We brought our own wine, the floral arrangement on the table was spectacular

I'm excited to be the fourth review for Northridge restaurant if I can give them a 10 I would if I can give them 100 I would. I must say they are entire experience at Northridge at Wolverton was within the top 5-10 meals we've ever had together as a couple. We used to come to the Wolverton to stay at the B&B on long weekends with our dogs and since moving to the area, we haven't been back until last night to experience the new restaurant facility. It is absolutely gorgeous. What an incredible architectural repurposing of an existing crumbling historic bank barn into an amazing entertainment center. The staff were so well trained so friendly, using all the proper verbiage, and you can see the excitement in their faces as they were talking about her, presenting the food plates, which were pieces of artwork in of itself . This was our 25th wedding anniversary and I basically gave my wife the option to pick any place to celebrate. And we could've selected from many of our top selects from over the years living in Bucks County, but w gravitated towards the amazing sounding menu. On this special evening we ordered dishes that we would both share so we could taste each each other's through the various courses The opening course was a choice from the kitchen of three individual component ingredients. I can't recite them. All I can tell you is that the chef do an amazing pairing of different flavors to open up the pallet for the evening. You can see my photo of the three items on the one dish being served. For our opening appetizer, of course we shared the potato soup which actually had pieces of lobster in the soup. It had a heavenly soft flavor. Next, we shared the scallops ceviche again, absolutely spectacular flavor profile, and beautifully plated. For our entrée course, my wife had the short rib cavatel and I had lamb. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. The short rib cartel was a little bit al Dante the way my wife likes it and lamb was cooked, medium rare it was perfect and again the plates were a work of art and I'm a photographer and I've shot food. These were outstanding. To bring our meal to the homestretch, we only ordered one dessert item so one of us had a three course versus the other having a two course and that was the strawberry gatteaux with two coffees. Every dish was beautifully presented Tracy doing an incredible job enlightening us to the preparations the ingredients and it was just such a lovely relaxing evening that we literally felt that we were again away at a special B&B. A special shout out to Matthew the owner's son who offered us an incredible tour of the barn facility as a photograph historic bar for River Towns Magazine. It was awesome seeing the level of detail that was brought forth and the thinking that went into keeping as much of the original 1800s facility Incorporated into a modern entertainment restaurant Facility Please see our lovely photos. Don't blame me if you drool just make a reservation. Plenty of parking on the property and it is a BYOB.

You MUST visit Northridge whether you make the trip to stay at the Wolverton Inn or are close enough to just dine at this new restaurant the property owners opened a year ago. Northridge is located in the working farm's lovingly renovated barn with an architecturally spectacular addition that includes beautiful beams, huge windows, and an incredible 2-story fireplace. The appointments are simple, yet lovely, and make for a warm, elegant dining space. And, every bite of food was amazing! Surprise pre-appetizers included delicious little biscuits and beautifully plated tiny bites: dollop of hummus topped by a sliver of crostini, adorable little jar of vegetable tapenade, bite of cheese with micro greens. From the $75 three-course pre-fixe menu ($65 w/ no dessert) I chose for my appetizer the duck on a little sweet potato waffle - such a unique combination of wonderful flavors! My main, salmon atop a leek puree, was perfectly cooked and, again, the flavors were amazing. My husband had the potato soup with lobster bits and it was absolutely delicious. His Veal Bolognese was a very large portion of pasta and slow-cooked shredded veal with peas, carrots, and a sauce that made us want to lick the bowl. Our desserts were a warm apple crumble and a delightful chocolate parfait served in a small jar. We met the owners, Mario and Mary, and were happy to rave about their wonderful job creating the space and choosing the excellent staff - from their talented chef to the friendly and attentive servers. Our BYOB fine-dining experience was well worth the cost and we'll go back, bringing along as many friends as we can!

Had a terrific meal at https://northridgebarn.com in Stockton, NJ! The setting is magnificent, the food was terrific, and the service was outstanding. It was our first time there, but we will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Intimate feel, aged wood everywhere with a great decorating eye. For this alone, it's worth visiting. Love the giant onion rings w/ a mild dipping sauce. Croquettes missed the mark, a fried cheese ball in marinara. Mushrooms didn't quite make it either, large pieces with an imbalance of sauce. Really liked the sourdough bread. And the beets are unique, a nice side. Enjoyed the steak frites. A bit uneven in the doneness of the steak, maybe a bit underseasoned, but the fries and overall combo hit the mark. Good cocktails. The space- really cool, old tavern vibes, nice layout, super comfortable The food- this is where everything really fell short. The onion rings, which were suggested, were inedible and drenched in grease. The ham and cheese dish- this was good despite being clunky (the ham was burnt and sliced thick, with some larger pieces of fat) the cheese and butter were good, so was the mustard. The hamburger was the real letdown...a burnt (maybe 4-6oz) patty with a sad slice of cheddar (barely melted) with literally nothing else on it, on a martins potato roll, for $20 dollars. Other mains we tried were the pork and duck which were expensive and mid at best, although the portions were large. Overall lots of hype, fell way below expectations.

Today you are greeted with a warm and non cluttered space as you enter and a nice atmospheric feeling in the dining room. The Chef has changed since that time too, bringing a fresh new and exciting menu to the table as well as a 7 course Tasting menu you can also try - we went for the tasting at $130 pp and it was well worth it. It would be too lengthy to try to describe each dish but all but one ( the Larchmont Farm Nectarine) was extraordinary. There is a very small cocktail/wine list now. The most expensive wine being around $50 or so. If you BYO, there is a $25 corkage fee. All the staff were very friendly and informed and described each dish as it was presented. Most of the tables were full the entire night. Not an inexpensive meal but we will return and most likely just order from the regular menu.

We started with a prosecco from the Veneto and some nice appetizers. This was a five course menu preceded by cocktails. The ambiance was an older farmhouse and we sat at a long table with Gail our wine presenter/expert sitting across from us. There were approximately 18 guests. The kitchen was open for us to see and aromas were pleasant . The food was outstanding and we particularly enjoyed the pappardelle and Osso Buco my wife has some leftovers. The wines were perfectly paired and we really enjoyed them all. The Nizzi Barbera was notable. Service was great and Gail was excellent providing history and explanations of all the wines. The second pairing had a bit of an issue with a corked bottle but all was made right. The chef came out as each course was served to explain the dishes and their preparation. We will return when another wine dinner is offered. Mark & Nancy.

They do a great job, impeccable service, and great food bursting with flavor, it's quiet and located in an artsy area of Lambertville. Unfortunately they discontinued dinner in the backyard although they have several tables you can dine at on the sidewalk. They will also be expanding into a Vrbo or Airbnb as the owners purchased the building. The current dining room has nine tables and is surrounded by artwork done by Estella who one of the owners. One advantage is that this a BYOB so you can bring any wine you want and will obviously save on cost. It was three of us and for starters we had the Sourland Spring Mix salad, the Homemade Tortellini with Black Truffle Cream sauce that was amazing. We also had the Saiteed Tian of Crab, Aioli which has been a staple on the menu for years. For entrees we had the Sautéed Rouget Barbet with Tuscan Bean Salad, Apple Salsa, the Seared Faro Island Wild Salmon and the Rack of Lamb. For desert we had the apple and walnut pie with vanilla ice cream, their famous profiteroles, and their special desert which was amazing chocolate mousse of some sort. I would highly recommend them for an enjoyable time that has never disappointed me. One tip is to make a reservation as you may not have a chance as a walk in.

The poutine fries had this delectable salty gravy and a good amount of meat and cheese. The shrimp tacos tasted bright and fresh. Everything was delicious. Sorry we were so hungry and I forgot to take pictures! I ordered a Blood Orange margarita, which was strong but well balanced and tasted like it was made with fresh juice--it made an excellent impression! I hate margaritas made with sweet and sour mix, and I'm pretty picky since I make my own juice mix when I make margaritas at home. I was like, "There drink game is next level." So I felt confident ordering the Strawberry Rosemary 75--but it was a big let down. It had a very chemical taste reminding me of lemon all-purpose cleaner. Usually I like gin cocktails but I didn't care for the flavor combo with this one. I hate wasting food, but I could barely take a sip without gagging. It says on the menu that it's a house favorite --and that is deceiving! Lol. The service was fantastic. Food came out in perfect timing. Our server clearly saw we were enjoying ourselves and did not rush us, and instead paced our meal well. I wish I could remember his name--but he was a lovely gentleman working 5/22. We loved the atmosphere with the plants. We would totally come back! Keep up the great work!

This time, we skipped my usual Wawa run (the Cuban is still elite) and headed to Karla's Restaurant--and it delivered. Set in a charming old house, each room feels intimate and unique. We snagged a patio table and caught the sunset--honestly, it was a little magical. We started with cocktails (my Sidecar was spot-on), then shared: * Caesar salad * Calamari For the entrée, we split the fried chicken sandwich with coleslaw--crispy, flavorful, and more than enough food. And dessert? Carrot cake. Absolutely delicious--moist, perfectly spiced, and finished with that classic cream cheese frosting. A must-order. Service was fun and personable (we even had a doppelgänger moment with our server--still laughing about that). A few notes: * Bathrooms are upstairs via narrow stairs (old-house charm) * Cozy, room-by-room layout * Prices are very fair Bottom line: Great food, great vibe, and a quintessential New Hope dining experience. I'll definitely be back--next time for brunch. Life's short. Eat well.
