I've been going to Erik for about a year now for all of my hair coloring needs :) I came in with mostly dark virgin Asian black hair and wanted something like an ombre/balayage. He was able to get my hair very light in the first session, note that this took many hours. I came back again to get my ends brightened up and I love it! Now I go in for maintenance, root shadows etc. He's very fairly priced for the OC area. I used to have to go to LA to get my hair colored/lightened, so I'm glad I found someone closer to where I live who's capable and more reasonably priced :) The selfie photo was after my 1st session. The 2nd photo in the yellow dress was after it grew out a bit, so a root shadow was added and then the ends were lightened further (I also got it trimmed). read more

I finally decided I wanted to try extensions and I asked Erik if he would do them. I've gotten them installed/moved up a few times now and he does a great job!!! They look so natural and blend really well with my natural hair. All I can say is WOW!!! Erik is angel sent from the hair gods!! Never have I had a stylist that was so attentive and thorough with our consultation so immediately I felt very confident and trusted in him. Eric is one of the best hair stylists I've ever been to. I'm so glad I found him and highly recommend him. Eric has been doing my hair for a year and a half. After the first cut I knew I had found someone truly special- someone that understands hair, contemporary style, and what his customer wants.
