Anyway I'm looking around I see a crockpot Lmaoo a literal crock pot with wax in it. And a jar of barbicide with tweezers etc in it. I'm like hmmm. She ended up doing some soft wax strips on my Bikini line which I thought was weird never had to have more than one wax used. Again go every 5 weeks. Ain't no bush it's minimal hair. Ok boom I flip over on my stomach which also never done but anyway she proceeds to then use hard wax on the backside and I asked her how come she using different waxes she said because of moisture the sugar isn't gripping mind you in all my years never ever had this happen. So she uses all 3 wax methods on me . Ok now she's done. No after wax spray not wax removal no hot towel nothing. Just sticky as ion what tells me get dressed then we'll do my eyebrows. Again I should have just left but yea I didn't so my sticky booty got dressed sat in the chair now. Told her what I wanted. She used strips fine that's what I expected. Showed me they look fine but I noticed it was still burning. So when we got to the front I said I think you burned me kuz it's stinging still. She ain't say shit told me my total now I know I should have spoken up more but honestly I was just flabbergasted by the experience I just wanted to leave. Nonetheless I would never return to this establishment nor would I recommend anyone to go there. I went to snooze restaurant right across the parking lot and I was telling her why I was so flustered and said wow she had the same experience it was terrible as well. So pay attention to the bad reviews and if you have a bad experience somewhere please share I know it's a pain kuz again I don't usually do reviews even if it's bad but how else is everyone else supposed to know.

I went in asking for ash blonde highlights. I already had faded blonde highlights that needed a…read moreretouch, but after my appointment, my hair was darker than when I came in. The highlights were barely visible, and after a week my hair turned into a horrible copper tone with multiple uneven colors. They messed up from the first session. When they washed my hair, they asked if I liked the color, and that's when I saw the copper tone. I told them no, that I wanted a cool ash blonde like the image I showed. That's when they applied another toner on top. It only made things worse. I called and asked for a partial refund because I didn't want to damage my hair further, but they told me to come back to fix it. They said it had to be the same week with the same stylist. I felt stuck between accepting a bad result or exposing my hair to more chemicals so soon after bleaching. They said they would bring another stylist to monitor the process, but that never happened, even when I requested it. It was the same stylist the whole time. During the fix, I was told my highlights looked good and that my hair wouldn't lift much in one session, which was the first time I heard that from her. She also said it was because I wanted to stay under $280, which I NEVER said. If their priority was to protect my hair, that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. Instead, I was told they could achieve what I wanted and by the end that I needed another session to get that. In my experience getting highlights for over 10 years, stylists are always honest about what's realistic and the process needed. I would have been fine with that, but here there was no communication and unrealistic expectations. They "fixed" it, but it still doesn't look good. The front is somewhat blonde, the back barely has highlights, and I'm left with damage. I will likely need a color correction because of the mess they created. Save yourself that bad experience and hair damage. I will never come back here.

Good communication and professional goes a long way in 2024 especially considering how much a customer pay for a set of lash extensions in 2024.
