This is a "must do" place to go for a unique experience. It's classy but not stuffy. The wait staff were ALL upbeat, friendly, attentive and helpful. The food could not have been fresher! From beginning to end, this was a full on special way to celebrate our special day. Plan to stay and enjoy a 4 course meal! Rose petals, rose bouquet, private table with curtain for added romance. It's a 5-star experience

Just wanted to say we had a lovely anniversary celebration again this year and their manager Ali set up our table wonderfully. Our server Priscilla was wonderfully attentive and it turns out we had her as our server last year as well. Overall, after several visits to this location we always have a wonderful experience! Thank you!

We come here every year for our anniversary and the staff and service are always great! They bring extra dippers sauces whatever you need. My favorite item is definitely the Caeser Salad with the candied pine nuts. The ambiance is a little dated to be honest but it matches what all other locations look like. High recommend for a date night or a family meal. It's entertaining and delicious.

We are still here and couldn't wait to leave this review. The food was great however it was the service by Andaysha that made it truly special. We come here twice a year, once for end of school, and once for a birthday, and it's this service (and the chocolate fondue!) that keeps us coming back. Great job everyone!

We had a wonderful experience tonight! Ali met us with a smile and Priscilla provided stellar service! Food was great! We come here for our special events and tonight did not disappoint!

I was Incredibly impressed with our server and bartender tonight! We were a walk in and sat at the bar for a drink while waiting for our table. Kianna was engaging and very friendly, just such a wonderful personality! She made me an amazingly well balanced Cadillac margarita and I am quite picky! But then, we had Steven as our server. I wasn't sure at first because he just kept smiling at my boyfriend lol but oh my god, he was the best and I will be requesting him from now on! ! I have never cooked better food in my life thanks to him, he was Incredibly hands on and even helped us batter and fry our stuffed mushrooms! Also try their cheese fondue special, we couldn't stop raving about it. Every bite was Mmmm yum!! We will be back ty again!

    Dirty and greasy glass shelves.

The food was just ok. The place needs a revamp ASAP. The wood at our table was scratched up, peeling, etc...glass shelves were dusty and fake plants were gaudy. Just looked dirty and for the price we paid for a date night $300+ it was not with it. We won't be back. Good thing - service was good and or waitress was nice and funny too.

What can I say, we love the melting pot restaurants so whe there is one where we are traveling, we have to eat there (surprisingly we don't have one in Las Vegas). We had the experience for two that included cheese fondue, salad, main course (we did build you own) and dessert. The Classic Alpine Fondue, California Salads and Raviolis are some of our favorites. Overall, the atmosphere, service, food and experience was great.

    Romance setup and ambiance

Great for anniversary or romantic spot, celebration. Ambiance is very nice. It's pricey but I felt it was worth the money. My husband and I splurged for our 9th wedding anniversary and got the 4 course dinner for two with like everything and the champagne so with tip and tax it was over 200 bucks but again we had an amazing and private experience together and our server went out of their way to explain everything and make it special. We were very happy with the quality of food and the overall experience.

So, when Hotpot presented on my Yelp "must eat if you're in the area" I was a bit skeptical. Well, i was wrong. This was an amazing culinary experience. We went during lunch prices which was great because $21/person in our house is a luxury. Our waitress (who was actually the owner) explained that I could order a vegetarian broth then season how I like. She then helped us choose two different flavors for the broth. We then chose our "add ins". There was a bar of fresh vegetables, noodles (with separate tongs) and sauces. Here's where we had to strategize. My husband is not GF. So, he wanted to try the wheat based noodles. That meant he had his broth and I had mine. Though I would have liked to experiment more, that worked out perfectly because I was absolutely in love with the spicy lemongrass. My veggies were delicious with a variety including 3 different mushrooms and squash. Now the downside. Salt. This had to have been one of the saltiest dishes Ive ever eaten. If you are sensitive please be aware. But truly, Don't let This little restaurant in a little shopping center fool you. We went there this week with two friends at the VIP dinner experience, and we really enjoyed it. We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived to the time we stumbled out after that food hangover! If you've never been, it's worth checking it out. You get options involving many items to dip in melted cheese, as well as various meats and vegetables to dip in hot broth options. Then, after that's over, it is time for dessert items dipped in hot molten chocolate. No one at our table drinks alcohol, but I enjoyed a couple of mocktails that were delicious. Hats off to Alex and Lee, who took care of us that night. This is not something you want to do on a regular basis, but it is definitely a wonderful splurge type of meal experience.

The Melting Pot is an intimate dining experience which is reminiscent of hot pot. For those new to…read morethis like myself, you basically get a pot that sits in the middle of your table that is constantly heated. The 3 types of pots are cheese, soup, and chocolate. You choose the type of cheese you want and then they put it in a pot for it to melt hence the name of their establishment. Each type of pot will come with dipping options. For instance, my cheese pot came with vegetables, bread, and nacho chips. For the soup, you choose one of their bases and then it will come with various options from beef, seafood, vegetables, and chicken. And lastly, the chocolate pot will come with fruits, and various snacks. My personal biggest issue is that a large majority of the dipping options are either average or below average quality. Basically, they just feel like things you would buy at an Albertsons. The best parts of this whole endeavor were the cheese and the chocolate. This is one of those places that really suffers from a plethora of choices but almost all of those choices are not of high quality especially when this whole thing cost me around $65. If you've never tried hot pot, I think this might be worth trying just for the novelty since most other hot pot places are just soup dishes and here you at least get cheese and chocolate but one can argue you can get great nachos and chocolate somewhere else. And finally, service was quite amiable but inattentive.

We asked for that and it took another 5-10 minutes until we got that. The time alone to prepare the food doesn't bother me, but what did was that the fondue was very gritty and had "broken". My kids were very into the grapes. Then our server steered us to the small chocolate fondue ($12). Also a ton of food. The rice crispy treats and strawberries were my favorite though the chocolate cake was also delicious. I didn't love the sandwich cookies but they were my kids' favorite, so to each their own. There's a decent drink menu. My husband got draft beer for $5.50. Dinner for 4 ended up being around $60. Bonnie's seemed like an incredible value for the amount of food we got and it was every bit as good as that other fondue restaurant. Also, fondue is like built in entertainment for kids--no one asked to look at a phone for the entire meal. Shout out to our server. David was great on checking allergy info and was very attentive. It has a nice shallot butter crust and it was cooked PERFECTLY medium rare. This was a highlight. The pork chop is huge and has a nice sweetness to it. The meat wasn't dry either...it pretty much tasted like the best bacon I've ever had LOL Everyone must get the green chili Mac n cheese. My wife ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon and a Caesar salad, plus wine while I got the 22 ounce Ribeye and a side of Poblano and PepperJack Grits, plus an iced tea. It all came to $137.11 plus tip. Our salad arrived in 8 minutes and our dinner 10 mins later. The salad was outstanding. Plenty of romaine, dressed with the right amount of dressing, 3-4 croutons and a mound of shaved Parmesan cheese. The salmon was really good, served with sautéed green beans and soy butter. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was seasoned well and the grits were incredible. They were creamy, with pronounced poblano and Jack cheese. It was the perfect accompaniment. Jessica did a great job checking in on us during our meal but, again, it was awkward waiting 15 mins for her to offer dessert and check.
