I can't say enough good things about this place. At first we weren't sure what to expect from reading the menu but let me assure you, everything is made with LOVE. Iykyk. We ended up ditching our reservations at some bougie restaurant to come back here a second time during our stay. The ambiance is cozy, clean, & minimalist. The Amish people are in a lane of their own when it comes to quality. They just nail everything across the board. Might I add that our waitress Amanda was the dearest of souls and her Bible verse attached to the receipt imprinted a memory for me and my husband for all of time.

We were traveling through on a trip, and didn't know where to stop for dinner. This place got great reviews and I see why! We are from NC, so we had lots of questions about the food. I tried the ham balls and had pasta salad and broccoli salad, and my husband had chicken croquettes with mashed potatoes. They don't skimp on portions, we had so much food left over! For dessert we had Shoo Fly Pie, the waitress was funny as she described it as "boring". It was delicious, but she was right, the flavor was "boring". Overall, you could tell that the food was mostly made from scratch. I would definitely go back if ever in town and would highly recommend this true Amish/Dutch restaurant. Best service and food you'll ever receive!
