I will go there for a more upper end dinner. I ordered the chicken and it was extremely delicious. It was seasoned and grilled very well along with a side salad that was fresh with different greens. I had also ordered the Pinot Grigio they had. Overall, very nice dinner. And the menu had a list of so many different options for you to choose from pastas to entrées and more. Service was fast and extremely polite. No complaints there!

I was looking for a bit of variety, so we started with a cheese steak flat bread. It was really tasty, but it did seem a bit under-cooked. It would have been great with a bit more crunch on it, as it was a bit floppy. When our entrees came, my steak was cooked to perfection. It was a nice cut of filet, and wonderfully medium-rare. The sauce was just thick enough, and had a great flavor for the steak and potatoes. The asparagus was cooked well too! No complaints at all.

My beautiful friend has such great taste I didn't expect anything less from her but this place lived up to the standards I hold her to. It's so majestic and pristine inside the chapel. This for the fairly take style love story they have. The food was amazing from start to finish. The cocktail hour food was appetizing to every palette. They had everything chicken, beef seafood and sushi. The hors d'oeuvres and main course were well made. I have been to a lot of weddings, and I have been in a couple weddings, and out of all the venues I've ever been to this one is by far my favorite. Mainly because of the food. If it wasn't raining, the outside scenery would be perfect for photos. But I got beautiful photos by the bar, and on the couch in the back of the ballroom. If you want a really nice wedding venue location, I don't know how much this place cost but I bet it was worth it.

Dinner here was really good overall and a solid experience from start to finish…read more I went with the sesame chicken and steamed white rice, which was exactly what I wanted. I also tried pork buns for the first time. It was not really my favorite, but it was still flavorful. My friend had the steamed sea bass, which was cooked perfectly and came with a really nice, tasty sauce. Service was excellent. Our waitress was very sweet, patient, and attentive, offering recommendations and explaining the menu without being overbearing. They start you off with Chinese tea and a small plate of peanuts, which is a nice touch--but if you have a peanut allergy, make sure to let them know right away since it's placed on the table automatically. The meal ends with fresh cantaloupe, which was ice cold, sweet, and a refreshing finish. The restaurant itself is a nice size with reasonable prices. We went on a Saturday night and there was no wait. It could use a bit of sprucing up, but it was clean and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the restaurant sits right on Route 46, so it's not hard to find at all. They accept all major credit cards and cash.

So…read morewhen I found Qin Dynasty in North Jersey, I was willing to make the trek - especially since I had a dim sum craving one weekend. We got there at around 11 on a Saturday. It was crowded but not packed yet. We were seated right away (your whole party needs to be there). There are so many options for dim sum - some that you don't even typically see in Brooklyn/Chinatown. For example, I saw some lobster tails, and a giant cheesy oyster that looked really good but I'm sure they were $$$. We stuck to the dim sum basics - ha gao, shumai, beef churng fun, chicken feet, chicken sticky rice, steamed cha siu baos, and tofu pudding. I don't have any complaints about the dim sum. All were good and some were even better than ones in NYC. And let me tell you - they do not skimp on the meat here. The ha gaos and shumais were so plump! Since it's a rarity that we get to have authentic Chinese food, we also ordered the salted fish and diced chicken fried rice, and the pan-fried noodles with beef. Both were good and had lots of meat. Service was surprisingly attentive - unlike in NYC where it takes forever to flag down a waiter. Our waiter was always nearby and seemed happy to help with our requests of water, chili oil, etc. I think we might have found our go-to Cantonese restaurant. It's just a shame it isn't closer to home.

The chicken proteins are high-quality; the veggie dumplings are tasty quick bites; the front of house is congenial and accommodating. The best dish we had was the kung pao chicken, which brought a little heat, and was color- and spiciness-balanced by the zucchini and carrot veggies. Then I'd say the next best was the fried veggie dumplings, which were true hand food and not oily. In third place was the sesame chicken, which was just fine. My mom wanted to substitute bok choy for the broccoli that normally comes with the sesame chicken, which they cheerfully obliged even though our order was several minutes in at that point. All in all, a full step above your standard Chinese takeout! You won't regret trying it.

Now, that delicious Chinese food taste from home has migrated north! This version of their restaurant is takeout only. The prices are good and the food is even better. The wonton soup has the standard number of three wontons but they are thick and very meaty! I also ordered chicken and shrimp, but prefer it steamed with brown sauce on the side and the order was filled just like I desired! The chicken and shrimp are fresh and i'd love the addition of onions to the order. I wish more Chinese food restaurants did this. Parking is street only, and it isn't always easy to get a spot, so delivery might be a good option. I'll definitely be back!
