It's counter service, and when your order is ready, they announce your number on your receipt. Gemato's is a good place for families or large parties with plenty of seating.

Tonight, we were celebrating my parent's anniversary but it was ruined because we had a couple of unprofessional employees gave us a poor service when they got the wrong order and been told no sit on certain tables. We wanted to sit where the TV is at, but the guy named Jason said "no you cant." He was aware that the table we wanted to sit was not reserved but he didnt allow us to sit there, so he sent us to the further place where it was uncomfortable. Of course, they make it up to us, but the damage is already been done. The moral of the issue is you cant tell customers exactly where to sit when there's no reason to. Other than the service, the food were good, but too pricey. So, I wouldnt recommend this place anymore for the next party or even a hangout. read more

Been eating at the patio for over 20 years now, and every time I eat there it gets worse. Today had the chicken tenders, and you were able to see through the breading. That's how nasty and greasy they were. Ribs used to be the best around. Now just 25 dollar slabs of fat. The morons working there are rude, lifeless 20 somethings with no common sense. The mangers are fresh off the boat, rude and arrogant. I love Greek owned restaurants, but when you hire rich Greek know it all mangers, and they act like the didn't make a mistake when they give you garbage food you lose customers. Having to drive back to get what I already paid for is frustrating enough, but what really bothers me is the complete lack of an apology or accountability.
