This restaurant knocks it out of the park on charm, but truly this entire part of St. Charles looks like I walked straight into a scene of a Hallmark movie. And I don't even like or watch Hallmark movies but being here makes me think I might want to (not really, but sort of) Anyway, the location is great with views of brick streets in front and the river in the back. The service was stellar with a friendly server who was absolutely attentive and accommodating. The cocktails were some of my favorite! My favorite cocktail is a penicillin. My second favorite is a sidecar (I'm an old school-kind-of-gal) and they had BOTH on the menu. I live in Philly and I have found only one place that features a penicillin on their cocktail menu so I am usually asking the bartender if they can make one and if ginger syrup is not on hand I'm out luck. The server told me that this was house-made ginger and truly this is one of the best penicillin's I've ever had! I ordered the oysters and they were definitely fresh served with house-made horseradish and they were delicious, albeit really small. I should have asked but I'm used to big sized oysters especially, for $18, but like I said, they were very tasty! Truffle fries were good and so were the shaved Brussels! This was a great choice for an evening hanging out with my grade school/ high school besties as I visit from Philly!

We had lower expectations just knowing how busy this place is being right on Main St and going on such a beautiful evening. We were beyond blown away by our experience! Our server Kaylee was fantastic. So attentive and making sure our food came in a timely manner but nicely spaced out to give us time to enjoy. All of our food was delicious, the chicken wings were perfect and everyone loved them and the Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly. Everyone in our party loved their main courses as well. They even made our daughter feel so special and helped us celebrate her 9th birthday with a delicious treat and candle! We all said we will be back and bring our friends and family. Such an amazing meal and experience!

This restaurant is really fantastic. We came to St. Charles this time around for the Christmas Traditions Festival. I knew I'd need a reservation to come here, so I booked well in advance. We were seated in the main dining room and it was so cozy, beautiful ambiance. I ordered their chocolate orange martini from the holiday cocktail menu and it did not disappoint. My husband and I both got their French onion soup and Diver scallop dinner special, which was to die for! No room for dessert sadly but the food was amazing. I will definitely continue to go back when I'm in the area!

Another first time WIN for the books. My goal is to knock out everything on Main Street so I was pretty excited to try this spot. Upon pulling up, I thought it was like a store , didn't really look like a restaurant, but I was pretty impressed with how nice the seats were and the decor. When we walked in, they weren't too crowded and we were immediately greeted and taken to the seat. I requested booth and they set up in line with no problems so I really like that. They had brunch menu and regular menu so we decided to try something from each. I had the fried chicken sandwich and my friend had the waffles and breakfast slider. We decided to try the fried chicken sandwich, waffle, breakfast slider and the ravioli as an appetizer as I'm making my goal to try everybody's ravioli in St. Louis lol. I was not disappointed with any of the food. Everything was fresh and Great taste. The customer service was good and fast. The restaurant was clean and I would visit again to try more things..

The Main House is delicious! The filet is 10/10. Fun atmosphere and good service. Large drink menu and reasonably priced for the quality and portions. Definitely one of the best restaurants on Main Street.

First time here. Very nice ambiance. Sunday night still busy. Foods taste great. We loved our orders. The only thing is that everything seems so pricey. Chicken dishes around $25 to $30, steaks are from $40 to $75, seafood is around $40-$50. We ordered pork chop and Chicken both are really good.

My husband and I stopped here while out and about in st. Charles. The service was amazing. The martinis were delicious. Then we ordered the French onion soup. Absolutely delicious! My husband and I both loved it and ate every bite. For dinner we had the pork chop-so juicy and flavorful. I had the chicken Alfredo-sooooo good! Literally everything we had was wonderful! We will be back.

We really enjoyed our first visit to The Main House. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful evening. You can see Frontier Park & the river from the patio. The inside looked quaint and inviting with lots of wood framing the dining area. We were greeted warmly by everyone and our server and others gave us lots of attention and were very kind. We chose the hanger steak & tenderloin as our entrees. They were both phenomenal, but we agreed the tenderloin was just perfection. The mashed potatoes served with the tenderloin really sealed that choice as well. It's the best steak & potatoes I've had at a restaurant in a long while. For dessert we chose the chocolate cake & bread pudding. Again we both preferred the bread pudding, but both were delicious. I already can't wait to return!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is top-notch, and the service is excellent. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is quaint and cosy. When it's warm make sure to grab a seat on their beautiful patio.

Sunny afternoon meant we were already aiming for an outdoor seating. The Main House did not disappoint! Gorgeous view of the river. We split a dinner portion of fish and chips, it was delicious. Definitely try it.

Bar hopping..Stop #1 Outside patio , open , plenty of seating but I opted to sit at the bar . Melinda and staff were very friendly and welcoming . Inside nice, clean and spacious. Two sides of the building , bar area and dining area is colorful , spacious and elegant. I ordered a blackberry lemon drop and a nutter butter. Ingredients are on menu listed below. Blackberry lemon drop was fruity and delicious. Nutter butter was a chocolate delight to chocolate lovers. The peanut butter is the hidden ingredient of this dessert drink. Prices reasonable and food menu does look yummy. Next visit I will try food choices.

We've not had a bad experience with service at any point. The host(ess), waiter, and bartenders always do a fantastic job. Sometimes it can be quite busy and when that's the case, it can be quite noisy in the bar area. The rest of the restaurant remains far quieter even during rushes. It's also a nice place to visit when the weather is nice because they have a lovely patio. The only nuisance are random cars and/or motorcycles that drive by and continuously rev their engines. Not Prasino's fault, just the ignorant people driving by. All in all, brunch, lunch, dinner, and happy hour offer great options for everyone. The best part of Prasion is tasting the fresh ingredients they use.

I normally don't like leaving negative reviews, but something felt different this time. When we walked in there was only one other couple dining, and there was noticeable clutter sitting in the corners of the restaurant. It gave the place a different feel than what we remembered from our last visit. I ordered the Creole Breakfast Gravy. The biscuit itself was excellent--light, fluffy, and exactly how a biscuit should be. Unfortunately the gravy was disappointing. It tasted more like regular sausage gravy with a heavy amount of cayenne pepper and Cajun seasoning added to it. The flavors just didn't balance well. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict. One poached egg was perfect, but the other came out over medium. That's something a trained chef normally wouldn't send out, and it made me feel like the kitchen might have a cook working the line rather than a chef overseeing the dishes. I do want to say the waitress was phenomenal. She was very attentive, friendly, and always made sure our coffee stayed fresh and hot. Her service was definitely the highlight of the visit. We will likely come back again because we know this restaurant can do better. Hopefully the kitchen can correct a few things and bring the consistency back.

Since our table wasn't ready, we decided to grab a drink at the bar. The Una Vida Margarita was absolutely perfect, made just to my liking. Shortly after we got our drinks, our table was ready, so we quickly moved to our seats. We started with the Scallops Scampi, which was a delightful combination of light breading and tender scallops. The rolls and butter were incredibly addictive. The Caesar salad was generously topped with shredded Parmesan cheese and had a creamy dressing. For my main course, I opted for the lobster combo, which included a 6-ounce filet, lobster tail, and three shrimp scampi. Why settle for just one when you can have them all? The filet was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a generous scoop of Tony's signature steak butter, which was simply delicious. The lobster tail was equally impressive, whether enjoyed on its own or with a squeeze of lemon and the butter draw they offer. The shrimp scampi had the same breading as the scallops and was just as tasty. Throughout our meal, we couldn't resist trying a few Una Vida shots. As always, they hit the spot perfectly. The server was fantastic and attentive, making sure to keep us well-catered to. He even joined in on our laughter throughout the evening. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience. It was our first time dining at Tony's on Main for dinner, and we're already planning our next visit.
