This is a hole in the wall restaurant run by a family from Mexico making really good affordable Chinese food. They deliver as well. I have had egg foo young that was as good as it gets. Very generous portions. My only complaint would be is that you need to ask for a bit less sauce. The rest of the dishes use all fresh vegetables and white meat chicken. The best Chinese takeout in the area for sure. The people who work there are always so nice and welcoming. One time they forgot to include a side of rice (on accident) so someone ran out to my car to give it to me. It was just rice, but they went the extra mile. As for the food- My kids love the lemon chicken and mixed fried rice (so do I.) We also love the lo mein and chicken curry. While the cream cheese crab rangoons are not the best I've ever had, they are still always on the order too as they are tasty. I am so happy to have a great delivery place in my neighborhood! I would not say its the best Chinese I have had, but it is far from the worst. I swear that I hang up the phone and they are at my house within 5 minutes. Its great! The Kung Pao Chicken is a favorite of mine. I personally hate it when places cube chicken and this place does not! The sauce is not too sticky or spicy. They also give you a lot in each order. I have never been able to finish it. My husband gets The Happy Family and it is very good. They put more than 2 shrimp in there which is something nice. They are not the biggest shrimp but once again, I have had worse. The Egg Rolls are good- nothing to cry home over. The Fried Won Tons are BIG and very crispy. I eat them with the Kung Pao Chicken to add a crunch factor. I highly recommend this place. Ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan with Hot and Sour soup. It was fresh and hot coming straight out of the kitchen. Had to give it a minute to cool down a bit. The dish was full of tender non gristly chicken and tons of fresh vegetables. The broccoli was perfectly done, and the sauce was good and plenty, but for my tastes could have been a touch more garlicky. All in all, When I'm in the area, it might be my go to restaurant. Everything (and I mean everything) was hot and delicious! 3. Very reasonably priced 4. Try mango's spicy chicken (it's similar to sweet and sour with a kick!) I have finally found a GREAT Chinese takeout! For the past two years, I ordered from a mediocre Chinese place. Two weeks ago, Mangos placed a menu on my door. As much as I loathe flyers in my door, I am grateful for this one. I ordered the got and sour soup and the beef with hot garlic sauce. The soup was very flavorful and a good mix of hot and sour. The hot garlic with beef was amazing. The beef was SO tender, the veggies were crunchy and fresh, and the sauce was not too spicy. our new favourite Chinese restaurant. they give you a lot of food for a good price. the food tasted pretty good too. everything you see in the photo was about $28 (including tax). We had a lot leftover for tomorrow too. only thing that I didn't appreciate was when I walked in, no one greeted me and I had to wait quite a long time at the counter (like almost 10 minutes) for someone to finally ask me what I wanted. I had placed an order online (which was also very easy and convenient) so I was expecting to just be able to walk in and pick it up in less than a few minutes. The long wait was still worth it tho. I don't usually feel so strongly about a place but this is definitely an exception. My dad and I went here yesterday for dinner and were blown away by how good it was. Starting off, the place itself is in a horrible location and is very small as well, it is definitely easy to miss. Gladly thanks to some direction by my fellow Yelp reviewers I found it. The food we ordered was excellent aside from the fried pot stickers which were burnt, but even then they tasted good! The price was good for what you got as well. I think my only complaint is they have no soda machine so you have to buy the drinks individually in cans. The atmosphere is quaint. If you are looking for a small place to eat and relax this is the place. There are only a couple of tables and when we were there, there was only one other table occupied. I read the reviews on Yelp and what the heck we tried it. We got the shrimp egg Fu young. It was so fresh not greasy and the brown sauce was on point. The combination fries rice was fill of meat and fresh vegetables very tasty . We also got happy family and the shrimp in lobster sauce . All these items were very tasty and had their unique flavors. Usually when we get these items they tend to all taste the same but not here . It's a little hope in the wall very clean and the people working there were very helpful and friendly . Fast Delivery - Decent portions - and inexpensive. All tings I love about Chinese take out. Everyone at my former job ranted and raved about this place and finally - I remembered to try it. I got the General Tso's chicken & Combo Lo Mein (2 separate orders) both had great flavors, fresh and hot. The portion size was great - I love that they actually use Lo Mein noodles and not knock off noodles. I like this place a lot. It's my go-to American Chinese place. I primarily go b/c my roommate doesn't like brown chicken pieces or anything with a hint of gristle. I've been happy with the quality of the meat. My only *beef* is that I like a lot of veggies and I find their dishes are heavy on meat, low on veggies. Some people will like the lack of veggie "filler" without crazy high prices. I usually eat in the restaurant and the food comes out quite quickly. So a good place for a quick, hot meal. Tonight we ordered and I got almost all the way through my mixed vegetable dish when I found an OPENED STAPLE. A STAPLE, in my food. If I would have swallowed it I could have ended up in the ER. I called the restaurant to make them aware and the person just said 'I'm sorry'. To me, staples or any other non-food item that ends up in my food will prevent me from ordering from them again. Mango's left a menu on our door knob a few days ago so we decided to try them today. Very small location designed for pick up or delivery. We picked up today and the food was excellent(Sesame Chicken with rice and an egg roll). We live about 3 1/2 miles away and the food was still hot and very tasty when we got home. We've driven by this place many times but finally had an opportunity to visit for a sit-down meal (appears most people do take-out). The only con about Mango's is that they are not open on the weekends when most people want a break from cooking. So this will greatly reduce our chances at eating here again but I sure hope we can. The food was absolutely scrumptious. As someone else pointed out, we were taken aback that it is owned and operated by hispanics but that didn't stop them from putting out top-notch chinese food! My husband loved his chicken fried rice and I am so smitten with the shrimp, chicken, and beef with spicy garlic sauce that I can hardly wait to get it again! Our orders came with egg rolls and they even threw in a bowl of soup for each of us. They were very attentive, refilling our water frequently and even were kind enough to switch the TV to an english-speaking channel without us asking. This is a 5 star restaurant in our book! read more
