Heard great things about Oasis and decided to give it a try. It must have been the place to be on a Friday night in Sequim because it was packed! Had to try the Prime Rib special of course and it did not disappoint. The meat was perfectly cooked, came with delicious sauces and a tasty baked potato and clam chowder. Came for dinner with my husband, he was excited for the prime rib, but found out it was not available... granted we got there at 8:30 and dinner special was 4 pm start time. He had the club with sweet potato fries and LOVED it. I ordered the prawns and chips, the prawns were way overcooked and not yummy. The fries were good and the tartar was bomb! Very cozy ambiance....dive-bar-meets-diner kinda feel to it. All the staff were friendly and very attentive! Everyone had masks on when not eating and plenty of space between tables for social distancing. Prices are very reasonable for most dishes. Several local brewed craft beers on tap, among other things. I tried a Dick's Irish Ale and it was excellent! Very true to an Irish ale! A lot of pub style food on the menu. I ordered a cup of the soup of the day and a taco salad. The soup was broccoli cheddar and was kinda ok...the taco salad was good but also pretty standard so I gave 4 stars. The food came out quickly and together. All in all I'd say this is a good place for a quick bite. read more

The last two times we've been to Oasis have been extremely disappointing. What once was a great cob salad has turned into a bunch of slivered lettuce, two cherry tomatoes, one egg, and nothing else. Then more recently, I ordered the calamari. Couldn't eat it since it was like chewing rubber - way over cooked. Twice is enough. Went here tonight with a group to watch the Seahawks game and experienced the most terrible service. We walked into the establishment and were snapped at, being told that we need to wait despite the fact that we were waiting patiently, while other patrons were given "open seating". Afterward, we were offered what ever table we want, but our server looked frustrated when we quickly decided to move from one table to another table, even though we had not put any orders at all, or been serviced in any way. He then came to take our order, and when I said he could bring me which ever white claw was the closest, he went silent and angrily looked at me until I gave a specific flavor. He then snapped at me again and walked away quickly. Later, when he asked if we wanted any food and we politely declined, he got angry and walked away again, clearing all the menus. Finally, as we decided we should just head out, he lingered around looking over my shoulder every so often, checking if we were going to tip and also peering down my shirt! We also witnessed him snapping at other customers and left shortly after. This is probably the worst service I've ever had and I would never go back here again. read more

This place is under new management who DO NOT accept gift certificates purchased prior to the change of ownership, they charge for credit card use, service is horrible, ordered an Old Fashion that was basically whiskey mixed with water, WTF? Never going back! read more

First of all if you need to show video it should show I didn't go at lunch but dinner. I don't need to explain myself. I have always treated the staff with respect and over tip. The fact that a used sweatshirt was sold to me and I wanted a refund is a shame. My main concern that this was so much of an issue that my integrity was insulted. No worries I went and bought a $110 sweatshirt at coastal right after that was brand new. I am ashamed of you and your customer service, price increases and credit card charges. Bazar - wait for 30 min to order. Kinda loud so I wrote our order on a note on my phone. We decided to drive from Port Angeles just to get the shrimp and prime rib there. Because it was taking so long I thought I would write my order so I don't have to yell. We have had nothing but good things to say about this place on this medium over the last 2-years, and passed the word to many people - the former owner absolutely awesome. Then I get a barrage of crap because allegedly I'm condescending, don't ike women, and an rude. Clearly under new management. The new owner is in over her head and can't handle a simple conversation, an apology for what I was falsely being accused of, or let alone having an open and honest conversation. Yup, like many places on the Peninsula, the service industry is a thing of the past. Good luck! Used to be a favorite place. New owner has reduced the menu which used to be stellar. No more salmon, for instance. No more Guinness cake. No more "fine dining." It's becoming a sports bar. I wanted a burger to go, heard this place had good burgers, so decided to try it. The server greeted me in a timely manner and was helpful explaining the burger menu. I waited in the bar area. The restaurant itself was spacious featuring a large open room with several large screen TV's (football was on when I stopped.) The space was pleasant and not too noisy. The burger itself was quite nice. It was a good size and texture. Although, it lacked seasoning. (Mine was to-go, so I didn't have salt/pepper to add.) The condiments were fresh (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle). The bun was excellent! The down side was that I was missing the ketchup/mustard that I asked for. The fries were good but over-salted, so much so, that I didn't eat them. The server had asked if I wanted fry sauce with the fries, but there was no fry sauce with my fries. Overall, it was a neutral experience. I thought I waited a little longer than I should have for a single burger/fries to go. I noticed that other customers coming in after me had gotten their food before me as well. I don't know if I would return, but I wouldn't write it off either. The food here was fantastic! We both had the Friday prime rib. It was perfect. Their clam chowder was spot on! The service was amazing. They were very busy yet kept up!! It was definitely loud. Arrived after 4:30, 10 to 20 folks in the place but didn't seem busy. The staff was available, but not over bearing. The food is good and specials are great prices. Oasis bills itself as the Cheers of Sequim. What's not to like, except the pool tables seem to be always taken when you show up later in the afternoon. Today it appeared 3 folks are tying up both tables, but playing one at a time, with long pauses between shots. Note to self, Just guess i need to get here a couple of hours earlier. read more

It's the only "bar" in town of course we have to recommend this place! Not the dive bar I was expecting. It is a bar and grill. So ample tables, booths and bar top seating. TVs through out for us sports fans. It is a good size bar! They say it is the only place open past midnight in a town that all closes at 8pm. But for a town that is up and moving early for farm hours and livestocks hours and outdoor activities. We won't make it past 8pm hahaha! But not to worry young people! This is the spot! read more

Got ignored for seating. Then when we found seating, we were ignored by the server despite being in clear view and next to a table she was assisting. After waiting patiently, another party showed up, got promptly seated, greeted, and served menus while we remained waiting. So we immediately left. Felt very deliberate and not sure what we did to deserve it. We were the only ones wearing masks, I suppose? Or maybe we were the only people of color? Is it that kind of divisive place? We used to love this place....highly recommended it. We went today and a paper doily was in my salad. I found it after a few bites of eating it. Most disturbing is that the server NEVER offered to replace the salad. She offered us 10% off our bill.....seriously. We highly UN-RECOMMEND this place. Sad. I think I first heard of this place on facebook...since I'm not in town a lot I'm usually looking for places that don't close at like 8pm. Usually I'd end up at Applebee's or Chinese places. The menu is extensive and they have some unique things. We ordered the prime rib chili and a grilled cheese,it took almost an hour to get it...kind of long for a Tuesday night and not too many people,but it was good so it was probably worth it. Oasis Pub Grub! What a great find in Sequim. Oasis Bar & Grill is located in a strip mall setting but do not let that detour you. Great pub grub and family food favorites in a sports bar atmosphere with booths, tables, or belly up to the bar seating. They also had a pool table and Tv's showing various sports games. They have a full bar and the Tap list was really something, so many great PNW microbrews and IPAs, my hubby was happy for that! What stood out were the burgers & tots. I ordered the classic diner style burger basket which was a perfect (smaller) sized burger & fries. Plenty of food for me! My hubby had one of their signature burgers, the Tillamok & Cheddar w/ Bacon, now that burger stole the show! Solid wings served here too, perfectly cooked through. Came in for lunch. Hadn't been in there for lunch before just dinner. Everything on the menu was really expensive! Especially for lunch! The average price was $18.00! And only one server. So for a side of onion rings, a side of fries, a Reuben and two sodas came out to $46 with tax! The food was pretty good and it was nice and hot when we got it but I just couldn't believe it was $18.00 for a Reuben! I'll eat there again for sure, but it's just expensive. read more

We have been to the Oasis many times and are rarely disappointed. Their burgers, beer, and fries are good, so is the service. Sometimes they are out of stuff but the staff is good about letting you know before you order. I do take issue with our last visit. I have had the patty melt here a few times and it's been well prepared, but not this visit. They must have gotten a new cook for Sunday afternoon because he sadly needs remedial lessons in patty melt. There was no caramelization on the too fat burger in my sandwich. The burger was medium which was fine but the guy cut the sandwich lopsided so there was more burger on one side and mostly bread on the other. So lower your expectations a bit if you order a patty melt. read more

The hostess refused to seat us because she said they had a large order. Huh? Either your restaurant is open until 9:00 or it isn't. Don't falsely advertise your hours of operation. WOAH MAMA The burger special for Monday is AMAZING?! Giant 1/3 pound burgers for such a low price (with artisan burger buns). Yummy!! And I MEAN IT WHEN I SAY THESE BURGERS ARE BIG!!! So giant!! I tried my hardest to win, and defeat the burger, but it won..... I only finished 3/4 of it before I was ready to fall over and sleep. BUT I WON AGAINST THE FRIES! They need to be mentioned as well, they looked and tasted SO fresh!! I ate them all, and boy did I feel good (a bit stuffed though)! The lady serving us was so nice too!!!! She was so fast! The food came out so fast even though the place was packed with people! Oh! But I am mad about one thing (although it makes sense...) No Minors allowed in the gaming areas.
