The place was amazing. I've been to so many play areas. And this by far is amazing. The staff the accommodations. They have snacks and a picnic area inside the playground. Your can eat and watch your kids. There's sofas throughout the area for you to sit and watch your kids. The bathrooms were literally for children. They also have a toddler area so your little ones can play calmly. Even the staff was super friendly. So nice to the parents and children and were constantly cleaning. I wish there was one closer to me. I live in Oceanside so this is really far for me. But I will be coming back for sure when in the area. Over all 10 out of 10!! Love love!! read more

We held a private party at The Playground on 2-15-20 for my son's 4th birthday party. We booked the venue from 6-8pm and they allowed us to come at 5:30pm to setup. We were really thankful for the extra set up time! We decided to have a private party because we loved the idea of having the venue to ourselves so that the kids could really enjoy themselves. We also wanted the parents to be a little more relaxed knowing they didn't have to constantly keep an eye on their kids in a crowd of strangers. Our guests really appreciated that idea and all of the kids had a blast! There are so many things to play with/on and I love how many tables they have available for snacks/drinks/dessert setup. I also love that they allow people to bring food inside. The biggest compliment we received was how well everyone's kids slept afterwards from constantly running from one thing to the next. Mason and Alicia were awesome and incredibly helpful!! They were ready to unload, help decorate, and they had the entire playground cleaned and ready for our guests upon our arrival. During the party, they would take our phones and help photograph candid moments which we really appreciated. Afterwards, they helped us clean and they were so nice to all of our guests. We really loved Mason and Alicia! My son said it was his best birthday ever! I would recommend The Playground for future parties! read more

We had a private party there a week or two ago and communication definitely lacks here. There was always some additional fee that was not initially discussed. There is an extra charge for everything, even for having a piñata. We were not aware of this until we got there the morning of the party. My biggest issue is being told the day of booking that if we do NOT reach 100 people and only reach 75 people for the private party then we would be reimbursed, however an employee kobey told me this is not correct. She didn't even try to resolve the problem. No one is on the same page or the staff needs to have the same training across the board. I tried reaching out to management and sent an email and no one has gotten back to me. I lost over 200-300 dollars because of what they call miscommunication. read more

I would add 0 star if I can. I come here regularly. I always bring grip socks for the kids. The price is already expensive for 2 kids. I feel not worth it but I still take my kids to go sometimes. Today I brought them here and they ask me that did I bring grip socks. I told them yet. They told me that they have to check the socks have to have The Playground name on them. And the write is 49$ for 2 kids. 4$ for a pair on them. It is too much and the quality of their socks are not good also. After my kids finished playing the socks were ruffled. 100% will not come back. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS. We normally go to Funbelievable and it costs literally HALF of what this place does and is way more fun. We took our two toddlers and there was not as many fun things to do and they charged me $25 for my INFANT to tag along. She is 9 months old, doesn't walk, and they only had ONE baby toy in the whole place, shown in the picture. Everything else was for kids that can walk. Absolutely insane. They also won't accept grip socks from other places? So you have to purchase theres. Not that fun and waaaayyyyyy too expensive. Funbelievable in Lakeside is for sure a better option. read more

This place has been such a saving grace for me. I'm a stay at home mom with 2 littles under 3 and my oldest is a wild one so I don't like to take him to parks when it's just me because it's hard to keep up with him. This place has so much stimulation. It's the perfect place for him to burn some energy. They have blow up slides, a ball pit, foam pit, all the fun things to keep a child entertained. The nice thing is I can watch him run around and play while I have my littlest one in my carrier, most of the time just knocked out. Another added bonus is the AC. How nice is it to find a place with AC where my kid can enjoy himself and I can semi relax while watching him run around. They also provide an eating area so your welcome to bring food from the outside in which means that mama can drink her coffee, enjoy some AC all while watching my two kids. Anything that makes mom life easier gets an A+ in my book! The workers are constantly cleaning this place too so I feel really good about coming here knowing that they are always vacuuming and sanitizing everything. If I could give any cons to this place it would just be that it can get pretty busy on the weekends and with so many kids it's a bit cray cray. There are older kids that are also not always conscious of the smaller ones so you do have to play really close attention to your smaller children. Not all parents watch their kids like hawks so you do from time to time have the occasional kid get a little bumpy and rough but I haven't had anything been too bad on my end. read more

Went to the playground this weekend and I really appreciate how attentive the staff is. They were making sure everything was clean and even interacted with The kiddos. As a mom I can appreciate the bathroom being clean & the changing table available and clean as well. I couldn't help but notice they have also been upgrading and changing their structures around. They even have an art table so a little bit of everything for every child and stage. Highly recommend for any events of just taking the kids to have fun. read more

Ive read that people don't like this new sock policy, but i actually love this, as germs spread like wildfire! So I have no problem with this, especially because they are grip socks and all I have to do is take them off before we leave and put on a fresh new pair when we leave! I was a little confused with the prices posted online as it seemed like adults would have to pay, but it turned out that parents are free and kids 2 and under pay $12 for all day play (in/out is ok). Food is allowed in one section. Since my non walking infant seemed to be the youngest one, I stayed close by, but because there weren't too many kids on a weekday, I was even able to go with him in one of the larger bounce houses. Otherwise, we primarily stayed in the infant/toddler section which has a huge ball pit, tunnel, blocks, puzzles, play kitchen and cabin, rockers, etc. It seemed pretty clean. There are couches in all the play areas for parents to sit. The only thing that was difficult was that strollers weren't allowed inside so not in the bathrooms either. Therefore there was no place to put my infant when I had to use the restroom. I ended up going to a department store nearby to use the restroom. Next time, I will ask my partner to come so we can take turns to watch him so we can go get a foot massage across The Playground. read more

My experience at the playground was great my kids love playing here all the time and having my daughters birthday party there was great !!!! I only had to set up but they took care of all the clean up and they were very patient with us. I definitely recommend this for all parents .their party room is great too it really blocks out the noise of all the kids playing it really helps you focus on birthday party that is going on. read more

It's difficult to find somewhere that is entertaining for a nearly two year old and nearly six year old simultaneously but The Playground came through. We usually opt for outdoor playgrounds and parks but with the recent heat wave, we needed a break from the outside. The employees were busy picking up random toys and vacuuming keeping the place clean. You can bring in outside food or buy snacks there for a reasonable price. We were even able to leave for lunch and a nap and then come back later. At first I thought the price was high, but even if we only spent 4 hours there, it was only about $4 an hour per kiddo. The staff is incredibly friendly, yet professional and they're ALWAYS keeping things clean. Cleanliness is incredibly important to my family, and I love that I seem to always see the staff sanitizing and wiping things down. There's plenty for the kids to do, plenty of space to sit, with great angles to keep eyes on your little from any place, AC, WiFi, snacks, and clean bathrooms with changing tables in both! It's small so it can definitely get busy pretty quick, so the monthly membership is actually pretty worth it (pays its self in three visits) in case there's a day you show up and it's too chaotic. You do need to purchase their non skid socks for the kids (adults can wear any socks/use foot covers) , so I recommend snagging a couple pairs and keeping them in the car. Be careful and watch your kids closely, there are so many dangerous areas here. They have a pole with a metal pole sticking out of it where kids can run into it. Everything is taped with duck tape and the ball pit is not padded under the balls it's pure hard tile. They're so cheap when it comes to safety. read more

They charged the wrong amount when I went to make the payment and they don't want to return my money. I've been trying to solve this problem for almost a week without success. It is absurd to say that there is no refund on the spot when the mistake was made by them. Be careful when passing the card on the approach machine since you can't see the value they put and if they make a mistake there is no turning back. read more

Absolutely love this place. The staff is always amazing especially Brittany and Bella. They are friendly and welcoming every single time we visit. It can get busy and when it does they are always ensuring that everything's running smoothly. I've been bringing my daughter here since she was about 6 months old. She is now 6. I really love coming here. It's perfect for my two and four year old who need to get energy out. I prefer to go in the morning and early afternoon. After 2pm is when it can get hectic when the older kids start arriving. It is a bit pricey considering our kids have most of the toddler toys at home and you have to purchase their socks for the kids but nothing beats the atmosphere and the jump jumps. 2 adults are free per child I wanna say so it does help with the cost. They have many electric and large plastic toy cars, ball pits, slides, huge wall chalkboard, rideable cars on train tracks, basketball hoop and more. I like this place sooo much more than the one in Parkway Plaza for the following reasons: 1) This location charges a prorated amount for kids under 2 which is $10.95. $14.95 (i think) for older... But they can play all day and come and go so if they need to leave for lunch or take a nap u can come back. 2) Here u can stay with your kids and go on the equipment to help them. This was major for me cuz my grandbaby isnt even 2 and i want to help him when he needs it and make sure he doesnt get hurt. Plus if i can be with him he is more likely to explore more of the equipment and feel comforted. 3) You can bring in food and drinks which u just have to eat in the designated area. Super convenient. They also have drinks u can buy. 4) At this location u can bring in all your personal items except your stroller. Its nice to keep your diaper bag with u in case u need to change a diaper. LOVE LOVE LOVE! We recently took our little guy here and he had an absolute blast! We've since returned many times and it's just a great place! Our little guy is 18 months old and has tons of energy. The playground has a separate area for kids 4& under (which is nice for those busy days when older kids are in the main area). The weekends do get pretty busy, but the weekdays are quiet and nice. My little guy is able to run around and play and explore! We love that we can bring in food and have a table to sit at. It's also great because you can leave and come back in the same day. They keep it clean too! Every time we've gone they've done a great job and wiping the toys/equipment, sweeping and vacuuming. So glad we have a place close by like this! read more

My family and I love it here! The staff is really sweet and is there to help when you need them. They keep it clean and tidy. It is a place to let your child have fun and meet new friends. The staff is not in charge of your child so it's your job to make sure they are safe and being kind to the other kids. They do allow outside food in but they have snacks and drinks available for purchase too. I've talked to the manager many times and she's the best!!!!
