Not really sure what the hype is about. The crust was thin but had a weird chewiness, and the toppings didn't have much flavor. The meat lover, for example, would be improved with some flavored crumbled sausage rather than bland ground beef. read more

Nothing necessarily wrong with this place, but wasn't the families favorite. I opted to try a new pizza joint last week and the pictures for last slice were really appealing. However the crust had a toughness to it that really hampered their pies here. On top of it their tomato sauce wasn't what I would consider high on my list of sauces. Overall wouldn't tell anyone not to order here, and I'm sure some like the tougher crust, but this one wasn't for us. read more

The crust consistency, thickness, and flavor was fantastic. I feel like the pie was over-salted. I'm not one to complain about proper seasoning, but it was very salty. The wings seemed like they were baked, a travesty, and the homemade ranch definitely needs some refinement (too sweet, and fresh herbs don't necessarily mean better flavor, in this circumstance). probably the best pizza place i've been to so far. nice little quaint pizzeria, with a decent size dining room. the pizza was hot and steaming, which is always a good sign. it tasted very good, but i was more so impressed by the service. it didn't take them too long for them to make the meal, and our waiter gave us water bottles free of charge on top of the meal. all around very friendly service, and i was very impressed. read more

What great pizza! What a great business! What a great owner! My wife and I held an event at the neighborhood pool (Regency Swim Club), and we got pizzas from The Last Slice to sell to the guests to help raise money for the pool. All 12 pizzas came on time (12 pizzas!), and The Last Slice even let us keep some of their insulated bags during the event to keep the pizzas hot as we sold them throughout the night! The pizza was delicious, and many people spoke with their wallets as they continued to order slice after slice throughout the evening! By the way, all 12 pizzas were gone by the end of our Dive-In Movie Night! Thank you so much, Alex! We have been meaning to check out this pizza for awhile and I don't know why we waited so long. We got a cauliflower crust with chicken, arugula and onion. It was delicious! Decided to try this place on a whim, and I don't regret it. I ordered a personal pizza for pickup, and it was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were all portioned nicely. My one tiny complaint is that the dough did get soggy; however, I ordered my pizza with tomatoes, and it only got soggy on the parts with tomato which I've never been able to avoid, so I'll cut them some slack for that. The actual place is pretty small, so you're probably better off getting a to-go or delivery order. Customer service is good, as well. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

His customer service was awesome as he offered us his specials which were very reasonably priced. We've had New York's finest pizzas and the pizza here is just as good! Thin crispy crust and a very tasteful sauce right on! The friendly customer service from Alex coupled with amazing Pizza calls for a 5 star rating! It was a very hot day in San Antonio and Alex offered me a free can of Dr Pepper as I was leaving. Pizza.Pizza.Pizza! Friendly and delicious little pizza joint. Just tried it last evening and was very pleased. My favorite part of the pizza was the sauce. Wow! Rich and zesty and just enough of it. The pizza had a thin crust, which I love. Will definitely be eating their pizza again!!! No more settling for Pizza Huts doughy and under cooked pizza dough.
