Love the heveos rancheros! Probably the best I ever had. The flour tortillas are homemade, I'm sure. Eggs cooked to perfect everytime I order. Went for lunch recently and had the Patty Melt and Fries. That was very good as well. Husband had the burger club which he liked very much. The place is not fancy but the service is good, the place is clean and the food is very good. And very good value for the money. We love the place, it's a hidden gem in Buckeye. We've been living in Buckeye 3 years now and have decided to try some of the local places recommended on Yelp. This place was just okay for us. Nothing bad about it, just nothing "wow" either. Maybe we should have tried breakfast instead of lunch. I love it when we go somewhere new and absolutely love it, but this wasn't one of those places. Not as bad as Cafe 25-35, but not a patch on Ramiros. Breakfast is always a 5* on everything. Excellent service/quailty/and quantity. Lunch barely a 2* rating. Ordered the BLT. And for those of you that love BLT's, you understand that the lettuce should be crisp, bacon and tomato plentiful. If you need to charge more $8.25 to get it right, then by all means get it right. But with #1) wilted and limp lettuce, #2) tomato sliced so thing it equaled practically nothing, #3) bacon so scarce I had to hunt for it, #4) bread limp. I ordered extra bacon, and never saw that. Sandwich ordered by other party, same situation. Very sad that the food quality falls apart after breakfast. read more

Menu says rib eye steak yeah this isnt that asked for rare it was over cooked, way to dry and ask for over easy eggs didn't get that. Some kind of liqiud was in my box and no it's not from the eggs or steak, hash browns have no flavor I was really disappointed cause the reviews on here are good and I got the total opposite. I have had this place on my list for a while now. Finally we tried it. Sheep Camp was average. My expectations of this place was to have food cooked from scratch and love. Dont get me wrong I do believe the biscuits are from scratch but they seem to lack that home taste goodness. Maybe this batch was off but the biscuit i had lacked flavor and was bland. So I ordered the chicken fried steak because that's what I like. It came with hash browns and scrambled eggs. I think the steak itself was a bit small. This is where I had the gravy... another bland item. It was very generic and not at all special. Maybe from powder? Hash browns were decent. Eggs were eggs. I did have to add salt and pepper to everything just to have flavor. For 8.99 I was disappointed. My husband ordered French toast special and said it was ok. Kids split pancake deal. I did taste the pancake and it was good liked that it had the griddle taste and that's what made it taste good. I was pleased with the service and that hometown diner feel. I can tell you that we did finish our food. Our food was not at all disgusting it was actually ok. If you want a place for a simple meal and cup of coffee then this is the place to go. Will I be back? Probably not. But dont let my words stop you from eating here.
