Mint was just ok... I get why people love it bc if the portions, pricing, quality and service. Overall as a restaurant it's just meh. Came here with a friend and we both got a steaks. The cook of the steak was top notch I will give them that. Sometimes it's impossible to get cooks to get a medium rare correct. Their medium rare was perfect was a delicious crust around the edge of the steak that was the best part of the meal. The portions are fair of the price bc each steak comes with a soup or salad, sauce and side. We both got steak fries which way too salty and the cesar salad was just meh. No flavor. Just bland and boring. Rib eye ($35) Tenderloin ($27) Why 3 stars? The rib eye. I get it, it's $35 but geez the amount of fat and grisly on it was disgusting. My steak was sitting in a pool of steak grease and honestly I couldn't stop wiping my mouth bc it felt so darn greasy! That's why I was disappointed. Given the hype about the quality I left wanting more. Did feel like the drinks were really expensive. $10.50 for a vodka soda. Wtf you're trying to gouge people. Always a pleasant experience. Michaela and her staff are polite, professional and knowledgeable about the food and drink menus. We've never felt rushed and always enjoy our dinner experiences. We went for an early dinner and the place was empty. The service from our server, Ashley, was friendly and accommodating. There is lots of parking on the side streets or a short walk down the public parking lot. The restaurant is clean and the decor matches the "Montana vibe." I chose to get the special of the day, which was the baseball steak (pretty much a filet mignon) with your choice of side (I opted for mashed potatoes) and soup or salad. The steak came with a chimichurri sauce and it was so good! The sauce definitely made the dish pop. The steak was also cooked the way I wanted it. My son got the chicken fingers and fries from the kid's menu. It comes with a drink. They also have steak on the kid's menu as well! Everything on the kid's menu is $6.00. With a nice IPA and a caramel cheesecake to top off the meal, the entire bill was $43.00 flat! What a deal! read more

Really confused about all the 5 star reviews on this place. We ate dinner last week and were extremely disappointed. The service was extremely slow. We were at our table for almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and brought us water. We ordered the burger and the chicken sandiwch and both were horrible. The burger was dry and lacking any flavor. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was so dry we couldn't even eat it. It also lacked flavor. The steak fries were undercooked and just not very good. Maybe we visited on an off night, but we didn't enjoy anything about our dinner. read more

Amazing old town building with excellent interior design. Stuffed cattle heads adorn the walls and the bar is friendly and spacious. The meals were above average. We ordered a house salad, onion soup, soup of the day, butternut squash pasta, and a tenderloin steak. The prices were also high. Service was attentive and friendly. read more

One of our favorite spots! Although I think staffing has gotten the best of them. They seemed to be very short staffed. Very slow to get drinks and food - but once they arrived they were great! They were out of mashed potatoes so substituted for a risotto that was unfortunately very bland. Kept forgetting knives, plates, side dishes. The waitress was very kind and apologetic. I have eaten here any times as the boyfriend use to love it. Each time we have been here something is always off. First time staff was off not friendly cold ready to go home. Next time food was ok, there again staff was off, drinks sub par for both. You ran out of eagle rare on his side. Last was all was just ok nothing to write home about. Called @7PM and got a reservation for 7:30 on a Friday night. Went to dinner dressed as we drove into town ...very comfy casual. Was seated by 7:25 and attended to by a friendly and helpful waitress. Ambiance is rustic western. No specific dress required. Wife had wedge salad (was huge) and chocolate mousse. Honestly can't say enough about this restaurant. We were passing through town and wanted a place for dinner where we can get a good Montana steak. This place not only had phenomenal food, they gave us a completely free meal because my SO was a veteran. Our waitress was attentive and the bartenders were engaging and made some great drinks. When they say you can't go to Belgrade without going to the mint, they aren't kidding. The dishes are divine, the service is great and the atmosphere really cannot be beat. What a wonderful place to celebrate our twins 23rd birthday. Nowhere near as chaotic as places in Bozeman, excellent (attentive service) and delicious food. Nice-sized portions, very yummy cocktails, and a lovely atmosphere. If I lived in Belgrade, it would be my go-to bar and restaurant. Lots of parking (on the street, across the street, and just around the corner). The food came out nice and hot and the dessert selection was perfect. The lemon brulee was one of the best I have ever had the insane little donut meatballs flew off the plate. We originally had 5 people and called to up it to 6 and they easily accommodated us. This was the highlight of our vacation in Bozeman. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We went there as a part of 8 this past week. It's probably the most upscale restaurant in town and located on Main Street. I had the meatloaf which is hard to find in restaurants it was delicious you can tell it was homemade and it was a nice size portion I think next time I'll try the prime rib. Service was good. No complaints read more
