Ive gotten massages frequently through my life and Corey was 100% the best massage I've ever received. Absolute perfect pressure and technique. Afterwards I asked how long she's been a massage therapist, she said 20 years and it shows in her work. Highly recommended her. I would come back monthly just to see her but I was only in the area for a vacation. The spa prices are typical for a resort spa. I booked an exfoliation that featured a full body scrub using coffee followed by a shower and then a full body massage using CBD lotion. The juxtaposition between the roughness of the scrub followed by the relaxing massage was amazing. I am in awe of Corey's skills. Highly recommend requesting her. (Not positive I spelled her name correctly it may be spelt Korey).

Blonde massage therapist said she was practicing her beliefs saying the long pauses was her drawing energy from the universe. That's not the massage we paid for. 3 times for 5 mins she paused hovering over me. That's a lot of time not doing a service we were paying for. She did this to me and my colleagues. Our company paid for the massage and unanimously we agreed this was not ok, she was told by each of us yet she continued to pause and hover rather than actual massage

A little pricey. Beautiful location, heated spa is a bit small and massage requested didn't include what was asked. Staff is friendly, lotions smell great.

How my toes dried. Waste of money.

Came in for a pedicure. The girl that did my toes was very nice, however, it was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. By the time I walked back to my room my toes had spots all over them from whatever she sprayed to dry them faster. I went back in and she was at lunch and the girl at the front desk said i would have to wait for her to get back from lunch. We had dinner plans and I couldn't wait. The girl at the front desk also didn't seem to car. $65 wasted.

My friend and I visited today for a 50-minute massage plus an added on face massage. Despite the shorter session (50 minutes instead of 60), they automatically added a 20% gratuity to the bill. We were disappointed with the service, feeling that we overpaid for what was essentially just having lotion applied. Why ask about pressure preferences if you can't accommodate them?

I was pleasantly surprised by this Spa. The resort is so cute and tropical. I loved my 50 min "Tropic" massage. It's more of a deep tissue massage and Eric was awesome! He worked out the knots in my body. If you like firm hands request him! He was professional and friendly. The other staff members were very nice as well. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great amenities. It was a great relaxing day! I will be back.

    Dr Gross facial products

I spend the day at the hotel spa, treated myself to a facial. HONESTLY THE BEST FACIAL I HAVE Ever GOT. SANDRA was incredible, her hands were magical. The products they use were very high quality I even bought some products after. - Dr Gross. I will be back soon :)

Staying at this Resort or just in the area and looking for an amazing massage. Look no further! We went in to see what they have to offer, both my husband and I. They do have your regular Swedish and Deep tissue which sometimes I think those are boring or just the same. The front receptionist mentioned the Balinese Massage which is a mixture of Eastern/Western modalities and it caught my interest and If your gonna get a massage, you need to get the 80 minutes so you gett the whole effect of the massage. We booked our massage. Upon being taken into the spa area, they showed us where the jacuzzi was for after, then the relax room where we will be waiting and then off to the womens area. Nice and Clean, locked with your personal code, a steam room, sauna and all of your feminine hygenies you could ask for... Relaxing room had variety of hot tea, Yummy kombacha, ice water with crystals, and relaxing seatings to relax. Katie and the other license massage therapist greeted both my husband and I. I was with Katie, she was very nice, warm hearted, and such a sweet person. Asked me a few questions and got me situated. Katies massage was immpecabale. It was really a mixture of lot of different modalities which I found fasnicating. Her pressure was on point, no too hard, not too light, but just right! It was in no way invasive, especially when she was in some of the areas where it was really tender. She did it where it was hurting but, a good hurt that needed to be worked out! Some of the stretching and dry rolling she was doing was just "WOW" and many more different varities she mixed it with. I slept like 6 times catching myself snoring...Hahaha! But, when it was all done. You know when you had a amazing bodywork when your having a hard time grasping and just really relaxed! Thank you Katie for an amazing massage- your hands are very nurturing & your personality is Beautiful! Your amazing!! The steam, sauna, and jacuzzi afterwards hit the spot! I felt like I was back home in Hawaii swimming in the ocean but, not really! Katie was very attentive and I was able to relax/receive and allow her to fix me!

Next to market around left side

I was treated to a Mainland massage here by my awesome brother and sister in law for my birthday and can absolutely recommend the spa services! Even in the midst of summer, the spa wasn't overcrowded, though the actual resort is super slammed with happy vacationers. TIP: Pack your patience to find parking. There are two parking lots on the left side, and parking along the street, but do not pass up any available curb parking. I had to park shark and still didn't find anything close. However, it ended up a happy situation: I parked at the tennis court and had to hoof it to the spa, but I spied some absolutely GORGEOUS views along my walk. I didn't mind as I had arrived early to take advantage of the spa amenities. The Spa is located to the left of the Market - literally on it's corner. Enter into the little spa lobby to check in. Lovely receptionist set the whole relaxed mood and also explained that they include a 20% gratuity into the bill for convenience. When you walk into the services area, there are a couple of bungalows for services - making me feel like I was on Fantasy Island. The spa had just a few clients, so I literally had the luxurious changing room, showers (one was huge and could accommodate a wheelchair) and sauna TO MYSELF! Talk about private. I was even alone in the the relaxation room for awhile. The hot vanilla extract tea was delightful. My actual massage was perfect as well. I was in the couple's room which was gorgeously decorated. The massage table had some beautiful silk covers and I loved that the massage table was heated. David offered me the lemongrass scented massage oil - light and not overpowering - and expertly massaged my trouble areas. I was in heaven. And while he was friendly, i appreciated that he didn't overly-chat as I was in island mode. Post treatment, David greeted me with a bottled water and even had some professional tips for me for my next massage. Needless to say, I took my time departing... I mean, why be in a rush to leave paradise, right? It was sheer bliss. On my way back to my car, I walked behind some of the bungalows and just took in the gorgeous white sand beach views. Yep. Paradise.

Ask the Community - The Spa at Paradise Point

Can I book a couples massage if I am not a guest at the hotel?

Yes, you may. Just call the spa to book your appointment.

Weird question, but if you pay for the private garden whirlpool, you still bring suits right?

I didn't see a private whirlpool, unless it's inside one of the rooms.. I would bring one just in case and if you end up not needing it then even better

Uyen added extensions and created a gorgeous bronde color. Over the years we've tried different looks, from very blonde to closer to my natural dark blonde, and I loved it every time! What impressed me the most is how healthy my hair stayed the entire time. After wearing extensions for over two years, I took them out for a while and my natural hair actually looked about 30% thicker than before (The thickest it has ever been). I just got a new set of extensions again and absolutely love them. I went from short hair to almost waist length, and this time we did wavy extensions to match my natural texture. It came out beautifully - the color matches perfectly and it looks very natural, even when I let my hair air dry without styling. Uyen is incredibly attentive and works very meticulously. She really listens and takes the time to make everything blend perfectly. However, significant portions of the service were performed by an assistant without my consent. The appointments were also heavily overbooked--I spent over 10 hours in the salon across two visits, much of that time waiting. More concerning was the outcome. My hair has sustained significant damage, including breakage in the front where an entire layer was overprocessed and broke off, requiring me to cut bangs to cover it. The overall condition of my hair is now extremely dry, brittle, and straw-like--the worst it has been in over 25 years of coloring my hair. There were also technical issues during the service. My color was rinsed prematurely, which removed pigment and required reapplication, leading to additional unnecessary processing. My eyebrows were also affected during the service and had to be corrected afterward at my own expense. I reached out directly to try to resolve this, but was only offered a partial refund that does not reflect the extent of the damage or the corrective work now required. He damaged my hair beyond repair and now refuses to even take accountability and refund me - so that I can attempt to begin the healing journey for my hair. When I attempted to resolve this directly, my concerns were dismissed and I was offered only a minimal partial refund that did not reflect the outcome. The tone of the response did not feel professional or solution-oriented. There is no amount of money that can reverse the damage to my hair, but a full refund would be a reasonable acknowledgment of the outcome and the cost now required to correct it.
