Hmmm. This used to be my favorite place to go for an oil change. And while I think Charles is the best, those he is stuck working with have me concerned. The people ( girls) that have taken Tracy's spot are not quick or efficient. The guy who guided my car in had me move it over so far that the tires were rubbing the metal guide underneath! Ye, I took 1 hour for my car to get up to the front. I remember the good old days when Steve worked, and not sure it's related, but they were open at 7am, maybe 8? So convenient. Best experience with oil change EVER. I drove up with an 8 year old and infant in the backseat and the staff were SO quick, helpful, and courteous that the experience just felt like a breeze. They brought everything to my window (forms, quote, receipt, etc) so I didn't even have to get out of the car. My husband usually does our oil changes so I had a few questions that probably seemed dumb or naive and they answered them with grace and education. It's a drive through oil change!!! It's fast and quick! You stay inside your car the entire time. Like a drive through car wash but oil change. Fast and I don't have to sit in an awkward waiting area inside the office like with other oil change places. The line plus service time, I'm out in an hour and a half and I'm just sitting in my car, eating and drinking, and watching my show on Netflix. One man did 6 oil changes in an hour and half. I went to Firestone first but they said they only had 2 techs and I had to come back Saturday if I wanted oil change, they are too busy, I left there and went to Oil Connect and I was in and out. read more

Recently reacquired a Mini Cooper from family and assumed it needed an oil change because of the general neglect the car appeared to be in... anyway, after waiting in an unusually long line I was finally hand-signaled in to pull over the pit. Popped the hood, and waited while the techs did their thing. Tech 1 pulled the dip stick, checked the level and yelled "full". Tech 2 down below yelled up to Tech 1 and asked does it look really "clean"? Tech 1 said let me check again... he replied, "yeah it's clean". Tech 1 asked the receptionist, when was it last done? She said, it wasn't done here but let me check car fax. She confirmed the oil is recent and still has at least 2 thousand more miles. She then said you want an updated window sticker? I said yes, they closed everything up, and I left without paying for a fully synthetic unnecessary oil change. Not sure how many other shops would've been this honest, but I am sure the Oil Connection will be my shop forever. read more

Unbelievably good service. I took one of my cars down for an oil change, loved the service and brought another car down a week later. About an hour after the change the car broke down. I checked the oil and couldn't see anything. I called the shop and explained my issue. The owner of the company showed up to my location within minutes. The oil was full and they were relieved of any responsibility. The owner stayed and helped me troubleshoot the issue, identified the issue, and got the car running. Amazing customer service. I had the worst experience at Oil Connections today! Ladies beware, you will not get a fair deal from them. I took my Lexus RX 330 in for an oil change last Saturday. Everything went smoothly until it was time to go and the service rep. said that my radiator was leaking and I should take it back to whom ever worked on my car. I called my mechanic and he came over and pulled pulled out the whole coolant unit only to find out it's cracked. Mind you, my car was not dripping coolant when I came in, but when I left it's raining coolant. Long story short and much back and forth with the manager, I settled on $40 (half of the cost is the part from eBay) for a $198.00 part. Given that I bought the new part, I have nothing to say. If you have a problem with them, YOU will have a problem. They are not reasonable at all. read more

I went here in my new vehicle and was unsure if the car took conventional oil or synthetic. I was browsing the manual to see but it didn't say. I started to google it when the service advisor told me it could take either. The makers website suggested 5W-20 synthetic and that's exactly what they gave me. (6 quarts). The mechanics were quick and hurried me along when I was making my decision lol he was like "we're ready". I was in and out and it is pull up service. I LOVE this place. They have awesome customer service and I haven't had a problem ONCE with the oil changes they've performed on my car. The oil change itself literally takes only 10 minutes! You don't have to get out of your car for anything. Once you pull up in line, they will tell you to move forward and guide you to drive your car straight into their driveway. From then, your oil change is started and your cashier checks you in and gets your receipt ready, all while in the comfort of your car! They will change your oil and check all your fluids. Before you know it, 10 minutes are up and you're on your way. The wait times will vary depending on how many people are ahead of you. A good estimate is 10 minutes per car. The wait is worth it. They won't try to sell you to change your air filter like they do at other establishments. They know what you're here for and they won't waste your time. Except customer service!! read more

Simply AMAZING! I went to The Oil Connection before they even opened and was one of the first two cars serviced. This was my very first visit to their facility and hands down the best service I have ever received. Tracy was very warm, welcoming, and funny! My service tech (Mateo) not only did the oil change, but he also checked all of the fluid levels and even added a little bit of washer fluid. The service was trash had to wait two hours in line and then when I got up there they didn't start working on my vehicle right away and I got my three-year-old daughter in the car and I started to ask than hey can you start to do your job and they asked me to have a better attitude or else they would not work on my car and as I begin to tell them I've been waiting in the car for 2 hours with a three-year-old and you're asking me to be nicer I mean come on you guys are taking forever on everybody's car an hour per car I mean three cars went through and almost 2 hours not right not right at all there is zero in my book read more

The Oil Connection is still the only place we take our 2 cars and a truck! I took my car in for an oil change today and when they checked my oil it was still clean and full thanks to the synthetic oil we use. The manager checked my mileage and assured me that even though my sticker date was well past the due date it would be a waste of money for me to have it changed until I reached the mileage (needless to say I only drive to work and back and a few errands per week). Honesty is hard to find in any commercial business but the crew at the Oil Connection go above and beyond in all areas. The manager even explained the oil life readings I was showing on my car to reassure me that my oil quality and level was still pristine. They filled my reservoirs and sent me on my way!
