I have come here for my acrylics for the last few months and have been satisfied every time! They always greet you kindly and offer a free drink. I am usually seen in less than 15 minutes, which is no problem at all!! They play nice music and the interior design is BEAUTIFUL. You can tell each employee wants the best for the customers. I wanted to love this place and give 5/5 stars. I would rate 2 but because my technician really tried. I went in less than 6 days ago and had chipping on my gel manicure. I went back mom day 5 to get both of my nails fixed because they chipped badly from the corners. I was happy that my nails fixed tech did try to correct it but as I was trying to finish drying my nails another tech came and grabbed the drier she touched my nail to test if it was dried and abruptly shood me out my chair ; even after I told her he instructed me to place my other hand in for 1 min because it was just freshly coated with clear coat. when I got in my car I noticed her finger print in my nail on my thumb -_- and a day later that hand is now peeling. It's irritating paying a tip every time and not having the job done correctly. A gel manicure should last 3 weeks + with no chipping. /3 read more

I went in for a 10am appointment, booked by my husband (which I stated) and even after checking in I was asked what services I was getting. I then had to check with my husband to see what he booked exactly. I was immediately seated. I mentioned that I wanted extensions since my nails were short and I wasn't given any options. Tiffany immediately started filing my nails and adding extensions. Confused, I mentioned again that I was getting a manicure and asked about having my cuticles cleaned; she stated she would do it at the end. (Never have I ever had cuticles cleaned at the end, so I thought it was odd, but I allowed her to continue). I then saw the "Gel-X" box and immediately pulled back my hands and had to ask her what the additional fee was, because I knew gel-x cost more than acrylics. She then told me $50! It's sad that I had to ask. My mood immediately went down. I called my husband to make sure he approved of the new price (since Tiffany had already started adding the extensions); he said it was ok so I continued. By the way, this whole time I wasn't given any book or colors to look at. A little before 10:30, another tech walks in and starts my pedicure chair. I was then moved and Tiffany worked on my hands, while Ivy (I think that was her name) worked on my feet. 10:30 hits and 2 girls walk in, stating they had an appointment. I've been to plenty of nail shops, so I immediately got nervous...my point was proven as Tiffany started to rush my manicure. She finally gave me books to look at and expected me to tell her what color I wanted right away. It took me some time, but I eventually chose the cat eye. Lesson learned, she told me about the extra $15 charge, which I approved. I chose the same color for my toes, but I caught Ivy using a different color. When I commented that it was a different color, Tiffany flat out lied to me and said it was the same color. I insisted the color was more brown, compared to the burgundy-ish color on my hands, then she finally confessed and said "she'll do the same color for the next coat". I was not ok with this and asked for her to use the same color. Ivy removed the brown from my toes and Tiffany pulled out a little plate and was going to put polish on the plate. I stopped and pulled my hands back and mentioned that I was ready to leave because I felt so rushed. Tiffany insisted they weren't rushing and she continued to work on my nails. Without confirming first, Tiffany did a cat eye design that wasn't even on the book I chose the color from, so I had to correct her. They both did my massages and finished up both services. I was so ready to leave at that point. I felt extremely bad for the girls who had to wait for their appointment. One was finally taken by 11 and the other not until around 11:30 when I finished! Tiffany helped me at the register and the math wasn't adding up properly, but I just paid and left anyway. Hours later, I finally looked at the services I paid for (on their website) and I wasn't even given the collagen gloves! This is the second time this has happened (where I paid for a service I didn't receive) and I've only been here 3 times. I was given a $10 certificate to come back, but I won't be back. "Great" way to start my birthday week. Please don't come here. I now see that there is a reason they are always empty. In response to the owner: LIES! As I stated, the upcharge was not disclosed until I asked. I DID state that I felt rushed, as mentioned in my original review. There was absolutely no "confusion" about the color. Also, I added a photo directly from their website to show that the Royal Manicure (I did downgrade to) includes the collagen gloves, which I did NOT receive. read more

I had an appointment at 10:30, didn't get serviced until 11:30 which is insane considering i had an "appointment" anyways some guy named tom did my nails, a simple builder gel. Before doing my nails he was checking out his last client he touched money, he then wiped his mouth and proceeded to touch my hands to start my nails, which i felt was dirty. He cut my skin off while he was cutting my cuticles and i started to bleed. By the end of the service about 3 of my fingers were bleeding. All of my nails looked different shapes, some more squared than others, some thicker than others . He walked off without saying we were done or asking how i liked them. My experience was great! The people here are so nice and welcoming. My nail tech was Lynn, who was super friendly so I felt very comfortable around her! There's a 15% off discount if you're a first time customer which was great. The price they gave went from 95 to 80. My nails turned out amazing. They're gel nails and I got inspo from one of their pictures on google maps, which i included in the photos. I love them so much!! Lynn even gave me a flower design rather than just what was in the photo, which I appreciate!! Plus they have a snack bar. Totally come here!!! read more

I felt very pampered I would've came back just from that but on top of that they gave me exactly what I wanted. I just love my nails. Tom did a great job shaping the almond Nails and Tina did a great job shaping my toenails to look natural. I got the big toes acrylic. I have never left a salon feeling more satisfied in my life. I have been on the search for a good and reliable nail shop. I visited this location for a fill and French. I called, showed up, and received service. Smooth and convenient. Upon arrival there was only one other customer in shop receiving a pedicure. The shop appears clean and they offer an enjoyable ambiance. They offer you drinks upon arrival. This was not my experience-however, I witnessed a customer seated next to me receive this treatment upon arrival, perhaps they were returning customers. I was seated and my service began. Almost immediately the nail tech was very aggressive. He began to file my nails with the drill (retrieving nail bits from a container labeled "soiled") and hurt me a couple times. Personally this is a red flag and pet peeve, a nail appointment should be relaxing and pleasant - not painful. He rapidly drilled my set and drilled the edge of my nail bed where my natural nail was exposed. Immediately I was in pain. Resulting in a reflex and pulling away as I experienced sharp burning pain. He apologized and proceeded to drill. He turned up the speed of the drill and proceeded to drill. To sum up the experience, he inflicted pain OVER 7x (yes, I counted but lost count after 7). He continued to file despite me expressing pain. Even proceeded to file manually at the end of the service. Over all my nails look okay. My fingers currently feel tender and sensitive to touch. Assuming that is because he overly filed my nail bed. I was relieved when my nail service was over. I tipped and went on about my day. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here. I did read a review expressing observation of customers "fighting" over the best nail tech. Perhaps your experience may vary according to your tech. Based on the reviews I was very hopeful but can't say their service is consistent based on my experience. The search continues! read more
