Decent! I've passed by this place a million times and have always wondered about it. When I finally got the chance to check it out the other day, I was pleasantly surprised. There's not really any seating other than a table from what I can remember, so it's mostly an order to go type place. I just grabbed a quick slice on my way home. When I opened the box I was greeted by a deliciously cheesy slice of pepperoni. Nothing too fancy with this place, and you seem to get what you pay for. The slice had that signature sweet sauce on it, although a little sweeter than I normally like, the amount of pepperoni balanced it out fairly well. The slice in general was pretty solid and the crusty wasn't overly done like some pizza places do. I definitely look forward to coming back and trying more from this place. The only downside is the parking lot is really hard to get in and out of with traffic, and it's very small. read more

There are so many pizza places just in the Lancaster/Depew area, that's its tough for any one particular place to really stand out. Pizza Heist, however, gets my vote for the best in the area not because they have any one outstanding item, but because across the board they do everything very well. Their pizza and wings are very good, value is right on par with the area, and they have a great selection of items. It's tough to go wrong with any of the pizza places in Lancaster, but the combination of value, selection, customer service, and above all quality of the food puts the Heist above the rest. read more

Stopped by to get a pizza after a long day of shopping and wasn't ready to turn on the stove when it was 90* out. I called in the order on our way home - the lady on the phone was nice and was willing to be serious about my "extra crispy" pepperoni order. (You know what I mean - some just say Yes but is the pepperoni burnt and crispy? Nope! However, this place was serious about it!). We ordered a small pizza for the 2 of us and it was just enough. The sauce was sweet and the cheese was still gooey and delicious when we got home. For the price - $8.50 for a small - this place can't be beat. read more

Bar none the best pizza shop around. The pizza and wings are excellent and very consistent. They char-pit BBQ wings could not be any better ! Subs and other items are rock solid. The fish fry's are served 7 days a week. The portion is huge and not greasy. Service is fast and friendly. Only downfall is the location has a small tight parking lot. On our family outing we decide to stopped in for 2 chicken finger subs and an order of chicken fingers, i habe to say this was the worst for and service i have ever recieved. Whe they brought the food out it was clear we were sitting in the dining area to eat but we didnt get anything to eat the fingers with. Now if that was the worst of it then i coukd live with it but when we started eating the fingers they were over cooked and dry, i mean i ordered chicken fingers there was no chicken in them. The chicken finger pizza sub was burnt and the sauce didn't taste very good. I woulsnt reccomend this place to anyone especially with another pizzeria across the street. Ordered a large Cheese Pepperoni and Onion pizza. This pizza was the best I have had in years. I like extra sauce on my pizza and this pizza definitely had extra sauce. The onions were thick cut this made the pizza retain the onion flavor. Lately any place we order from the onions are so thin they are dried up flavorless straw like topping. read more

Just ordered a meatball parm sub and what I got, had no resemblance to balls ......a small amount of mushy meat , small amount of cheese and mostly roll, too bad . Pizza heist was my go to pizza place until tonight. I order the same thing pretty regularly and this time they messed up my order and ya know mistakes happen I get it, we are human and I wouldn't be mad but instead of saying I'm sorry we will take care of it, I got well your going to return the incorrect item like I'm trying to scam them on some chicken wings like seriously plus I didnt even get the fries that come with? You raised your prices and then treat your good paying customers like this especially when you are surrounded by other pizza places like ronnys across the street. The female I spoke to on the phone was acting like I was the one at blame. We just ate our pizza while these wings sat here just to hopefully be thrown out while we wait for the replacement. Then the driver says he saw my boyfriends bad review on Facebook and doesn't care to lose our business so good luck. Upon walking through the door you can tell this is a place that tries to stand out from the rest. Was immediately greeted by a smiling face, the employees here actually seem to enjoy their jobs. Met one of the owners who actually takes time and gets involved in his business which is more than most places do these days. Love the look of this place very classy. Food was ready on time and an employee even offered to carry it outside for me. The wings were perfectly cooked and just how I like them. Probably the best pizza sauce I've had in awhile. Im not one to write reviews at all. I have ordered from Pizza Heist multiple times and have really enjoyed there food. Last night I ordered and my wife and I both became very ill with food poisoning and only had Pizza Heist all day to eat. After debating how to handle the situation I thought I would call and just give them a heads up because I am a business owner and would love if something happend at my establishment that someone would call and inform me. I reluctantly called because I am not one for conflict. The manager/owner I spoke to was shocked which I would be as well. But offered no refund which I would never ask for but would think would be automatic. He never asked me my name when I ordered, seemed completly unproffesional. Now after reading an article I understand the owners are young and it is a pizzeria I was just very disappointed from the reaction I recieved. So after being up all night in the bathroom and having to miss a day of work I was left with a half hearted im sorry!!. I hope that they investigate employess washing hands or maybe the handling of chicken wings. I also hope nobody else gets sick and hope the owners know that some people sue over this sort of thing.
