    I was looking for a saw and IBRAHIM kindly offered to help me cut the wood I'm getting. What a nice and respectful man! People like him deserve a raise. I wish I could give him a 100-star review. Kudos to you, brother!

    Located in Woodbury Town Center. Plenty of parking in the front. I often come here and visit the garden session to buy fresh flowers for myself or as gifts today I was looking for outdoor hummingbird feeders and they had a large selection. I picked a few fancy ones and also picked up hummingbird solution, which really is just melted sugar water with red dye. I also got a few begonias and roses to spice up my front garden. Garden staff is pretty friendly and nice if you're looking for help with loading in your car, you will have to wait as the staff that they call can take up to 10 minutes to get to you. I also noticed that you can pay and purchase small items at customer service. Overall a good hardware store as well. They have a wide selection of paints, carpets, and lumber for sale. One less star as sometimes it is hard to find anyone to ask questions or even help at the carpet section or flooring section. Plenty of garden staff thought so you have to ask them to page someone to meet you at a specific department.

    If I had to choose between many other hardware stores, my choice always falls on Home Depot. Why? Because every time I go there, I quickly find what I need, head to the checkout, pay, and leave. Also, if something doesn't work out, you can easily return it the next day or whenever it's convenient for you. Right now, I bought a TV box for $40 - great price, especially since I have a very thin, fragile TV and I'm moving tomorrow. I really hope it helps. That's why I recommend Home Depot to everyone. The staff is always helpful, the prices are affordable, and there are plenty of locations

    We wanted to get a Christmas tree and although I'm always about going to the little Christmas tree patches that bring trees from Colorado and that's what we were going to do, we got to the location and they weren't ready, they had construction going on and had trees set up but they looked less than, and priced twice the price of what you should, anywho, We left that place and came to Home Depot, here they had a section for the trees and really nice guys that helped us out! Overall a great experience and our tree was 7 ft and not priced like it was dipped in white gold

    They have a kids workshop on the first Saturday of every month. The supplies are provided for free and it is a great opportunity for parents and kids to bond over building a nifty wooden craft. Signing up online is futile because they do not take attendance when you arrive and the supplies are given out on a first come first serve basis. The event is from 9-12 but they were out of supplies at 11am which meant a disappointed toddler

    Unevenly cut plywood panels (~$144 for both)

    This review is specifically for this Home Depot store (Irvine Blvd). I used to live by a Home Depot where the employees seemed to have the entire store memorized. Beyond this, they themselves were skilled in trades to some level and they always took their job at Home Depot very seriously. Ever since moving to this area, I've definitely felt the shortcomings of this Home Depot's customer service (Irvine Blvd). Of these experiences, I've had to wait long times just to get help on slow days. Rarely do workers know where anything is. And I've had instances where some workers don't even know basic tool names. For example, I came in one day and ask where I can find digital calipers. The worker looked at me and asked what calipers were... Despite all this, I never really felt the need to leave a review as I ended up just figuring things out myself. This day, however, I purchased two higher end plywoods for about $144, to use as a platform for my bed. I measured everything twice to make sure I had it all right. I asked an employee to cut the panels for me and he politely did so. The individual was very cordial and not rude or anything. I only ran into issues once I got home and attempted putting the panels down to ensure they fit before I treated the edges. Not only were the lengths wrong, which interferes with my drawers closing, but they were also crooked. I ended up having to cut the wood panels myself, as best as I could, considering they were crooked and I couldn't depend on simply measuring edges. This was amongst my less unpleasant experiences here, and I can't even get expensive wood cut straight. Compared to where I used to shop at before, it very much feels like there's no pride taken in providing good customer service. Beyond this, most employees just don't seem to have basic applicable skills or attention to detail given the environment they're working in. Not all, but definitely most I've encountered.

    Ordered a dining set. It delievered damaged. I initiated a return on Tuesday and they never got back to me. Now I have to hold these bulky boxes over the weekend. I'm worried they will charge me for a broken dining set.

    I called to verify if tool was available for rent, held for 5 minutes on the phone then got hung up on. Called back and the young ladies on the phone said that she could check for me. Another 10 minutes on the phone she came back to say yes we have 3 available. I asked what size and she put me on hold again for 10 minutes and came back to say no that tool is not available. I decided to drive to the store 50 minutes on my way to the job. The tools were available so she lied and that's just a waste of time on the phone. She should just have someone that knows how to search inventory and not lie to customers just to get them off the phone. Also it's rude to hang up on a customer that has been on hold for a long time.

He arranged for the delivery and made it happen within 2 days, on Christmas Eve! José and Luis managed the delivery and installation so smoothly, it brought me to tears.
