I'm very impressed. I called The Hitch House yesterday morning to describe my problem of the 5th wheel hitch in my truck hiting the bed rails. Larry said he'd need to look at the truck and trailer and asked if I could bring it by TODAY. I parked in front of the shop, Larry came out, looked at the problem, then asked me to pull the rig into his service area. As a female, I suggest that Larry the Owner comes into current times and gets some idea on how to serve women. After all, we are here to stay!! i needed a tow hitch for my truck and payed him a visit at his place. Since it was a new vehicle I believe he had some issues figuring out what equipment the truck needed. All he had to do was suggest I bring the truck in or maybe I provide the VIN number to make it clearer for him. Instead, after several nonproductive phone calls and the in person visit, he told me I was wasting his time by what he called " too much fish in and out of the water". I recently purchased a Toyota Matrix, but it didn't have a hitch to tow my toys around. I shopped online and found a hidden hitch that would fit perfect with my ground effects.
