Marian honored his price even though we didnt choose him for flooring. He rearranged his schedule to accomodate mine. He and his colleague came out the following day earlier than expected. After walking through the project for over an hour before getting started, it was determined that the goal I wanted wasnt going to work. Marian gave me recommendations and left without charging me for his time. I felt bad so I asked if he can move the floors upstairs. Several years ago we purchased an area rug at this store for $1,000. We were putting it in a different room and needed to have it cut down. We specifically marked the dimensions on the back and drew lines with a large back marker where to cut it. (Specifically to eliminate a dirty piece on the corner.) They said it would take under a week. 4 weeks later we kept calling and they were finally able to find our carpet. They completely disregarded our measurements and markings. We now have a very expensive throw rug with a dirty corner that cannot be used anywhere. Save your time, money and frustration. Go someplace else.
