Just stopped in for a brew and water. This establishment had a nice vibe, cute (female) bartender took my order (craft beer). Food looked good but I wasn't real hungry so I skipped on the grub. I would recommend this place.

Stopped in while staying at the Hilton across the street, good atmosphere - not too loud but still a bar ambiance. Got the Cubano and the Elderberry cider, both were really good!! Staff was very friendly. I'll definitely come back next time we're here!

We were at the Hilton across the street. After coming off the Margaritaville ship. I was craving a nice hardy sandwich. We all decided on The Pint and Brew. I reviewed their menu. You know it's a great menu when you want everything on it. I picked the Tampa Cuban. I tried several times to order online. I assume system was spotty due to Milton. I crossed the street and met the owner. I loved the feel and friendly staff. I placed my order. Best part was I was able to watch them make it in front of me. I figure I would like to watch it with a glass of wine. Yup a nice crisp mellow Chardonnay. Chit chatted a bit. I felt very comfortable and music was good. I must say my Tampa Cuban was soooo good. I ate the whole thing. Kudos to business owners who are willing to open their business at challenging times to comfort and feed others. I highly recommend The Pint and Brew .

Quick bite to eat on a rainy night when staying in the hotel across the street. Cute little setup with tables, good crowd. I took mine to go with the weather so bad, so didn't get to experience the different beer selections. I had the grilled cheese with apply and bacon, plus a cup of soup. Soup- thick and rich, super yummy but very filling.. Grilled cheese- large, wasn't the biggest fan of the specific one I ordered. Way to much bacon chunks compared to the thinner apples. Good for someone looking for a lot of bacon. I would have liked thicker apples with a little bacon. Came with a large serving of kettle chips. I am sure you can request this and I would try again! Super nice and quick service. Ordered in advance and was ready ahead of time.

Jules hard at making me her signature sandwich!

First off, I walked in and was perusing their extensive beer menu when I spotted a familiar brand, so I said "Allagash". "That's good stuff." It just so happens there was 2 guys from Allagash Brewery perusing Tampa to see how their beer was selling. They invited me to sit down with them and bought my beer. We had a great chat about my visit to the Brewery in Portland, ME and other commonalities. Now to the food, after those guys left. the girl behind the bar was walking near where I was sitting and I said, "It was suggested for me to order the Smokehouse". She said, "That's a good choice". I replied, "when you eat, what do you put on your sandwich"? She said, Well, I make good stuff and here's how I like it....,". So I replied, "I'm sure you know what's good so can I get it the way you would make it"? And thus "The Jules" sandwich was born! I waited patiently while I was drinking my second Allagash while Jules made me her signature sandwich. See attached photo- substitute bacon for prosciutto add caramelized onions and substitute cheddar cheese for provolone with the usual bbq sauce, brisket and pulled pork. With pickles and chips! Outstanding! For anyone local or visiting Tampa downtown, please do your tastebuds a favor and stop in and have a beer and "The Jules". You won't be disappointed. Cheers!

Loved it! Grilled cheese was cooked to perfection. Also, Had the pint and the pint & brews cider ... delicious. They used to have a location in Oldsmar but it closed years ago with so many Groupon specials it was good to bring back all the memories we shared there. I know for a fact that the red sangria is delicious but wasn't in the mood for wine hence why I ordered a cider. Staff was friendly and ambiance was great.

    Patty melt with fresh chips.

Service was outstanding, food was very good. My son had the comfort grilled cheese, I had the patty melt. We both chose the homemade chips, but thought they would be hot. They were ok, but didn't taste too fresh. Only downside was the dude by the door that asked everyone who came in if he could get some money. Not a snob, but do appreciate eating without being asked for a handout. Can't say I have ever been in a restaurant eating while people were asking for money.

    Ale and...
    Dave M.

Unfortunately (for us), we stopped by for lunch - but, since it was really our breakfast, we did not have (take) a chance to sample one of the many amazing looking ale offerings they had. The food was pretty good. Veggies were fresh and portions good. The grilled cheese got a bit too much of tan before it got to us. I don't know if it was the bar/restaurant or the group next to us, but something smelled strongly of cigarettes. Not my cup of tea for breakfast -- but, that's more on me for choosing the first meal of the day in a pub. The family felt like once was enough, but I'd love to go back to try some of those ales! I'd definitely say it's worth a try.

Delicious grilled sandwiches. I like the pastrami Reuben! Friendly staff, good beer list, and fair prices. I'll be back.

Nice place to get a glass of wine and good food in Tampa. They are open until midnight which is nice if you are coming from the west coast.

The sandwiches were both great and so was the Mac and cheese. Nice environment, very speedy and willing to accommodate special requests.

However, I've been pretty underwhelmed every time I've come here. I really want to love their wings, but Hattricks is just in another stratosphere compared to everywhere else in Tampa Bay. I got 16 wings for $30 - 25% = $22.50 and I had half "soon to be famous" and half garlic parmesan. I thought both were just okay at best. I also tried at $14 dirty martini. It was pretty standard. And I tried the $15 espresso martini. I would not order an espresso martini here again. I enjoyed playing trivia and there are a bunch of TV's to watch a game. I guess I need to try something here other than wings. I don't know every time I come here I always wonder why I'm not at Hattricks instead. This recent visit found all four of us wanting more of Chef Jeannie Pierola's creative and flavorful cuisine! We shared some burrata at the bar while we visited with friends and then moved to our table for a delightful dining experience. The tuna tataki was a fantastic sharing plate to kick off a night of amazing flavors. I had the coconut lime glazed black grouper which featured purple sticky rice, a red curry emulsion, pineapple jalapeño chutney & herb salad. Sharing a bite with my partner was a challenge but I played fair as he gave me a divine taste of his seared duck breast. Our friends shared the octopus tiradito and wild caught sea scallops. They raved about the size of the scallops and the accoutrements. We had no room for dessert and plan to return when we fly back into Tampa later this year.
