We sat upfront to avoid the noise but could barely hear one another across the table. But again the food was wonderful. Not a single dish disappointed. The montaditos have meat on bread, which can be subbed for meat on cucumber slices (I had zero faith at first, and they turned out phenomenally). The patatas bravas are gluten-free but I'm not sure about whether the fryer is GF (not a factor for me). The pintxos are all GF. The servers are pretty knowledgeable, but it is best to check with a manager. Bulla gets crowded so make sure to get there early and snag a spot. Will absolutely be back.
