Pizza Grille is a long-time favorite restaurant with three locations in Lemoyne, Camp Hill, and Carlisle. All the years I've dined at one of the Pizza Grille locations, I don't think I've ever had pizza. I love Pizza Grille for its fine chopped salads and salad selections. Today, the Carlisle location was perfect for a delicious salad after going to the Penn State Extension Cumberland Valley annual plant sale. Excellent service and a very accommodating server. 6/2/26: Ordered Door Dash delivery. Absolutely LOVE your gluten free pizza crust! The #27 Carnivore offers a great choice of three meats, plus allowing to add some veggies as well! Though it looks small, it really does fill you. I saved 1/2 for my husband. The Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes are so delicious and we are thrilled that they are gluten free. I loved being able to substitute broccoli for the salad this time. As always, your Italian Meatballs are delicious and gluten free as well. We love that you offer different choices for sauce on them! While visiting Pennsylvania for work, one of our local coworkers recommended this spot. First Impressions: The parking lot was a bit small, but the building--both inside and out--was clean, spacious, and offered plenty of seating. Service: Our waiter was excellent--friendly and helpful.He recommended a few menu items and made us feel welcome. Food: I ordered a pizza with hot honey, and it was delicious. The hot honey in particular was amazing and really stood out. The pizza was a little greasy, but still very enjoyable. Overall: Great first visit. We had a group of 10 on Friday night. They were able to seat us right away. It's a great interior with large windows that can be opened during warm weather. It's BYOB. I had the caprese sandwich and requested the baguette instead of focaccia. They were able to do that for me and it was delicious. It was served with a good chopped salad on the same plate. The pasta dishes that the others ordered were delicious and large portions. There's a parking lot. They have Coke products. We're planning to return again. Had lunch here today with the family. Quite a disappointment. To tout the idea of being a "pizza" place, they sure lack in this department ... so meh in every way (crust less than ordinary and swimming in tasteless cheese). The bacon burger arrived without the bacon but it took so long for the server to check back with us that my guest ate it anyway. My Sicilian salad was supposed to have chopped cheese and salami but there was a minuscule amount of that ... just mostly lettuce. And of course, it was too late to rectify that, too. Maybe it's just me, but I don't get the draw here. The place just feels dirty and unkempt. The hostesses (yes, 4 this time) act as if they are annoyed by your presence. The pizza...yeah. When the center of your pie is so soggy, the slice cannot support toppings beyond cheese, there's an issue. Been here twice and came away with the same impression both times. Except this time we were given the wrong pizza, and my glass looked like it never saw a dishwasher. read more

Never had a bad meal here! The service is EXCELLENT when you have Brett as your server. He is the BEST!! A group of us go there at least once per month for dinner. We ALWAYS ask for Brett because we know he is top notch! He never writes our orders down and he never gets it wrong. Good polite service, nice outdoor seating. All good ingredients. The Ceasars salad was good, but it wasn't a Ceasars salad (mixed greens vs Romain, not Ceasar dressing). The pizza could not be eaten by the slice, floppy due to undercooked dough. It was otherwise ok with knife and fork. We ate at Pizza Grill (Carlisle) last evening and usually we like the food. However my chosen pizza this time the cheeseburger was not my favorite. It came with Large piles (maybe 8) of mayo on top of pickles which were on top of shredded lettuce which covered everything below it.......I scooped the abundance of mayo & pickle off onto a napkin. Gross amount.....Then enjoyed eating the pizza which was tasty, kinda. I started searching for hamburger and found very few crumbles on the entire pizza. I felt cheated & disappointed by this also. I have been to this place several time and have never been disappointed with any of the pizzas I have tried. I especially like the Thai pizza (the burger pizza not quite as much but not bad. They have good food and friendly, albeit a bit slow, service. The pizza options are plentiful and the warehouse style ambiance of the restaurant is nicely appointed. If you are in the mood for pizza and dessert in Carlisle, this is probably your best option. Give them a try! read more

I wasn't a big fan of this place the first time I went. The pizza was good enough but that was it. My major problem with it was that their pizza just seemed to be bread with cheese. I couldn't really savor any of the toppings. It seemed as if the cheese just suffocated it. Despite this assessment, I figured I'd be even less of a fan now that I stopped eating dairy. Boy was I wrong. I decided to forego my normal pizza topping staple of artichokes for something else. I eyed the mushroom trio for a long time but eventually settled on the roasted vegetable pizza sans the cheese. What a great pie! It tasted so much better without the cheese. The flavor of the vegetables and the oil it was roasted in was able to shine through a lot better. The veggies became the star instead of some two bit, backup actor that is buried beneath a mound of cheese. It was an extremely flavorful pie. It got me wondering...would their other veggie pies taste as good without the cheese? I'm going to have to return to find out. read more

Absolutely delicious food! To start, the French onion soup is among the best I've ever had! Order the special for the day, a dried blueberry salad with champagne vinaigrette. Added grilled chicken. The chef know how to make a salad!!! Perfect mixture throughout and the dressing was really good! Husband got a pizza and it was delicious. Service is exceptional. We got in late from a long flight and needed something easy but really wanted fresh and tasty. We stumbled on a Pizza Grille and decided to give it a shot after reading the great reviews here. I'm soooo happy we did! We split a small salad, which was crunchy and fresh, then the #18 and #1 - both were so tasty, the crust is spectacular. Also... the place looks brand new! This place is bright and cheery. That have a large variety of items on the menu. From seafood, pizza, pasta and sandwiches. A large number of salad choices from a chopped salad to a grilled pork tenderloin salad. I had the blacked scallop caesar. The scallops were fresh, not from the ocean, but they hadn't been sitting around for a couple days either. The salad greens are cut too small for my taste, a spoon would have worked better than the fork, but it was fresh and plenty of it. The Pizza Grille is worth a try. I called to buy a gift certificate for a Dickinson student. Every year I buy a few gift certificates from places in Carlisle, and the experience with Pizza Grille was phenomenal. I can't say enough good about the event we recently held at the Carlisle Pizza Grille. I reached out to the Pizza Grille in February for a rehearsal dinner to be held in June. I met with the Assistant Manager Jeff and Manager Stacy and from minute one they were on board to make our 80 person gathering the best it could be. And they delivered! Jeff worked with me to develop a menu sure to please anyone. He went the extra mile and ordered tablecloths to dress the space for the special occasion. The groundwork for the event had me hopeful that all would go well. Well it exceeded my expectations. The room was set up perfectly. The service was friendly, fast, professional and efficient. And the food was incredible. Brett, Kelsey and Erica took care of our crew with smiles and the best service from start to finish. The kitchen did an amazing job. Eighty people ordered from a menu of over 20 items all at the same time. The staff behind the scenes delivered delicious, hearty portioned meals. I would highly recommended this venue for lunch, dinner, happy hour and more. Great space, great service, great food. Went here a little late last night. There were 5 in our group of course we all ordered something different. The decor here isn't like the other Pizza Grilles it is set in an Industrial Ambience from the foors to the walls the tables are stanless the chairs wire mesh . The staff friendly and attentive as could be only onewaitress on but she was helped a bit by the cook staff. B.Y.O.B. here for now but I think they will looking to place one here in the near future. The food was served hot and good evrybody was happy with their meals from a chicken chease steak and meatball hoagies to the hawiian pizza and the blacken scallops ceasar salad and the bowls of red seafood chowder. We came in to the CARLISLE Pizza Grille for the first time in over a year. We arrived after the Lunch Crowd which was nice as it was quiet and comfortable! Our Server/Manager was EXCELLENT! He was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the Grilled Vegetable Sandwich on Focaccia which came with a chopped mixed greens salad with Champagne Vinaigrette! It was, in a word, SPECTACULAR!! My entire meal from start to finish was absolutely the BEST I've had in a very long time. Everything was prepared perfectly and tasted divine. I highly recommend the Pizza Grille AND the "Grilled Vegetable Sandwich on Focaccia with Mixed Green Salad". You won't regret it!! Sooo GOOD!!! read more
