We stopped in a beer and we're totally surprised that there are no beers on tap. All cans and bottles. So that's the reason for our disappointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is great - nice patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking mostly for motorcycles. Service is at the bar and it was fine.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a fantastic haven for bikers[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], [[HIGHLIGHT]]People smoking cigarettes and cigars can be quite bothersome[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], [[HIGHLIGHT]]Music was uplifting but the place is definitely catered to a diverse crowd[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely not for me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

You'll feel like a local Creeker when you pull up to the bar at The Hideaway. Dawn, our bartender, has been working there for 20 years and definitely knows her frequent locals well. Dollar bills, photos, stickers, and knick knacks cover every inch of walls and ceiling. It's a cool, laid-back hangout. I haven't tried any food but lots of bottle and can drink options as well as a full bar The Hideaway opened in 1998 to let bikers escape the city with a beautiful desert drive and drinks. It has become a well-known spot for locals and bikers from across the country. Bike week in Cave Creek is huge, and the Hideaway is the place to be!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It's got a fun ambience, really friendly service and the food is shockingly good[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . Their Southwest burger is always perfectly made and super tasty. The food service can be a little bit slow. It's just one person cooking most of the time. Drinks and food are reasonable price

Best place we get to go to every year! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good food, perfect service and wildly entertaining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

After a 40 mile Harley ride, we ended up here to eat. I already knew my options were few & had no issues at all with a salad & fries. Our Wednesday outing was celebrated with $5 Burgers & Fries with live music. THG is also known for their pizzas & offers daily specials - Taco Tuesdays, Wing Night Mondays & Happy Hour M-F from 3P-6pm. Even without the specials, the prices are still easy on your pockets. Seating is first come first serve & the four of us lucked up on the huge fire pit. You place your order at the bar/kitchen window & have to listen carefully for your name to call so you can pick up your food. Dope vibes, shiny bikes on display & good/fun service amongst this melting pot of motorcycle riders...I dig their mantra "There Are No Strangers Here, Just Friends You Haven't Met Yet!" The Hideaway Grill is definitely not your average biker joint & I highly recommend stopping in if you are ever in the Cave Creek area.

High end, Bad ass, Dive bar with good food that feels like an old school biker bar. Lots of seating and they have a totally great vibe going on here. I understand they also have live bands that play often and the overall setup of the place rocks! I can see why this is a locals favorite dive bar! Too much to say positive about this spot, so check out my photos, and come check it out for yourself! I recommend this place for all fun people and bar seekers! You will not regret it unless you end up having too much fun, taking shots like a superstar, dancing nude on one of the bar tops, and pass out somewhere between "dude where's my car, and No officer I always walk around with no cloths on"! Even then, you still might not regret it. lol Good times, have fun, be safe!

Super fun bar for a night out in cave creek! Staff is helpful and nice, plus the prices are right for drinks. Love the indoor-outdoor vibe. Great live music too!

Sat @the bar, because of Nicole was running the show @the bar & patio. Nicole is AWESOME, she is super friendly, welcoming & attentive to everyone's needs. A lot of seating, terrific decor keeps you entertained. Nicole suggested the biker BLT saying it was spicy. It's not but I have a high tolerance for spicy, so maybe it is ‍ but I will tell you it's SPECTACULAR! The seasoning, flavor & texture of the homemade (maple jalapeno) bacon just leaves you wanting more.. The French fries are terrible (frozen & not cooked long enough) The BLT was so good the fries could have been straight out of the freezer, still frozen & I would still give 4 stars. Parking in the rear for cagers, plenty of bike parking up front. Very chill & gritty place, love it.

Really? Covid19 and you're running your business like this?
Jenifer R.

Covid19 and social distancing does not work here. Unbelievable. It's really sad that people are not staying in and it's even worse when the Hideaway isn't doing it's part.

Fish tacos need a side for the price they charge. Get a big burger with fries for the same price or even cheaper...

Crummy food, dirty bathrooms with no doors, for a place that considers themselves world renown - a crappy little hole in the wall.

As I entered the café, I saw a regular who hangs out there all the time. After I ordered, I joined him. I ordered a blueberry smoothie and a blueberry muffin. I do enjoy the taste of blueberries. Both orders were very good. Their homemade muffins have a strudel top. Yum! They also make a nice moist scone. Very relaxing to sit in there. They have regular tables and chairs or high tops. There is also a couch if you prefer that. Of course they have their outdoor seating and many people were doing that as well. Even for a Sunday it was fairly crowded. Free refills on their regular drinks. Shared parking lot.

The first time I stopped in for a glass of wine just to check it out -- they were about to close, but the staff was so kind and welcoming. I even saw a roadrunner on the patio, which honestly felt like the perfect Arizona welcome moment I went back yesterday after a 4-mile hike at Jewel of Cave Creek and had a turkey, avocado, and bacon sandwich with chips -- simple but absolutely delicious. Fresh, satisfying, and exactly what I needed after being out on the trails. Prices are very reasonable too. The vibe here is what makes it special. It's busy but relaxed, cozy but open, and you order at the counter which keeps everything easy and casual. They offer coffee, wine, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and more -- perfect for a quick bite or a chill afternoon. I especially love the setting surrounded by the little Cave Creek shops. It has such a peaceful, welcoming energy and is a great spot to sit outside, enjoy lunch, and soak in the Arizona sunshine. Whether you're hiking nearby or just exploring the area, this is a wonderful place to stop. I'll definitely be back

My wife and I took her sister here for lunch. She is from Washington state, so she has had seafood…read morethat is about as fresh as you can get. We started with drinks. The dirty birdy and whiskey buck were such a hit we had a few. The appetizers we tried were delicious. The seared ahi tasted yummy and the pork belly with its crunchy exterior was gobbled up quick. We then tried the cauliflower and steamed clams. The broth for the clams was so good, we asked for more bread to sop it up. The cauliflower was yummy and everything on the plate was eaten up. The girls were full after that, but I wanted to try the beet salad. Have to say, one of the best I've ever had. Beets, arugula, goat cheese, walnuts (I think) and Orange slices with a tasty vinaigrette. Although the girls were 'full', they saw that and had to try it. Nothing left in that bowl as well. Overall, very pleasantly surprised and will for sure return to try other items on the menu. Service was great btw! My wife and I will certainly be back!

There is something on the menu for everyone, and it's all delish! Whether you're looking for some small plates to share or a full on meal, they have it all. The vibe is fresh and welcoming. Not pretentious. One of the owners has stopped by our table every visit, just to say hi and thank us for coming. It felt genuine and unforced. If we lived closer, this would be our #1 go-to joint. That we have to make an effort to visit and still do says it all. Enjoy!!!
