The service here is never great, but the drinks are okay and there's plenty of space. Just went yesterday. I had Dalgona latte and strawberry croffle, and both were great! Although I think the croffle is a bit expensive given the size of it. Was hoping they have more sits. the place seems to be packed all the time with college students, if they can expand the sitting for more outdoor tables/chairs would be great. This is not a good cafe to study at. I came here at 7pm on a Monday planning to do some work on my laptop and I tried connecting to the wifi for 20-30 minutes without any luck. Mostly all of the seats were packed. I also waited for my drink for that long since it seems like the baristas are pretty new. They also did not call my name for my order, even though I heard names being called for other orders. I ordered a blueberry matcha (which was not very pretty in color - very grey) and the matcha at the bottom still had chunks (even after the 3-4th sip, plus what seemed to be bits of blueberry peel? The blueberry peel wasn't bad, just unexpected) and even though I asked for less sweet, it was still overly sweet. The matcha was also $6.92, which is pretty pricy. This was also a small thing, but upon picking up my cup, the bottom had bits of sticky frosting(?) stuck to it. The seating area was also pretty humid, maybe due to the rain. Overall, I would not come back again and I left after getting my drink. read more

I've been here twice. The first time I ordered on the self service kiosk and got the blueberry matcha, there's an option to add extra shot of matcha which I selected for an extra charge. After I got my drink they actually put a shot of espresso instead. Maybe the kiosk should be updated to specify matcha instead of espresso shot. I didn't ask for it to be remade because it got very busy. The second time I went I ordered the same thing and it was made correctly. The service was okay. The baristas seemed a bit stressed. The ambiance seemed nice and welcoming. The cashier could not tell me what kind of coffee they were serving not even the roaster, origin or process etc. there were two more baristas behind bar and they didn't bother to jump in with any info nor did the cashier bother to ask the barista on bar. I ordered an oat milk cortado. The milk did not have the proper texture for a cortado. It was over aerated and the 8 ounce cup it was served in was filled almost to the top. Which is way too much milk for a cortado as it's typically a 1:1 ratio of milk to espresso. This drink came out at a whopping $6.93 with a 15% tip. You'd expect to get what you ordered. It's very disappointing to walk into a coffee shop and the baristas not be able to delivery on even being able to steam milk properly or even know what a cortado is. read more

I LOVE this location. The drinks are delicious (my go-to is the Horchata Latte). My friend who is not a huge coffee drinker got the Strawberries and Cream latte and said he'd go back for more. It's a great spot to do homework and go for a friend date. I love a good cup of coffee in the morning. I was excited to see that this coffee shop sold Tiramisu Latte. I came in on a saturday morning to order a plain croffle & latte. The line wasn't too long, but a few people in front of me. I don't mind waiting for a coffee 10-15 mins (if you are really busy & packed) but 30 mins is a disapointment for one coffee. There was two workers in the morning. One barista and other is front cashier/food preper. The guy making the food is really nice and efficent. He checked up with me on my order and apologizes for the wait. And my food came out before my coffee. (I'm not sure if the barista is new, but man it was a lifetime before I get my coffee. He messed up on a few coffees by not reading the order and that took a set back too. He mentioned that he had previous barista experience at Starbucks. Was looking for a place to get some work done in Irvine and this place showed up. Ordered drinks and food. I did have to add sugar to my drink and dessert. Might be their style of cooking, if things are on the lighter or semi sweet side. Was trying to get some work done so I needed something to really boost my energy so added some of the Sugar from the condiments stand off to the side. This place is self-service so you order on a kiosk. Was pretty busy as I believe I came on a weekday. It has open Wi-Fi, which was nice, but it was pretty warm inside, so if you're looking for a place with AC to escape from the hot weather, this may not be it. Was able to land one of the tables inside the mini room in the location, which had better airflow and felt a little bit cooler. Does only have one restroom and with how crowded the place was, had to constantly guess if there was someone in there or not. They do outdoor seating if you're OK with that which I found a lot of people who were there to chat stay outside. I would say if you're catching up with friends, it's great. If you're looking for a place to study, just get there a little early to snag a spot. read more

I love that there is now a coffee shop open until 10pm in Northpark. The drinks are pretty good, while a bit expensive, and I really enjoy their combo options! There is a pretty good amount of seating and it's cozy, but since it is close to colleges and there aren't many places open as late in that area, it usually is busy. As one person, I can usually find a seat. However, when I'm with friends, we don't have great luck. But still recommend because it is cute. read more

I typically avoid this place because their coffee is overpriced and mediocre. The previous owner at this location at least offered better quality coffee. I made a reservation for the study room a week in advance for my child's study session with friends, but on the day of, they refused to prepare the room, claiming they don't have the reservation and even suggested I might be lying about it. While I thought the interior of this coffee shop was nice, well kept, and clean.. their coffee was just another coffee place. Such a cute interior and a menu that made me have high expectations. I tried an iced Spanish latte.. just your average cup of coffee that did not taste like a Spanish latte. I also had their earl grey scone warmed up. They gave it to me in a container with some jam and butter.. and damn it was delicious.... This coffee shop is located in a huge parking center with a lot of parking and it had free WiFi.
