This one had the makings of a good one, but they use a Thousand Island sauce (too much of it) on the sandwich, and it hides the flavor of the meat. I know, that's a pickle, but these are cucumbers that have gone maybe a third of the way through the process, so the cucumber taste is really prevalent. I read someone else's review stating that the crust does not stay attached to the meat. I thought it might've been a one time thing... It wasn't.... The crust disconnects like a sock coming off a foot. Work on this. This is not right. The crust needs to be integrated into the meat. It's not supposed to be a sleeve fitting over the meat. It's not a jacket that the meat takes off once it sits down on the plate. And the meat is not tender. There's ligaments, veins, or whatever these little hard to cut stringy things holding the meat together are. There's too much trouble/shooting necessary on the CFS at Hondo's. Get the Cheeseburger instead.
