This afternoon with a long list we ventured to Home Depot. Not only was this my best experience at any Home Depot, it was one of my best experiences this week! The people seem so nice here and especially a lady called Maria. She helped us load some giant bags of soil and pushed one of the carts to a very nice cashier. Then, she helped us put to the car and helped load everything. She was absolutely amazing!!! I would be happy to come back and see such happy people. There has been a huge change at Home Depot and anyone who hasn't shopped here for a while, I absolutely recommend you try shopping g here again!! Maria, thank you so much!! Service here was ok. Someone asked if I needed something, I asked, but they pointed me in the wrong direction. Selection was adequate. There were some things on sale, but for the things I needed for my project, I felt it could be cheaper elsewhere. Atmosphere - Consistent. Service - N/A, self-service, so great. Grabbed my own product and self checked out. In and out in 5 minutes to make my 2pm appointment. Price - $60; typically a low price leader, but the product I bought today I think the manufacturer has a price control on it. Almost the same price everywhere else. But HD (and Costco) has one of the best return policies, so if there are issues, it is easy for an exchange or return. Thank you. I was in the store around 1pm on Saturday and I was looking at the Halloween stuff this one guy in the orange vest was tall with Curley hair I think he is a manger because he was just walking around talking with the other employes and he ignored me walking by me twice while he was on his personal phone laughing like he was talking with his friend's making plans for a party. Are you like me? You lost that 10mm socket AGAIN? Don't come to this store because they lost all their 10mm sockets too. 1/4" drive gone - 3/8" gone - 1/2", you guessed it, gone. Was also in the market for a 12mm socket that I had planned on losing later in the day. I bought the last 1/4" and 1/2" ones on the pegs even though I would have preferred a 3/8". I did give two stars because the restroom would have been available if I had to go and most of the self-checkout kiosks were operational. read more

They profile...I was in line to pay for my items when the employee monitoring the self check out stations grabbed my shopping cart and started scanning my items. I told him I didn't need help and he ignored me and continued to scan my stuff to the point of pushing the buttons on the screen for me. I looked around and noticed the other employee there in that area was doing the same thing for someone else with darker skin. I noticed the non minorities were allowed to scan their own items. Just to be extra sure before posting this I waited at the exit after I paid for my items and seen this behavior continue. Minorities had their carts scanned and white folks did not. read more

Picked up a couple necessities from this Home Depot on a Monday afternoon, food grade diatomaceous earth (a pet-friendly product I can use around the house), and a new broom and dustpan set. Everything went smoothly, a friendly employee even helped me grab merchandise I couldn't reach higher up on the display rack, even though he seemed busy with another task as I caught him walking down the aisle. I've come here in the past for various items including tools, area rugs, and fly traps, and have had mostly positive experiences, the supplies I need in stock, employees responsive when assistance is requested, and self-checkout quick and easy. Of course every so often, there's a shortage of staff when I need help finding a specific item, but it's rare. I didn't run into any problems during my recent visit, and overall I'm satisfied with the service as well as the availability and quality of products at this store. read more

Did a pick up order here for tiles. Ordered online. The tiles were chipped on the sides on 4 of the 10 that I ordered. They weren't even in a box. I can't put up tile that's chipped on the sides in a bathroom. The guy said I can go to the aisle and replace them with non chipped ones. Isn't that what they should've done in the first place? Instead of me going to the aisle. What's the point of me ordering online to come and pick it up if they have me go to the aisle anyway to pick up the tiles myself. I was looking for Trex decking and realized they did not have it in stock. After going to the costume service desk, I met Lincoln (Pro Account Sales Associate) who helped me get the decking I needed. He had me look at Trex's 2024 catalogue which helped me decide on the color which needed to match my existing decking. He then called Trex and I was able to order the product I needed. Worst place ever, I did a return for an online purchase, and the employee was very rude and doesn't know what to do. He refused to give me an E credit. And when someone told he can give one , he claims that the system doesn't allow him to do that, obviously he doesn't know his job?! . When he gives me a store credit after 20 to 25 minutes wait he insisted to write on the card that an ID is required as like I am going to steal my money! Obviously he is racist! I purchased my Christmas tree from this location. The staff were friendly and helpful giving me tips on how to choose a tree suitable for my place. They make sure the bottom of the tree trunk is fresh enough to absorb water. They also remove all of the tiny unwanted twigs close to the bottom branches. Once I chose the tree I went inside the store to pay for it and to get some other stuff I needed. The staff will not leave until they make do you have what you need. read more

Who would have known that The Home Depot sold 5 gallon waters here?! The initial bottle you purchase is around $13 but when you come back and exchange it, they sell it to you for half off (around $7)! The water is pretty good too. I am not a huge Home Depot person but the service here is nice and they're very supportive! There is a large selection of plants, indoors and outdoors! Parking isn't too bad either! read more

Go there and tell me I'm wrong!!! Get better staff! I go to Home Depot and average of 3 time a week in the afternoon and every single time I get attitude from the pick up and returns young ladies. All three. I don't understand why they can't just say "you're all set" when I return my items. They walk away. And I'm left standing there like an idiot. I'm not given a receipt or I'm not being told "I'm going to of get the item you ordered" or it's going back to your card or "this is what you ordered." They just walk away. Placed an order for a pump because online it said they had them in stock. The storm really caused some still water in my crawl space and I was looking for a way to pump it out. Despite their inventory online being inaccurate as I walked in they didn't have it for picking, the girl who helped me was looking into other locations who listed they had it, she called two others for me and sadly they didn't have it either. This is my husband's go to spot. Having a husband who likes to do it all, we tend to be a Home Depot- regular. Parking isn't too difficult compared to other stores in the area. Service and product availability are touch and go. While we prefer the service here compared to great mall location, Home Depot isn't exactly the best in terms of service it seems. We are lucky in the sense that my husband generally knows exactly what he wants or needs when he comes here... but I can imagine this would be annoying or frustrating to someone who is not as knowledgeable. The few times we have had to find a product, we have had better luck pulling up their website to find the aisle it is located than asking their workers. Finding someone to get a locked tool... can take over 20 minutes at times... But for what it is, a store to get same day tools and hardware, it's solid. read more

I don't normally write a review about places like this, but my experience was so impressive that I had to. I interacted with five to six different employees and all of them were extremely polite and helpful. When I couldn't find something, an employee walked me to the location, moved a giant ladder that was in the way and then stayed to make sure I got everything I needed. In another instance, an employee who was pushing a giant cart of drinks, obviously on his way to restock shelves went out of his way to ask me if I needed help. He then took me, cart and all to the location I needed and on his way out, found another employee who could open the locked case that I needed to get into. When I went to the parking lot with my cart, an employee was there and took it from me so I would not have to return it. Great job all around! read more

Wow, hopefully you look here before ordering something for pickup or going inside to buy from this store. This place is the most disorganized "big box" store or Home Depot store I have ever seen. I ordered an $800 BBQ on the homedepot.com website to be picked up at this store. I go inside, I see a typical Home Depot customer service area with a long line of people going "toward" the "Returns" and "Online Order Pickup". I say "toward", because there's just a pylon saying "Returns starts here" about 15 feet away from both customer service areas -- no clear explanation if you stand in the Returns line for order pickup. A Home Depot employee tells me, yes, it's one line. Well, there's the first 15 minutes of my wait, because anybody who's ever been to Home Depot knows there are always tons of people returning stuff. Finally, after waiting for people showing no sign of movement for 15 minutes, I get up to someone at Online Pickup. They take a picture of my email on my smart phone with the order number, and then I wait another 15 minutes after she walks off out of sight. She finally comes back, rolling the 231 pound fully assembled floor demo of the BBQ I ordered. It's 5 feet tall and 5 feet wide with wheels. I ask, "Don't you have one in a box? There's no way I'm fitting this in my SUV." I don't have a huge SUV or pickup that gets less than 15 miles/gallon. So, she gets another guy who says this is what they pulled for me to pick up. I said, "The Home Depot website said you have 9 in stock, but you don't have one in a box I can transport?" He said he didn't know, but he'll check. He walks away out of sight like the woman before, and I stand aside so other people can return their returns. I wait 15-20 more minutes, looking on my cell phone for another company who sells this BBQ, and order one while I'm standing there. The guy never returned, I left to go pick up my BBQ from a store that isn't so screwed up. And, to point out that this is not just this Home Depot store, but the above is just an example of Home Depot's service in 2022: I ordered this BBQ above because yesterday I found out the BBQ I ordered from Home Depot over a month ago was canceled by the shipping company and nobody was ever told. Regardless of the why's, how's, and but's, this is why people avoid brick-and-mortar stores like the plague: it's so incredibly frustrating to take the time to prepare to pick up a big box like this, then take more time waiting, waiting, waiting, and end up with nothing at the end of the day to show for it. I hate to say it, but this is why I stopped going to Fry's over a decade ago and look where they are now. No retailer is immune with customer service this epically BAD. Sorry, but I ended up ordering the same BBQ from Amazon, and they delivered it to my front door in 3 days for free. And at 5% less than Home Depot. read more
