On this trip I had the Salmon Kushiyaki -- teriyaki, crispy skin, and broccolini gomae -- and it was excellent. The staff was friendly, service was smooth, and they also have a solid beer selection. The highlight of the evening was the Wagyu steak topped with cheesy potato croquettes. It was cooked to perfection and so tender it practically melted in your mouth. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor and was one of those dishes you continue talking about long after the meal is over.
