Omg. The BEST Philly cheesesteak I've ever had. I was headed to the airport and stopped in to use the bathroom. I couldn't resist but to grab a sandwich too. I asked the gentleman at the counter to recommend a sandwich for me. I went with the half size. I waited until I got home to eat it (California). It was huge and fully loaded. Super flavorful. Will return when I'm in the area again.

absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The cheese was melted just right, and the fresh bread held everything together wonderfully. The balance of flavors and textures made every bite a delight. Fries were yummy too! Highly recommend if you're craving a top-notch Philly Cheesesteak!

I always pass by this place, ever since I was a kid, but never went in until yesterday. I should've gone sooner! The sandwiches were stuffed full of well seasoned meat. We tried the pepper cheese steak and chicken pepper cheese steak. I think the regular cheese steak was better than the chicken (a tad less dry and a little more seasoned) but both were solid and well enjoyed. Huge servings. Prices have gone up from other pics I've seen online (I think now 13.49 for chicken and 14.49 for beef) but for the portions you get and considering how food prices have gone up everywhere, I think it's still reasonable. The floors were a little sticky and two flies were buzzing around the front counter.

My husband and I have been going here for years, I would even crave it when pregnant! The cheese fries are amazing as are the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches! Best eaten there in person, though the neighborhood can be a little noisy. This place gets slammed on weekends do be ready to preorder or wait (we went Saturday of Seafair weekend and were told a 25 minutes wait but our food was up in 15 minutes). The only downside is that my aging adult body cannot keep up with the cheesy fries and for me it can be a risk to eat them! We took our food to go and I ate a ton of regular fries hot out of the bag on the way home, seasoning took these fries to the top! No regrets

Delux Steak was amazing!

First things first, food is amazing!!! We got the delux steak and the cheese steak. Both were delicious but do note that they go really heavy on the mayo. Next time I'll order my delux without it. It is a take out only place so keep that in mind when planning on eating here. You can place your order in advance so that's a plus and they have an area to keep your Philly warm while you pick it up. Drink selection is limited but that's to be expected with a take to go place. Portions are huge so maybe split a fry order. The people working there are nice and overall a good place. In summary, I would definitely go there again just no mayo. And bring my own drink.

On a cold wet rainy Seattle day I decided to stop by Original Philly's. To my surprise you can finally go inside to place an order. No more ordering in the door way and wait outside for your order. I placed my order for a chicken pepper cheese sandwich and a pepper steak sandwich after a 10 minute wait. I was handed two bags they both had a little weight to them. I opened the chicken sandwich which was Stacked to the very edge with meat! I didn't get to see the steak but I can only imagine how it looked if my sandwich was packed full. The food is always fresh and made to order.

Amazing Philly cheesesteak place!!! Location: this place is located at the corner of a red light interaction and there's parking around the building. Plenty of spots when i went on Saturday. There is no dine in option however there are a couple of tables outside for people to eat at Food: the menu has plenty of options -- all sounding amazing (vegan options available!) we order the deluxe sandwich and Philly steak sandwich both in a full option. You can order a half or full. The full price i think is worth the food amount you get. The Philly steak is just cheese and steak, the deluxe comes with steak, cheese, lettuce, mayo, peppers, mushrooms. The flavor on these sandwiches were incredible (Based on other Philly cheesesteak places I've had). My favorite would be the deluxe that had abundance of flavors to it. They had Philly cheese steak fries that i will definitely need to come back to get! Service: you order at the door as the place is still blocked off due to Covid however we did not wait long for our food -- maybe 10 mins? They do charge a 1.00 for credit card if you decide to pay with credit card. Overall, an amazing Philly cheesesteak place located in Seattle!

WAYYYYY too salty! Plus, this Philly girl likes real Cheez Whiz, not thin/watery stuff. And it's scummy inside.

Decent cheesesteaks and cheese fries here. I just wish there was a bit more cheese on their sandwiches. I do really love their shop though.

I'd heard they were good, but holy smokes, I didn't realize they would be *that* good. Here are my recommendations: - Get the Tatstrami. Its combination of flavors is so freaking good. - Order online and then sweep in and pick it up. Since the place does most of its business during lunchtime, there's always a line and this is a way to skip that. If you want to venture beyond a pastrami sandwich, I highly recommend the chicken cheesesteak. While I normally opt for beef when it comes to cheesesteaks, Tat's actually isn't amazing but their chicken one is. So get that instead. In short, this is tied with Dingfelders for the best sandwich in Seattle. Pay it a visit and bring your appetite.

The sandwich was great. Hot, fresh, flavorful (quite spicy - but I like it), moist, and large - about enough for 2 people. Packed with meat, cheese. onions, and peppers. I'd order here often if I lived in Seattle. The zucchini fries however were not good, especially for $12. Very bready, the slices of zucchini were too skinny, and portion size was kind of small. It was only good because it was hot and fried. But the zucchini itself had a strange flavor..kind of fishy? I would not recommend these, maybe just stick to fries but everything else was good. Sandwich - 5/5 Zucchini Fries - 2/5 I ordered online, which was fairly simple, and you pick up from a side door of the building to the kitchen in the parking lot (left side), you do not have to go inside. Pick-up service was friendly. Overall excellent sandwiches!

One thing I truly appreciated was leaving without smelling like a grill--a small detail that makes a big difference when dining in. The staff were genuinely welcoming, patient, and happy to answer questions, making the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered the Mushroom Pepper Cheesesteak, a classic cheesesteak meal, and an order of cheese fries. The cheesesteaks were the clear stars of the meal. The steak was tender and generously portioned, the mushrooms and peppers were fresh, and the cheese tied everything together perfectly. The bread was soft with just the right amount of chew, holding up beautifully without overpowering the filling. The portions are generous, especially considering how reasonably priced everything is. They also offer a kids' menu, making this a great option for families looking for a casual meal. The only item that fell a little short for me was the cheese fries. They were topped with melted American cheese, which wasn't quite my preference. I would have loved to see a richer, more flavorful cheese sauce to better complement the crispy fries. Overall, this is a spot I'd happily return to. Great value, excellent cheesesteaks, friendly service, and a clean, comfortable dining room make Philly Ya Belly an easy recommendation. Sometimes all you need is a well-made cheesesteak--and they certainly know how to make one.

Tonight, they were at Hell Bent in Lake City. We love that this is a regular spot for them these days because it is the easiest location for us to get to on their schedule. My go-to is either the Chicken Philly or the Turkey Tatstrami since I don't eat red meat. Tonight it was the Turkey Tatstrami. My husband and son always go and pick up the sandwiches. The folks working the truck are so kind and *always* remember them. There's something to be said about being a regular and having a friendly rapport with these cool people. They are often super busy but recognize my family every time. :) There were a lot of people waiting for their food when we got there, but the line to order was short. Everyone was patient - they knew dinner was going to be good! These sandwiches are not for everyone. If you don't like ones that get really messy and require several napkins, this isn't for you. Well, at least the sandwiches that I always order, anyway. What I love: - the super friendly staff, always upbeat and welcoming - the crazy delicious sandwiches, wrapped in white paper (I just love when sandwiches are wrapped in white paper) - their steak sauce. You have to ask for it if you're not getting a cheesesteak sandwich. I always get some. There is an old ad campaign for an infamous fast food chain that featured celebrities biting into their burgers and having the sauce drip onto them. Tat's sandwiches make you feel like you're actually in one of those commercials, loving every moment as the sauce drizzles down your chin. The bread on both sandwiches is perfect. Toothsome with a cornmeal dusting but moist and gentle against the sandwich fillings. The pastrami is fragrant and tender, and its amped up by its accompaniment of crisp cabbage slaw. The cheesesteak is so juicy, and the cheese is complementary to the steak but doesn't steal the show. As you can see, Tat's sandwiches are incredibly generous with the meat, as well! Pro tip: if you happen to have a bag of French onion Sun chips lying around, eat them with the pastrami. It's symphonic. It's worth mentioning that their staff is super friendly and helpful, too! Heading from WA-16, you take the Sprague Ave exit and it will be on your right; at the corner of Earnest S Brazill St. PARKING There's plenty of parking if you want to walk up and order or eat there. AMBIANCE Not much for ambiance. It's just a burger stand with uncovered tables and chairs. I believe most people just use the drive thru. SERVICE I ordered at the drive thru. It's just like any other drive thru experience. There was one vehicle in front of me. It took about 10 min to get my food from the time I ordered, waiting for the customer in front of me, and paying the woman at the window. One note I'd like to make is that I was told they do not accept Capital One credit cards, which I found extremely weird. I thought she meant Mastercard so I was going to give her a Capital One card with Visa, but she was adamant that it was specifically Capital One that doesn't work. I didn't feel like arguing so I just used a different card. FOOD So I got myself a Philly cheesesteak. I've read the burger was good too so I also got a double cheeseburger meal. The cheesesteak was decent. All around had good flavor. The cheese was slightly overpowering in my opinion, but I didn't mind it. I just wish the cheesesteak was a little bigger. The burger was okay. It didn't really stand out compared the other options in the area. I personally enjoyed the cheesesteak more. The fries were good. Better than your average fast food fries. OVERALL I might come back. It's kinda out of the way from where I live and I have so many other options. But it's not a bad stop if I'm already in the area and in the mood for a cheesesteak.
