It wasn't anything extra special but the cranberries were a really nice touch to take it to the next level. If I had even one complaint to make it would be the hours. Tony, the owner, is just a good man who loves his craft. I will most likely be here once a month. I hope they are wildly successful! Here's my overarching review (8.5/10 pushing a 9!!) Ok, we tried the spring rolls, pork bao bun, chicken banh mi, and a rare steak and a steak and brisket pho. Bao bun: 7/10 great piece! Truly tasty! Just not a traditional bao bun. peppery. Felt like a fusion bun. If I was rating a fusion bun, which this is an American Asian fusion to clarify, I'd give it an 8.5. But if you're looking for a traditional bao bun, this won't meet the mark for you. Chicken Banh mi: 8.5/10 I loved it. This had all of the proper elements. Pho components: the meat is fresh, the noodles are cooked well, and it has all of the pieces to make a beautiful bowl- basil, green onion, cilantro, jalapeño, bean sprouts.
