liked the French toast and biscuits and gravy. Both were fire! Service was solid as well. Overall this is a cute little breakfast spot that we will be back to

Such a good place for breakfast, starting with killer coffee and wonderful service with a smile. We had the biscuits and gravy and it was solid, with some eggs and chorizo because we were not going to miss the chance to have freshly made chorizo from across the street! We also had a beautiful plate of French toast, mascarpone cheese and berries - to die for! Thinking about going back and repeat because it was so delicious!

This was such a great local breakfast spot. Our server was very sweet and brought everything out to us quickly and accurate to what we ordered. Inside is more of an eclectic farm house vibe and is quite cozy. I ordered the eggs Benedict and my wife had the apple scramble and we both loved our meals. If you're in the neighborhood, you have to check it out!

Very nice quaint atmosphere In a small corner of town. The atmosphere is very nice and reminds me of a small town while being in a moderately sized one. The food is from scratch and there's homemade. Obviously the biscuits are the main attraction and our homemade as well. The biscuits are nice fluffy and very tasteful. It did take a long time today to get a waitress over to ask us about drinks. It took so long our food came out first. All we asked for was a coffee, coffee drink, and 2 waters. Fine service after that.

Great food in a quaint little area of Holland. Highly recommend. I had a special scramble with spinach, artichokes and goat cheese. It was amazing!

Service was good and food was quick. We only waited a a short time to get a table. Disappointed in the food. It was good but nothing to write home about.

Service and food was amazing. There is a reason it's called The Biscuit. I've never had a biscuit so good.

AVOID RYAN AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more i love the 205 so so much as a hope college student, and their avocado toast is a godsend. however, i now know to avoid going when ryan is there. he is extremely rude, unkind, and unprofessional. every single time i've seen him, he is either snapping at somebody or complaining about his job to everyone who can hear him (which is crazy because i think he's an owner??). some people are just not meant to have front-facing, customer service jobs and that's okay! he is scatterbrained and will burn your toast, forget you have to pay, and huff & puff when HE has to retype YOUR ORDER because he forgot to take the payment. i stood there with cash in my hands for five minutes after he walked away, to the point where others in the line behind me started laughing at the absurdity of his behavior. he also constantly has an attitude, yells at customers for mundane reasons, and consistently mixes up orders. otherwise the 205 is perfect! it is so upsetting that one person really ruins the place this much. 5 stars for food & ambience, 1 star for ryan... evens out to like 3 stars.

The menu covers a lot of food options, and their desserts are pretty delicious Got a brulatte and the slightly chewy sugar topping is quite fun! Classic cold brew is also very solid. Reasonable prices for food and drinks as well. It can get REALLY busy though, so be patient. Especially busy in the morning on the weekend. It was fine during the daytime during the weekday. I bought some merch as well as food, including chocolate covered blueberries and a cute dog collar for my new puppy! (See picture). Got breakfast here twice and got the kids breakfast quesadilla, which was big enough for 2 people, in my opinion. Bowerman's on 8th is a love letter to the humble blueberry, written in the language of warm lattes, fresh pastries, and shelves overflowing with jars that seem to bottle summer itself. As someone with a dairy allergy, coffee shops can sometimes feel like places built for everyone else. But here there was kindness in the details--different milk options, thoughtful choices, and the feeling that everyone should be able to enjoy a good cup of coffee. Traveling from out of state, this was one of the places I circled on my map, hoping reality would match the stories. Somehow, it was even better. The blueberry latte was the kind of drink that slows time. Bright and refreshing, sweet without trying too hard, tasting like a morning walk through a Michigan orchard after the rain. Around me were cases filled with treats and shelves stacked with jams, syrups, and every blueberry creation imaginable, each one carrying a little piece of the region's soul. There is something beautiful about a place that chooses one simple thing and perfects it. Bowerman's does not merely sell coffee--it celebrates harvests, local traditions, and the quiet joy of gathering around a table. You leave with a warm cup in your hands, a bag of blueberry treasures under your arm and a feeling of satisfaction. Some places are worth the drive. Some are worth the hype. Bowerman's on 8th is both.
