They had plenty of vegan options for one of the people in our group who is vegan. The ambiance was overall not my taste preference and overall the cleanliness was lacking. I don't like crêpes. I've had them several times in my life, and I've always disliked them. When I came in today, I didn't realize crêpes were the speciality. When I was recommended one , I decided to give it a shot. Simply marvelous. Genuinely amazing. I don't know what's different, but I loved every moment of it. The experience was very good and the food was delicious. The service was amazing, with the owner of the restaurant taking time out of her day to greet us and to also talk about her backgrounds in Serbia and in the end gave us some free cookies. So the building looks pretty run down on the outside, and is decorated with random antiques and pictures on the inside. It's not dirty but very old feeling. There were 4 guys behind the counter and at some point interacted with us. They were all very straight forward but helpful. The Elvis crepes were really good, but just average hash browns that were cold. Cost is about average but it's something different than all the diners in the area. read more

Upon our arrival in Daytona Beach at lunchtime, I searched Yelp for "lunch near me" and this was the number one listing. I saw crepes on the menu and I was sold. When we walked in the warm and artsy vibe confirmed my choice. I ordered Drago's Thai Crepe and my husband ordered the Argentinian Beef Crepe. As we like to say, they "didn't suck." The server was pretty rude even before we sat down. Also I just couldn't seem get a medium rare steak even though they have an instant thermometer. they were very condescending and I wont be coming back. They then reply to my review saying I didn't give them a fair chance to remake that steak which is complete hogwash. If you've ever seen a cooked steak and then looked at the first one that they served me, you would call it blue or even mooing. After l ask them to remake it they proceed to cook the steak well past medium rare, which seemed out of spite. He then comes up and says "is it still too rare for you man?" like I don't know what a medium rare steak looks like. I chose not to have them cook me another steak after they completely botched 2 out of the courtesy of not wasting anymore food. It's only right that they took it off the bill because there was no way I was going to pay for that, especially since they have an instant read thermometer. These people seem incredibly self centered and can't take criticism. The whole welcoming part is a lie. They just saw a few kids visiting for spring break and thought they can be rude from the get go and we'd just role over. I hope this place gets demolished now read more

Again, as my last review exceptional! Brought another mouth and he was equally blown away. My dish did not change as that was all I've been craving for the past 4 months. We had breakfast around 9:30 on a Thursday morning. Absolutely gorgeous outside so we sat outside and the service started out pretty good. The food was fantastic, the Argentinian crepe was fluffy and savory. I did get it without the peppers as it is freshly made per order. My daughter had the potato Burek which was really good - think of a really good potato knish that is then put into a wrap and into a panini press. Things got to be very confusing at the end of the meal when our servers were swapped out and again the new server did not know who we were, what we had ordered, and what bill we were supposed to get. I did find a unique to be charged for takeout containers. But all in all, I'll be back as it was very interesting and I look forward to trying other things. read more

It's a little hard to find if you're not from the area, everything around it is closed so it seems like it's also closed, it's a small place, but they do say that's where the best food comes from, right? And they aren't lying! Wow, everything we had was amazing. The cappuccino, mimosa, bloody mary were all delicious. The creamy mushroom crepe was to die for! This is a really cute place to get brunch, super cozy. However, the service, at least on the weekends doesn't seem to be great. My friends and I waited about 10 minutes to be seated, fine, but after we were seated we were not approached for another 25 minutes. We ordered and waited another 25-30 minutes for our food. The food was pretty good! It was definitely a little on the expensive side, but good. We then finished our food and sat waiting for the check for over 30 minutes. While we were waiting we went up to the counter and asked if we paid at the counter or at our table and we were told by two different staff members that we wait for the check at our table. We sat back down and never spoke to the waiter again. We all decided to get up and ask again since it had been 35-40 minutes now of just waiting for the check. Mind you our waiter never checked on us after the food was brought out. When we asked again where we pay, the woman behind the counter said we pay there. We then stood at the counter for another 5 minutes not being helped. I understand having to wait especially on a busy weekend but we weren't acknowledged from the time our order was taken until we asked for the bill ourselves. read more

If you haven't been here, you need to come! Of all brunch places we have visited since living in Florida, this is our new favorite. You can tell the amount of love and attention and care put into each dish. We tend to avoid Seabreeze, but Red Bud is now our exception to that. Both the iced macchiato and dirty chai were delicious and a great start to the meal. We had the avocado toast, soup, the open taco, and a gluten free crepe with bananas, strawberry, and Nutella. Found a WOW factor place in Daytona Beach. We thought this place was going to be a diner type place, however it is so much more. The experience from walking in being cheerfully greeted, to the amazing best ever cafe latte and cappuccino to the most delicious banana strawberry Nutella crepe (i am not a crepe person but ate half of it) to the beautiful tasty avocado toast is a fantastic experience. This place even squeezes the orange juice upon order, talk about fresh squeeze doesn't get fresher than that. I will definitely return to try the other yummo sounding items on the menu. I had a decent first experience. They have a great "worldly" menu and choosing is hard. Coffee is great. I chose the Jessica crepe that had strawberry, banana, peanut butter & nutella. Not sure where my head was at that it was $18 (I pay $10 just 2 hours away) so my only disappointment is price. My bill was nearly $36 for an iced macchiato, the crepe, a date ball and the alfajores I got as 'extras'. The date ball was 10 stars. I enjoyed talking to the owner and learning about some of the items and the family history. Parking was fine on a main street of a bridge. Thought some of the savory items were calling my name, not sure I'd come back--or would at least be more careful on price vs purchases. So once a month a group of our friends go out to lunch, trying different restaurants every time. Today we had the great please to dine at The Red Bud Cafe and it was a real treat for all. The menu is eclectic and international, the indoor area quant and charming, and the outdoor seating is in a lovely, private garden with a sunshade. Food was fabulous (everyone loved the generously sized crepes, sandwiches and fresh salads) and the service top notch! After lunch, "Mama" our chef, brought out a tray of cakes she had just made for us to try. They are currently open for breakfast (served all day) and lunch, but are considering some dinner hours as well. We all recommend you try The Red Bud Cafe. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu, and had some great recommendations. The food was delicious! My husband ordered the Thai crepe, and I ordered the Burek with beef which came with a small salad and their Italian dressing was so good. Both were fantastic! We were very excited to have breakfast here because of the uniqueness of the menu..Unfortunately our excitement changed rather quickly. After waiting about 10 minutes just to be seated our party of 5 waited another 15 minutes just for our drink order to be taken. After drinks were served we waited another 10 minutes to have our meal order and then it took at least another 15 to 20 minutes to have our meal served. Bottom line is if you don't have a lot of time on your hands this place might not be for you. To my surprise our crepes were served on 1x4 planks of wood....Never experienced this before and not quite sure how this dish ware can be cleaned in a sanitary manner. As for the food our party was satisfied with their choice which included the spaghetti pancakes, strawberry and walnut crepe, Thai crepe, Nutella with strawberry and banana crepe and make your own. During our meal our server never once came to check on how things were and there was no interaction what so ever from any other staff which was disappointing. Thus our service was by no way exceptional. The kicker however was when we got our 150.00 charges, a large party of 5 20% tip was automatically on the bill...gratuity is supposed to reflect good service but our service was not conducive to a 20% tip....i have no problem giving a 20% or even 30% tip when service is exceptional but our server/ service did not warrant such a gratuity. Needless to say we got this dining experience out of our systems and won't be returning as the service and value for the cost just was not there.... read more

Highly recommend this local hidden gem! We went for breakfast and the food, service, and vibe was AMAZING! Gordana was our waitress and she was the sweetest. My partner and I ordered a latte and two entrees. We ordered the Argentina crepe and the breakfast taco. I loved the kimchi on the taco and melt in your mouth shredded beef in the crepe, yum! The whole menu is infused with culinary art and cultural fushion. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The restaurant a great location on Seabreeze, just blocks from the beach.
