Honestly not impressed with this place. First time it was good, but I only had the mini mac which was simple. These last two times, I ordered a grilled cheese with macaroni and cheese in it and tonight I ordered the macaroni and cheese with breadcrumbs. I'm sorry but I am not impressed. Service was great and nice! However, last time they messed up our order and the manager was quite rude about it although he offered to get me what I wanted. This is now one of my favorite hamburger places. The beef was fresh tasting And I love how they melt the cheese so perfectly on the patty. The bun was incredibly tasty, as they use a potato bun. I love the taste of the minced jalapenos on the mix on top of the burger. I gave it a spicy kick that I really enjoyed. The fries were also hot and crisp just the way I like them. I would definitely come back again. I would love to try one of their signature milkshakes next time. read more

i used to love coming here and or doordashing from here. i decided to come w my friends after a movie and i ordered a grilled cheese w tomato soup. we got our order, sat down and i took a bite out of my grilled cheese. the bite revealed in the grilled cheese there was a single, thick, black long hair. my friends and i do not have black hair we are light brown brunettes and i'm a red head. i was disgusted and i went up to the register and asked for a refund. the guy only refunded me my grilled cheese (not the soup) and didn't even apologize! i really wasn't even mean or yelling or anything....just disgusted this happened to me! before i left i turned back and i saw a girl back there w long black hair putting her hair up. so disgusting never again! treat ur customers w basic food safety standards! ima barista and i've never worn my hair down at my establishment!? like wtf read more

My first time here wasn't sure what to expect Marlin here was awesome tonight. He introduced us to some of his favorites, a cheese I'd never heard of (fontina) and some of his favorite sandwiches. Honestly our cashier Ethan was great too, they really made our night with how welcoming and friendly they were. We were asking them all kinds of questions whether we could get things lettuce wrapped and whatnot. They were patient with us and tried to make substitutions and even ask their shift leader if they could make certain exceptions. Would recommend this establishment for friends! read more

Came here on a Friday night luckily it wasn't too busy! There's kiosk inside to order as well you can order at the register with someone! Our food came out within 10min after ordering and each sandwhich comes with a pickle as well which was a great touch to add a bit of acidity to the meal. The Sicilian chicken was so good there was a good amount of mushroom and chicken inside and the toast was nice and crispy and the fried had such a nice garlic flavor to them. There's limited seating inside but there's more seating outside the store as well! My bf got the Mac Daddy and it came out pipping hot with the cheese all nicely melted! The MacNCheese was very cheesy but did not harden, like cheese will do, as it was waiting for me to eat. Gotta try it!!!! No doubt. Then I ordered the Th3 Cheese Classic because HEY, it's all about grilled cheese sandwiches. No complaints here. 3 cheeses perfectly melted between 2 large slices of sourdough bread. Galnoosh was working in front of the counter tonight. She was very helpful and friendly. This place is good if you're at spectrum and you want this kind of burger- grilled cheese food. They can get crowded but there's a kiosk ordering system and pick up. There's plenty of seating inside and out but it can get crowded or full when spectrum is busy. I feel like the food is on the pricier side and isn't as luxury as advertised. It's a solid meal, but my patty melt did not taste like wagyu yknow. The food misses the extra umph for whats advertised, but as a basic meal is good. The garlic parm fries were really good, the mac and cheese was normal. You can be satisfied if you get their melts or burgers (due to the nature of the meal, and have a little leftovers) but the sides n stuff are def pricier for what you get. I liked the fries though, it just didn't come with a portion size I would've liked. Overall, come here if you really crave that buttery rich food and you're at spectrum and do be warned that it can get crowded. read more

Our first time here. I admit, w the 3 star rating, I didn't have high expectations. Plus, isn't it just melted cheese between 2 slices of bread? That seems pretty straightforward. We ordered at the iPad, got a couple cups from the counter to fill w ice water. The place was packed on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. But we got our order in about 10 minutes. There was a long line to order at the cashier. Idk why more people didn't opt for the iPads. I saw 3 of them. Idk if there are more. But, they were all free when we got there. So we got our trays and at first glance (and smell) we were excited to dig in. Hence, no additional pictures. We each had a half of each sandwich so we could see how to order if there was next time. Everything was delicious! I'd only suggest to eat quickly because the cheese does seem to cool quickly. I know they can't control that, so it's not like I'm complaining. Between the two we agreed that the egg in a hole was the favorite. Omgoodness, I didn't know how yummy a simple egg and cheese sandwich could be! The sweet potato fries and tomato soup were both highlights as well. I wanted to order a milkshake but I knew they'd fill me up too quickly and I couldn't enjoy the food. I've never been to this place until yesterday and I can see why my BF likes it so much. Its in the Irvine Spectrum, next door to Panda Express and D & B. Great location, easy parking too with one of the large parking structures right next door. Outside seating is nice, although it was raining last night! Inside is much smaller but nicely spread out. We went inside and were greeted right away by the friendly employees. Ordered the bacon, bbq burger, sweet potato fries and a soda. The burger was a really good size, and the sauce was yummy. Bacon was good too and I loved the pickle on the side. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I have had!! Seasoned so perfectly and crispy, so yum! They have a craft soda machine - i've never seen that before. Very cool! We only had the diet soda and it was good. Used the restroom, which was nice and clean (thank goodness!). Great! I was with my family so there wasn't quite enough places to sit, having to push two tables together, but overall the food was so good, so MELTY and juicy, so savoury and delicious. The restaurant itself was really cute and minimalistic, the bathroom was big enough to fit wheelchairs and anything accessable, but it was a bit messy and unclean. There is only one bathroom so I had to wait a while to use it. The staff were really nice, they were patient in a restaurant with a lot of customers, there is outside seating and inside seating but I prefer to sit outside, because it's a little less crowded and more peaceful then inside. read more
