This cute little coffee shop can be found across the street from the epicenter. After hearing all the amazing things, we had to try it for ourselves and guess what... it was amazing! Be prepared for the wait though it can get very busy!

I've been wanting to try this spot for a while and I'm glad I did! They have a large range of energy drink mixes and a fun summer coffee list. Their chai also has a spicy or vanilla option and I got the vanilla which was so yummy. The coffee I tried was the strawberry shortcake and it was a little sharp but had a carmelly undertones I enjoyed. The energy drinks are also so yummy. I tasted the pog with lotus energy and I can't wait to try more flavors! The service was also friendly and we didn't have to wait too long!

This was such a fun fine! We did not know this spot or truck was right in our backyard! They ar eopen daily and in the same spot. My husband had a craving for a cinnamon roll, and so of course, I had to Yelp it! The Stand Coffee popped up and the pictures definitely convinced me it would be a perfect spot for the craving! It's a cute little coffee truck setup in a shared lot to some other businesses in the area. Its not totally paved, so kind of confusing on where to park, but ample room nonetheless! They have a few tables in the front and covered with shade, if you opt to enjoy onsite, but its a little toasty during the summer months. They have an extensive beverage menu from classic options, to seasonal specials, energy drink options and honestly everything in between. Their syrup list alone is massive. It would be very easy to find something on this menu for anyone. The big plus for me, was they offered cold foam - which i LOVE! The only bummer is all the syrups are store bought. I would imagine they would have to be with the amount they offer, but would love to see a few housemade options for their specialties or cornerstone lattes. I got a cold brew with lavender cold foam. The cold brew was great, not too bitter and smooth and the foam was perfect. We of course got the cinnamon roll, which was quite good. We loved the softness of the dough and size of it, but the frosting was a tad too sweet for my linking. i couldn't tell if it was an icing or cream cheese with a lot of butter. It was still good, but I prefer a more tangy frosting. We would definitely get it again though. They also had some other pastries and bagels. The baristas were super friendly and got our goods out quickly and with included napkins and silverware. We would definitely return and love having this option in the area. It's a cute little spot and perfect for takeaway pick me up if you find yourself nearby.

Came here after hearing about it on Instagram. We went to order and met the owners, and they were both super welcoming and friendly. Since it was our first time here, we got a rundown of the menu and their offerings. The owner recommended drinks to us based on what we like (I usually go for mochas and my husband likes cold brews), so I ordered the lavender mocha and my husband got the cold brew with pistachio cold foam and caramel syrup. The woman working there asked if she could add a splash of vanilla into my lavender mocha because she thought it would enhance the flavor. It was good, but made the drink a little too sweet for my taste to be honest. I would definitely go try the lavender mocha again though without the vanilla. My husband also really enjoyed the cold brew with pistachio cold foam and did like the addition of the caramel syrup. This is truly perfect for a mid-day coffee break if you're in the Mesa/Gilbert area, and we're definitely going to be back!

Really good coffee and service. We stopped by on Saturday afternoon and we were the only two there when ordering. The barista quickly greeted us and gave us time to look over the menu. I ordered the teenage dream latte and my sister ordered the cinnamon toast crunch latte. We waited a few minutes and our drinks were ready. By this time, more people had showed up and were ordering. My teenage dream latte consisted of pistachio and white chocolate and it was delicious. My sister said hers tasted like the cinnamon toast cereal and said it was really good. They had two tables set up with some chairs and they had a cover on top for some shade. We will be back again to try out some other flavors!

Delicious blended chai from this stationary food truck! They were "promoting" a few specialty coffees and I asked if they could make the teddy graham one as a chai. They delivered beautifully! Simple tables and chairs which don't seem like they would be too hot to sit on during the summer months, though shade and fans would be nice.

So much is packed into this cute little coffee truck, I'd say it's worth the stop! I think it's a married couple who own this shop and I love that! They bring such good vibes to the place and were so helpful with the menu. There's many different choices for any flavor combo or drink you're feeling. There's also pastries and food too! The coffee and flavor were great, I got a lavender honey latte! They made the drink so fast too which was a plus! Also the pricing was very fair, it's a good price for the big size! The outside also had some seating and lots of parking by the garden store.

I stopped by the stand coffee shop when I was on my way back from the Gilbert farmers market. They have a great selection of coffees but what really got my attention was their fall specials. It was difficult making a decision but I settled on one of their fall specials; banana bread. This coffee is featured to be served cold but it was raining so I opted for it hot. I asked for it to be made 1/2 sweet and to use almond milk vs dairy. My coffee tasted perfect! Plenty of flavor and it felt great sipping it while it rained. A huge thank you to the ladies who served me! I will be back to try the other fall specials!

Hate to make this review but unfortunately there is only one person there who is rude ... not sure what happened for her to be this way but every time I go order is wrong ... and I know it's intentional.. I have never done anything but it's only her and she always messes up my order love everyone else and the coffee but this service from her is not it the one in the middle to be exact

New fix in town! After seeing this pop up last week, my interest was piqued. This new coffee truck is on the A&P Nursery parking lot (east-end of the lot) and has seating available. Their menus are along the front of the truck, and they have a fun seasonal menu for their non-coffees at the window. It's a husband and wife owned truck - they are incredibly sweet and helpful! They let me know they've been open for a few weeks. They also mentioned that their pastries are from Rise Up Bakery (a Gilbert favorite). I ordered an iced lavender latte with lavender cold foam and a cinnamon roll to go. I love anything lavender, so this was an easy love for me. The cinnamon roll was also very good and tender, I should have ordered another one! I love the seating outside, definitely a nice quiet spot in the morning. I'm happy to see more locally owned coffee places open up and happy to support them all!

I have been going to the Mesa Sunday market on Main Street the last few weeks and the highlight has been this truck every time. Their lattes are so unique and flavorful, I try and get a new flavor every time.

What a cute little coffee truck! The owners running it were so friendly and had some great recommendations. We got the seasonal special Black Magic (salted caramel and dark chocolate). AMAZING!! We also got a seasonal chai that's outstanding. If you're nearby you NEED to check them out for sure. Can't go wrong with- we will be back for sure!

Everything about it just feels right -- the vibe, the people, and especially the food. You can tell they actually care. The staff is super welcoming and generous, not in a forced way, just genuinely good energy from the second you walk in. Food-wise, they don't miss. The honeycomb with cream cheese inside is insane -- sweet, rich, and something you don't really see anywhere else. The Dubai chocolate latte is a must-try too, super smooth and indulgent without being over the top. The beef samosas are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the chocolate pistachio croissant is easily one of the best pastries I've had in a while. Honestly, every time I go I end up trying something new and it's always solid. You can tell they put real thought into everything they serve. Definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to.

My husband is a hot mocha guy. They have ice water at the front and in their spacious backyard seating area. It is a dog friendly destination. We enjoy seeing the wide variety of furry regulars. My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

I'm a big Cortado guy and they have one prominently on the menu. We've been here a few times and each time my wife's flavored latte is quite lovely, but would it be if it wasn't iced? The service is pleasant, the cafe itself is clean and cute, they have a restroom for patrons. But when it comes to pouring a Cortado, they don't know how to do it. It's just some steamed milk dumped on espresso in a paper cup. Any time a barista puts a cap on your cup (paper cups are generally a bad sign, but some are very good, but still not as good as glass cup poured versions) it's clear they intend to hide the lack of microfoam head, the art itself is how you build this drink. The pastries are great. I've wanted to like this place really because of the story, but if you're really into espresso there are so many better options than Cosita.
