Absolutely the BEST BREAKFAST/LUNCH in the South Bay! Had the wet GREEN CHILE BURRITO. The perfect blend of green Chile sauce, red peppers, potatoes, egg with flour tortilla. Upon first bite, it was heaven in my mouth ! Amazing cheese and green Chile flavor with huge chunks of pork. I give this dish a 10 + stars!!!! and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Our server Eddie ROCKED! First off, do not let the location fool you. It's kind of in a weird, sketch plaza. When I first walked in it looked like it was just a take out type of place, but it actually had a seating area for dining in. It's a bit small, so I'm assuming it can get busy sometimes. Luckily, my boyfriend and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. All the employees were very polite and friendly (except for one who wrote a note on our check saying the giants suck and go dodgers or something like that because of my debit card I used). The food was great though. I ordered this hash brown concoction and it was so tasteful. I asked for everything crispy and it was absolutely perfect upon receiving our order. My boyfriend ordered a basic breakfast but everything was made perfect (we can be very specific and picky). When I first got here.. I was a bit worried. The place looked sketchy and it looked like they only served pizza and I was coming in here for brunch. I thought what the heck?! Is my friend bringing me to a pizza place for BREAKFAST?! But I was wrong!This place quickly became on of my favorite joints for breakfast/brunch. I ordered the southern which came with 2 biscuits and gravy.. and although that sounds like a little bit, it was plenty of food and they were a great size! I got the blueberry pancakes and bacon with coffee. Pancake had a great taste and are very filling also the bacon was nice and warm for once instead of being cold like other places. I have ordered from this restaurant been there a few times I usually have good service. When you order on doordash you can't add special instructions which in the past is no issue as long as you call. I have done that before a few times. Well today I placed an order called in within 5 mins was told oh we made the dish already so I can't change anything. I knew that wasn't true it wasn't possible. I then contacted doordash to see if they got the same response and they were told you can never change the order once placed again not true because I have before. I don't get why I was lied too Or doordash was. While I get policies of no substitution which they don't have but I don't get the lies. read more

Went there last Saturday nite, 9/10/22. Alyssa took my to go order at the restaurant. She was the best! Ordered Millys Blat, fish and chips, and a Margarita pizza. I asked for ranch dressing for the sweet potato fries. BTW, she asked me what kind of fries I wanted! When I got my order, she told me, Ranch dressing is in there. I asked for Parmesan cheese and Alyssa said "oh it's in there too". So I thought great don't even have to ask. So there was lots of Parmesan cheese, and Crushed Red Pepper for my pizza, and some ketchup for the fish and chips. I think Alyssa even called me by my name and said thank you Jon when I left. The food is delicious from here the problem is the service. I placed an order for pick up, got there still waited 30 mons to get my food. I drove all the way home and sat down to eat only to find that half of my order was missing. I began to call them because I didnt want to sit and wait again and the phone jsulust rings and rings. I get there, ask to speak to a supervisor and was told they were busy; I cn see the owner standing around and she didnt want to own up to it. Any meal you get here is always delicious! My favorite meal here is the French toast it's soo yummy. The last two times I have came to the pan I gotten Alejandra as my server. She is very helpful I always struggle on trying new things but she has great recommendations. She suggested to get loaded hash brown and she didn't disappoint! I've been here for breakfast a couple times and I have to say, it never disappoints. It should say something that they are always busy even on weekdays. Both times I have gotten the normal breakfast plates, you know, eggs bacon hash browns pancakes. And I always get it with chocolate chip pancakes. Their food is always good and it tastes just as fresh. The chocolate chip pancakes are moist and yummy and not overly dry or sweet. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. The Pan was the first stop we made as soon as well landed and picked-up our rental car. We got there around 10:30-11am and didn't realize that it would be so busy even on a thursday morning. The quoted wait was significantly longer due to Yelp "check-ins." (that we were not aware of) We decided to stay and as always the food was good, but I will definitely consider the wait before going in the future, and will be sure to check in on Yelp before leaving the house. The server was good, but the hostess complained that we wanted to move from a tiny table, by the front door, to an available booth, stating she "doesn't move people when there is a wait". When we asked to move there were no people waiting and two open booths. Considering we waited well over an hour, she should have been happy to accommodate, not complain. Maybe they can expand the restaurant into the vacant space next door in the future to accommodate demand. read more

It's was Easter Sunday and my boyfriend and I decided to go enjoy breakfast here. We ordered our food and also stated we wanted "two orders of the three stack buttermilk pancakes," STEPHANIE our waited came back with only two pancakes and we told her that we said "two orders," she counted with her finger and said "I'll bring four more out then" When we received the bill she charged us 3.00 for EACH pancake and claimed it's "a la carte" Not only did she not inform us that overrall there is no three stack of pancakes she went along with it when she brought out 4 more. The entire time we were frustrated she had the most snappy attitude. When I asked for the manager she stated "your looking at her" I'm sorry but no "manager" should have such poor management skill to the point where she can't help a customer, to the point where she can't apologize for a confusion that she participated in, or come up with a better alternative than paying 3.00 for each pancake. She said her niece was the owner when I asked for the owners information. She also stated "no I'm good" when I asked for a way of contact to make her niece aware of this situation. I believe she uses this as a way to act any way she wants with a customer. It is saddening that this family owned placed uses this to their advantage and treats customers so unjustly. Worst experience and it is even more saddening that yelp is the only resource I can use to inform her management of this since Stephanie could not provide me with any other information. I've been a long standing fan of the pan. This was the first time and only time coming to this location. The cashier was handling the upset customers poorly. I ordered through Postmates and she was making all pick ups wait in line. My order took 1.5 hrs to process. We waited in line 20minutes for her to tell us there is a line. She was only handing out orders as they got done. The place was packed with at least 20 ppl. Everyone was mad. Some ppl were actually returning food as the order was wrong.
