    Grilled Chicken Caesar salad

First visit. Had Amber Ale & Kels Pils-- liked Amber Ale better. Ordered Chicken Caesar Salad, very good. Chicken was juicy not dry. Loved the Grilled Salmon BLT! Very good. Also not dry. Sat at the bar, Tyler the bartender very nice & good service. We'll be back!! (Only downside, lots of families & loud kids there but hey, it was a gorgeous Saturday afternoon in New Hope.) ‍

We stopped in to Triumph Brewery before ending our visit to New Hope PA and it was enjoyable. My husband tried a flight of beers which he enjoyed (he liked the Czech Pilsner best). We shared a charcuterie board which was ok (tip: not quite enough on its own when shared perhaps. I'm not 100% all the items were on the board that were written on the menu but it was still good). I really, really enjoyed my Snowy Cosmo cocktail very much! Service was very friendly - would visit again.

It's been over ten years since my terrible experience here and somehow I made the choice to try this place again. I had sworn them off a long time ago but I was starving and in the area, so I made an unusual split decision. It was a lot better than my last experience, but I would still rate their quality as just okay. They're much more expensive than I remember, too. I was thoroughly surprised by their pretzel bites though, these are Auntie Anne's quality! Super buttery and soft. I would get those again. The burger my husband and I split was very average, and very overpriced. The beer is good. Not amazing, but good. The beer is the only fairly priced thin on the menu in my opinion. The service was very good, though. Triumph has sort of redeemed themselves in my eyes, but I won't be back. Or maybe I'll be back in another decade, who knows.

Took the railroad and decided to come here for lunch. Food was mid. Nothing impressive. Had a Cesar salad and some wings on the side. Wing size was good. Not too big, not too small. Flavor was average. Lots of bees this day but it wasn't a huge problem. Got a cider beer, it was good. Waitress was great. She was attentive. Nice outdoor seating. Wouldn't make a special effort to come again based on the food alone.

After a sunny ride along the Delaware Canal Bike Trail, we popped into Triumph Brewery to cool down and grab a bite--and it definitely hit the spot. The vibe here is great: laid-back with a stylish interior and a breezy patio option that's perfect post-ride. Tried a couple of their craft brews--the Pilsner was crisp and refreshing, while my buddy enjoyed the hoppy bite of their IPA. Both were solid pours worth returning for. We kicked things off with the homemade pretzels, and wow--fantastic. Warm, chewy, and perfectly salted with a great dip on the side. Our lunch lineup also included: * Salmon & watermelon salad - light, fresh, and super summery * Nashville hot wings - great heat, juicy, with a legit kick * Brisket BBQ burger - smoky, hearty, and cooked just right * Wagyu tacos - this was the only miss. Meat lacked flavor, though the slaw helped a bit. Service was friendly, the beer was cold, and the menu has something for everyone. Would definitely stop in again after a canal cruise or if you're exploring New Hope!

After visiting the New Hope Railroad we ran across the street to Triumph Brewery which was packed. Quickly putting in an online reservation we were seated quickly outside away from the loud Friday night indoor bustle. There was a German Style Menu which was delicious. Portions are small/average but the food was really delicious. Beers were good and there'm was an extensive cocktail menu and a few ciders. Service was quick. I would go back again.

Driving through town and decided to stop here for lunch. We were seated and given menus. Our waitress took our drink orders and gave us a few moments to check out the menu. For appetizers we decided on the Rye pretzels and the Bao buns. The Bao buns were so tasty I could have eaten them both myself. I loved the chicken and the sauce was amazing. The pretzels were little round balls of goodness with salt and came with cheese or mustard for dipping. Nice and crunchy on the outside and the dips were great. We ordered a burger and the caprese sandwich for lunch. We honestly ordered way too much food, and didn't have much room after the appetizers! The burger tasted great and the caprese sandwich was melt in your mouth amazing with the cheese and bread. We could have split the burger or sandwich because they were both very large and enough for two people! We had good service here and the food was very good. The appetizers were our favorite! The atmosphere is cool. It is a little loud and there were only a couple other tables in the room. Parking is plentiful, but you do have to pay for it at the meter. Overall we had a fantastic lunch.

5 star food & beverages at Triumph! Wonderful selection of beers, brewed onsite! Loved our 2nd floor table that overlooked the New Hope Railroad Station and its wood platform! Situated in New Hope, Pa inside an old brick factory building, there's lots of character here! Our server was not only knowledgeable about the extensive food menu, she also knew the different beers too. Just a 1 block walk to our #WedgwoodInn, it was very convenient to walk to and fro. ( there is ample parking too: pay at the Kiosk).

PROS: The atmosphere was great while the staff was friendly. they had two floors, are spacious, and they make their own beer which you can see the metal barrels that they use. Menu had a good variety on it all at reasonable prices CONS: The food wasnt the best. pasta tasted like chef Boyardee and the fries were definitely frozen. The waitress also charged my credit card four times more than my bill was so they had to issue me a refund OVERALL: This is a great place to watch a game, play pool and darts, or see the brewing process, but i would stay away from the food

This place was amazing! We tried all 6 beers and they were all wonderful! Super cute atmosphere and the service was great. The food we tried was amazing pretzels and bao buns (we were just snacking). The bathrooms were also really clean. Love this place and will be coming back! They sell growlers too. Everything was reasonably priced and can get different size pours of the beer for tasting.

All of the dishes were excellent.  Also had a side of Fioretto Cauliflower $12 that was creative though not too plentiful.  Really appreciated that they list the farms where they source their ingredients.  The beers were superb, Hazy IPA, Bohemian Pilsner and Keller Pils.  The sports bar has a different menu with more of the types of dishes you'd expect at a brew pub. It is however dark and less inviting. In part that's the rub here. As much as we appreciated the quality of the food and gorgeous setting the fact that it is part of a brewery becomes somewhat irrelevant. We had beer because we were there but the dishes begged for wine. I'd have preferred a beautiful beer hall rather than the full fine dining experience. Just a bit too upscale for a brewery. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. .

This time, we were there to just hang out at the bar, so we went down to the basement, which is really nicely decorated! I opted for one of their brews, I think a dark lager, which tasted pretty good, though I didn't end up finishing it. I got to chat a bit with one of the bartenders, who was really cool and helped me out a bunch with some much needed water! I think his name was Herman. Pretty chill spot in my opinion, would come back for another outing with friends or colleagues.

From early conversations with the event manager to the way the entire staff treated me yesterday on-site, Vault's customer service is unmatched. I'd been exchanging emails with Sarah (the event manager) since February to ensure the space was the right fit. Sarah answered all my questions, responded to me in a timely manner, provided ample time for my bridesmaids and I to set up decor and we were permitted to bring our own cake and desserts. The bartender allowed me to Airdrop my custom bridal shower playlist to an iPad that was connected to their surround sound speakers so I could play the music I intended to play. She was attentive, kind and placed purses and miscellaneous items in the back area so it wouldn't be in guest view. She cut the cake for us towards the end of the event. Truly such outstanding service. The event space is located downstairs, completely separate from the main dining area and there is a private restroom. It was a wonderful size for my guest count of 16 people. Everyone in attendance raved about the chicken nachos and the pizza. I personally loved the Wild Mushroom pizza. The food kept getting refilled as the day went on. Each item was labeled and the bar had several menus to look at. This was executed PERFECTLY. I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend Vault Brewing Co. for all your event needs!
