Leave room for dessert, before you order. Happy Hour Monday through Friday 2-5 pm $1 off all beer, $2 off all wine & 25% off all appetizers. Peroni is $2.50 per bottle. Crostini changes with the season, but is always really good. The garlic parmesan fries are really not crack cocaine, but are as addictive. They have a membership program that gives you great value for your repeated patronage. With the better weather, the outdoor seating is a good option. Always great service;. The kitchen staff is fabulous. If you haven't tried it, you are really missing one of the best places to eat anywhere in Southern Idaho. Design your own meal - I think angel hair pasta with shrimp, sundried tomatoes, tossed with garlic & olive oil and topped with goat cheese is just about the most perfect thing to eat. Have it with a Cass Viognier and you will thank me.

Great little Italian restaurant with a few surprises! Food: 4.5/5. For an appetizer, we had the special which was friend Mac and cheese balls. I felt they were a little bland and could have used more of the sauce that was underneath. I got the baked tuscan penne, which was pretty good. I wish there were a few more tomatoes and artichoke hearts, but overall it satisfied by pasta craving. My husband had the Wagyu beef olive burger. The burger was amazing! The fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. I am still thinking about those fries. The complementary bread is delicious as well! Service: 5/5. The service was great. We got seated quickly and were constantly taken care of. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time as well. The waitress was friendly as well. Atmosphere: 4/5. The restaurant is fairly small so we ended up sitting outside. The outside patio is an interesting place to dine and can be a bit noisy being right on State Street. Kid Friendly: 4/5. Being such a small restaurant, I would not necessarily recommend this restaurant for kids. We did see some kids inside that had highchairs. There is a kids menu of pasta, pizza, and chicken nuggets. Overall, it's a cute, intimate restaurant with good food. Can't wait to try it another time!

We just found Idaho's best kept dining secret: The Stuffed Olive! Their menu has a broad range of specialty items ranging from pastas, meat and veggie lasagna, salmon, chicken, salads, sandwiches and much more. Their "Chef Specials" consist of tasty homemade appetizers; flatbread, crostini. For example an entree of brown butter and burrata gnocchi paired with a wonderful dessert of mini peaches and cream trifle. The food is amazing, hats off to the chef Liz Martin. The service was also amazing. Our server Lexi was friendly, professional and very attentive. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the ambiance. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. We will definitely be back.

Service was decent, the restaurant is cute and cozy. I love that they give you bread upon sitting down and offer to get you more when you run out. I did not like my food however, it was very bland and did not have much flavor, I also ordered tiramisu and it appeared to just be lady fingers with whipped cream on top. Not good at all and very crunchy. Glad I tried this place but I will most likely not be back a second time.

If you're looking for a good sandwich with soup combo and are in the Eagle area, I highly recommend The Stuffed Olive's Turkey, Bacon & Avocado with a cup of their signature Creamy Fire Roasted Tomato Soup ($16). It's my go to take out lunch order from this restaurant. Turkey Bacon Avocado Hand-sliced smoked turkey breast topped with crispy bacon, avocado, spinach, tomato, melted cheese, and housemade dijonnaise on a toasted baguette. $14 Creamy Fire Roasted Tomato Soup Our signature soup made in-house daily featuring roasted tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and cream. (*gf without croutons) $6 / $10 I like that even when you get a take-out order, they still give you the fresh-baked bread and olive oil that would have been served if you had dined in.

I loved the stuffed olive! A great casual spot if you're in the mood for some Italian. I built my own pasta which was absolutely delicious! Don't know where else you can do that. Service was great, a very cute restaurant.

A reservation was made and we made our way in Saturday to celebrate. My husband and I were late arriving cause of work. But my family and friends got drinks and apps started. I wasn't expecting them to wait but I'm happy that they did! The drinks and apps kept them at bay till we arrived. The venue is stunning! I love the decor here. I have always been intrigued with European vintage decor and this restaurant is beautifully devoted decorated with this kind of esthetic. Such a romantic setting. The rich deep red wall. The ornate vintage frames. The plants. It's truly a beautiful set up. After my husband and I got settled in and drinks ordered, we got dinner placed. I got 2 orders of meatballs and my husband got the seafood pasta. While food was being worked on, everyone shared the bread and balsamic olive oil dip that was on the table. I heard the bread was good. I didn't get a chance to try it since it was communal. Our meals were slowly trickling out. My meatballs looked amazing! My husband's plate looked fabulous. You can see the shrimp, mussels, clams.... We all became quiet and started on our meals. My meatballs were huge! I have had meatballs at other restaurants and have been hungry still. The size of these babies let me know I was not going to have that issue. It was nicely covered in marinara. A hearty covering of parmesan. Everything about the meatballs were great! I have severe fomo so of course I had to try my husband's plate. I tried a couple of his penne. I was really thrown back at the heat of the sauce. I tried another bite and it was still spicy. The spice was something neither one of us were expecting. Before I say anything to our server, I did look over the menu to see if we missed anything in the description of the dish. No chili was listed. Nothing about it being garnished with chili flakes. From reading the menu, no spice was described in the dish. My husband has a real sensitive pallet so I asked the manager/owner why spice wasn't indicted in the menu. We wouldn't have ordered it if there was. The manager said they can remove the sauce and add new sauce that didn't have chili flakes in it. "It would make it less spicy." I was actually surprised he didn't suggest a new dish that didn't have heat in it. We were complaining about the heat and I honestly don't think replacing sauce that has spice in it with new sauce with spice will do anything.... but hey, we went with it. The second dish was made and dropped off. Unfortunately, the sauce was still spicy and my husband could barely eat it. He ate the seafood which was a few pieces of shrimp, clams, bay scallops, mussels and fish. This dish was drowned in this sauce so there was no way to eat the seafood with the sauce. This dish is 34 bucks and my husband could barely finish the seafood. Our server was kind and got me birthday dessert. The chocolate cake was killer good! It wasn't overly sweet. The frosting was rich in chocolate and the cake was super moist. I only took a couple bites and took the rest home. I was not going to leave this bad boy behind. We spent a little over 70 dollars on dinner to have my husband leave hungry. I came home and made him a second dinner. Nothing more disappointing than spending that much money just to come home and eat again. Money is tight for everyone so the fact that we chose to come here and spend our heard earned money to have my husband hungry just makes my heart sad. Overall, my meatballs and cake were good. Service was great. The venue is very pretty. But, having my husband eat a meal that was poorly described in the menu is just disappointing and having him leave husband is upsetting. I'm happy I got to try it out but I don't think we will be hitting up this joint again any time soon.

The last time I ate here, I really enjoyed our meal so I knew I was in store for a good lunch. I arrived first. I hung out for a bit. Raylyn (sp) greeted me and asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I had a flavored water so I content for the moment. My friend finally showed up shortly after. We got started on the foccacia bread and olive oil/balsamic dip. The bread was good but it wasn't warm like the previous time. It was nicely seasoned and buttery on top. The olive oil/balsamic dip is so good with it! We breezed over the menu while we were enjoying the bread. Raylyn came and took our order. We ordered some fried mozzarella to share. For lunch I got a side of meatballs and my friend got the chicken parm on pasta with a side salad. The fried mozzarella was so good! The piece of mozzarella that was fried was so thick! I had a fourth of one of the cheesesticks. I didn't want to get too full when I still had meatballs coming. My meatballs were so good! It was generously covered in their marinara sauce. It was rich in tomato with a slight heat to it, so good! My friend's chicken parm pasta was a generous portion! I probably could have made 3 meals off of his plate. He enjoyed the chicken of course and had some of the pasta. We couldn't end lunch without some birthday dessert so my friend got some cannolis started. This is my first time trying a cannoli and woooooow! It was so good! The cream in the middle had a orange flavor to it with some chocolate chips. The exterior of the cannoli was crunchy and sweet. The ends were dipped in semi sweet chocolate and was so good! I probably could have polished 2 more but I was so full from lunch. Next time I'm going to just have the bread and cannolis. That dessert was perfection. Lunch was fabulous today. Our food and dessert were divine. Raylyn did a marvelous job taking care of us! She was kind, attentive and is great at customer service. I can't stop thinking of those cannolis and I look forward to coming back soon to have some more!

That is a good thing for the new young owners who bought this business. Whether the former owners are still involved in any way, I do not know except to say they were seen dining in there on at least one occasion since the change happened. Since there are enough of us who had all around miserable experiences with the previous owners and said "never again", this comment is for others know that now is the time to come back. The ownership transition seems to have happened sometime after November of last year. If you check the website you'll see the "about" part of it is still about Vincenzo. I recommend the new owners change that to indicate this young couple is now at the helm. The menu, largely pasta, is about the same and with price points running from roughly $23 to $27 for them. Antipasti (cold and hot) start at about $13 for a salad to $23 for fried calamari and shrimp. The owner mentions that they plan to put the pizza oven in the space (see my long ago taken photo) to work as a pizza oven. (To now in the old ownership days it was used to finish bread.) Additions are also planned for for the menu. You will still need a reservation. The access problems from before are the same now. But the entire vibe of the place under the new ownership clearly including a skilled chef, will refresh your appetite to eat at this trattoria if it was ruined by the previous owners.

She was drawn to this location not only due the reviews but that they had the option of accommodating those with dietary restrictions. We were all excited to be there for the food but to also celebrate her. Booking the tables was quite an ordeal, but we managed. As she did not find out until later in the day, she would not have been able to provide adequate time to contact them to let them now of the changes. I do want to share that overall, the experience was fantastic. Justin was a great server and the food and drinks were delicious. We did not get pictures of everything, but we ordered the following: Bucatini alle Vongole, Rigatoni, Blood Orange Bellini, (non-alcoholic) Limoncello Spritz, Lemon-Raspberry Tiramisu, and Pistachio Florentine Cannoli. I checked in with the others in our party, and they also indicated that the food was fantastic and the service wonderful. The concern we had was how some of our party was treated. This occurred on the evening on Friday, May 8, 2026. As mentioned, two members of her family elected not to join at the last minute. My friend and her wife relayed this to the hostess. My friend offered to try to squeeze into the booth with her other family members. The hostess then looked her and her family members up and down (with her face distorted in judgement), and said "you can try." My friend and her wife elected to sit at another table with two of her friends leaving the other table that had been reserved available (which was filled within 20 minutes by another party). This hostess then went over to the table where my friend is sitting and places her hand on the table, but I could not discern what was said. I find that type of behavior abhorrent. It is not only distasteful, but also makes patrons wonder if that is how this restaurant, this business, is run. If she is the first person you encounter, the face of this restaurant, the first impression - it does not bode well. There are some that may read this and think I am exaggerating, but I did note earlier, that the rest of our service was wonderful and the food divine. I do hope that whoever at the restaurant does monitor these reviews, really takes this feedback into consideration as I am sure that they do not want to be known as a space that shames patrons.
