I liked this place. It was a rustic throwback to the grass roots of crab joints. Wood on the walls and y People have written on them. Wood benches and paper table covers. The drinks were decent. Ordered was a crab sitch and fries shrimp basket. As for the crab bag it was margarine. Sigh. I prefer my foos less oily but I persevered. The garlic seasoning was good. They said broccoli came with but it was hardly worth mentioning. Two pieces, really. The corn was cooked and the two potatoes were fine. I pulled them out for later. The Dungeness crab was okay. Off season I guess it was decent if that is your preferred crab which it is mine . I will try the snow next. He enjoyed his fried shrimp just wished there was more of them. The fries were good as well. Which means we will be going back. I have no objection. They also give you a crab bread app with scallions and cheese so that is nice.

My Niece turned 16 and Decided we should all go out for Crab Legs, so Saucy Crab it was!!! The restaurant was relatively empty, but the food was definitely FULL of Flavor!!!! We were split on our choices, 3 had Crab Legs, 3 had Shrimp, and the youngest of the Bunch of course chose Chicken Fingers and Fries!!! Cracking crab legs and peeling Shrimp required a great deal of effort, persistence, and patience, but let me tell you the rewards of our Labor was well worth it!!!! I don't think anyone was able to eat every morsel in front of them, but it wasn't for lack of trying!!! Perhaps the appetizers we'd ordered prior to our meal had something to do with the bursting at the seams feeling that had overtaken us. The appetizers tray was such a great value, it consisted of Crab Cakes which were a good size for a sampler tray, Conch Fritters my personal favorite, Alligator Bites which were quite tasty, Fried Shrimp seasoned just Right and Hush Puppies which put us over the top!!! Considering rising prices everywhere, the cost of this meal for 7, was reasonable!!! The only issue was either the waitress being stretched too thin or her lack of customer service training. She didn't introduce herself, continuously reached over us, never checked back on the table, we had to flag her down. In all Saucy Crab is a Don't miss if you like Seafood!!! Hat's off to the cooks!!!!

Ok, I gave Hot N Juicy another try because my friend's husband wanted to try it. It was much better this time. They serve the seafood in bags now, so the food stayed warm. They also gave us broccoli in the bag, which they didn't do last time. I love a vegetable. It was salty so I only ate one piece but I appreciated the gesture. Our waiter, Julius, was cool. He explained how the ordering is done since it was my friend's first time. He gave us tools and buckets and all. He didn't give us that nasty appetizer bread but I didn't mind because we didn't want it (maybe he read my last review lol). The food was better. Like I said, the food was served in bags so it stayed warm. However, the sauce wasn't as tasty this time. It seemed a little watered down because it was missing that spice and umph. My friend ordered the catfish basket with fried okra. She said the fish was served hot, which is a plus, however it was a little bland. So it wasn't bad this time are. Give Hot N Juicy a try.

My daughter and I absolutely love seafood. Hot n Juicy Crab was just introduced to me. We were so excited and thrilled to know that there was finally a good sea food restaurant in the neighborhood. I opted out of cooking dinner and treated us out to Hot n Juicy. My check came to $78 (minus a Military discount) for a bag of 1 pound King Crab and 2 lobster tails and some additional trimmings. The food at best was mediocre and over priced for a "pound" of king crab and 2 lobster tails. Perhaps we ordered the wrong thing this evening. However it is what it is. Our next location will be to Maine for sea food. The atmosphere was pleasant, bright and clean. I just give the food and price "two stars".

Horrible seafood platter experience. I asked to replace the entree and was told it was against their policy. Go elsewhere for good seafood!!!

The seasoning that should've been in my actually bag of seafood

This seafood tastes as if it was seasoned to perfection solely for elders on maintenance medication. When I asked for seasoning to spice it up due to the severe lack of flavor I was presented with what's in the photo.

Although it was extremely crowded the staff was very attentive, which was a plus in my eyes. I had the shrimp boil which was good and we enjoyed the fried pickles but the other food we ordered was just ok (chicken strips, popcorn shrimp, gator bites, fried okra, etc.)The margarita was nothing like I had hoped for, I could have made better myself at home. Another issue it was extremely too cold so we couldn't sit and enjoy our food like we wanted. I was there to celebrate my Birthday and just wasn't what I was expecting. More than likely, we won't return.

From the outside, it looks small, but once you're in, it opens up into a much larger space with a relaxed, upscale vibe. I loved the small outdoor area out front for a casual sip, and there's a spacious tented area in the back that's perfect for events or extra seating. The concept of trying different wines is a fun and unique experience. Our favorite menu item was hands-down the Buffalo cauliflower bites--crispy, flavorful, and addictive. I also really enjoyed the Alaskan Pollock wings, which were a pleasant surprise. Parking is very limited, so be careful. Do not park in the lots of neighboring restaurants--you will get towed. Best option: park along the train tracks. The only downside for me was the TouchTunes jukebox. I was excited to play some music, but many of the songs I enjoy (which are not inappropriate by any means) weren't available. That was a little disappointing and took away from the vibe just a bit. Also, our waitress wasn't rude or mean, but she wasn't particularly warm or welcoming either--it left the service feeling just okay. Still, it's a great spot overall--worth visiting for the food, wine, and atmosphere!

Another line for entry. Also moved relatively quickly. Took maybe 5-10 minutes for entry. We had actual seats. They could use a bit more signage for direction on where to go, but all in all, it wasn't bad. Show rocked. Exit wasn't terrible. Did take about 20-30 minutes to get out, but they had lots of cones and directional signage to get out and where you need to be. I was there again last night for Zombie/Manson, Hu, and Orgy. Parking opens at 3:30. We were there by 3:20...they let us right in. No issue. Doors opened at 4:30. Line was INCREDIBLY long...but started moving immediately at 4:30. We had lawn seats for this one. I gotta say, the lawn is at a dangerous incline if you plan on jumping around or head banging...also, if you're drunk you will inevitably lose your balance and fall. Saw that multiple times last night. Exiting this show took a bit longer. 30-40 minutes probably. But, there were more people at this show than at the first one I mentioned. As far as bathrooms...the men's room never had a line at any of the rest rooms I saw. The ladies room line...ridiculous. But, the line does move and most of the ladies seem to understand get in, do your business, get out of the way in order to help things along. Food & drink is STUPIDLY EXPENSIVE. $20 for a 24 oz can of alcoholic beverage. $15 for a 16 oz (?) soda cup w free refills all night. OR $11 for the same cup- no refills. $9 for a brat that was the size of an Oscar Meyer hot dog. $20 for a cheese pizza that is small, not super flavorful, and the crust was chewy and bland. I'd say if you're going to visit here for a show, eat a decent meal beforehand and bring some snacks in w you, which they do allow. They also allow you to bring in plastic reusable bottles and sealed plastic beverages. Make sure your bag meets specs and you shouldn't have an issue.

Parking was by far the worst part of the entire night. We paid extra for "EZ Out Premier Parking" and it was anything but easy. At one point I watched a staff member repeatedly poking their coworker with their light up directional wand for a good while instead of actually directing any traffic. Took us over 40 minutes just to get out of the lot. Getting into the venue wasn't much better. Minimal signage, no direction from security, just a total free for all trying to figure out where to go. Bathroom lines were also rough. Majority female crowd that night, so zero line for the men's room and 30+ minutes for women's. At one point I'd already been in line 10 minutes when staff redirected us to another bathroom that ended up being even worse. Zero communication between the people working there. There seemed to be plenty of staff on site, they just didn't seem to know how to communicate with each other or actually direct people. Do better, Credit One. The artist deserves a venue that actually matches the effort of the show.

Now that the whole complex is a vibe, this downtown location has become a focal point, and a pretty important puzzle piece in the overall success of Harmony Square. The good news is that they're still doing the right things to ensure the continued success of their brand. I have to believe that this location would be considered their "flagship" store. The two story spot is well staffed with likable servers and hosts, the food is just good enough to keep the people coming back - without doing anything special that would estrange some of their target audience. Most importantly, this location guarantees them a captive audience. We've been here a handful of times since my initial review, so I figured I'd update my review... the restaurant itself hasn't changed, which is great news. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on their rooftop with one of our daughters, and the experience was fantastic. The service was great. The Chicken Pesto Flatbread we shared for lunch was tasty, and we were able to watch the Cub game on one of the many TV's on the rooftop. The only reason this spot didn't get my coveted 5 star rating is the food. It's good. Some of it is pretty good... some of it is very mediocre, but none of it stands out as being really f*cking good. That being written, it's still a very solid option when you're visiting Harmony Square!
