I tried their pick up option online so I could order and pay without waiting. The app even tells when your order is ready. I decided to build my own sandwich and ordered a roast beef and turkey sandwich on Dutch crunch with everything. Picked it up to a friendly greeting and smiles from all of the staff. Took it home to eat and wow this was a huge sandwich and full of ingredients. Unfortunately I noticed quickly it was all turkey and no roast beef. They forgot my meat. I sure hope they get it right next time. I should say that even without my roast beef this was an incredible tasty sandwich. Every bite got better and better. I honestly can say I haven't had a deli sandwich as good as this in a very long time. Probably the best Dutch crunch roll ever and so soft with the perfect amount of crunch and sweetness on top. This sandwich was pure heaven and so big but I was hungry and wanted to go right back for another. Still one of the best sandwiches in the Bay Area and I'm so glad there finally in my hometown of Pleasanton. I'll be back soon and very often I guarantee! It's different from your typical ham and cheese sandwich. There was so much flavor and everything was nicely cooked and wrapped. The Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich was slightly lighter in flavor, but also very delicious! I'm sure all their sandwiches are great too, but I highly recommend the Chicken Tikka and Curry Chicken Salad Sandwiches!

Visited July 2025. Popped into The Melt in Danville for a quick lunch. Place looked clean, chill vibe, but the service was kinda meh. Took like 20 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even busy. My burger showed up warm-ish, not hot -- cheese barely melted. Fries were kinda soggy, like they'd been sitting out too long. Asked for sauce and the staff looked annoyed, like I was bugging them. Hey there! So, we decided to give their burgers a shot and placed an order for pickup. Gotta tell you, I wasn't let down by my picks: the Melt Burger with some mouthwatering garlic fries. The pickup service really came through, making sure the food was still nice and warm, so we could enjoy it to the fullest. I liked the side of chili sauce too. Hopefully, it was a fluke, and there was just a little too much cornstarch in the dredge. They were extremely greasy and tasted like they had been sitting in oil for far too long. We ended up throwing the entire order away because they were basically inedible. I've had consistently good experiences at other Super Duper locations, so this was especially disappointing. The San Ramon location needs to seriously improve its food preparation and quality control. I won't be returning to this location unless the food quality improves.

Soup, better than the Safeway loaded baked potato and hey, as a kid, I mean come on- that was the one. She even threw in an extra cookie, what a kind soul.
