Eggs Benedict is super yummy, but when you steal a bite (or two) of your wife's 50% beef/50% ground bacon with bacon on top breakfast burger and "accidentally" dip it in the hollandaise, prepare quickly for nirvana and a blissful nap. Food was pretty good but the mimosas and bloody Mary's are possibly the worst drinks I've ever had. The mimosas Had the worst orange juice I have ever tasted and hardly any of the worst champagne I've ever seen. If they just charged more money and put better ingredients they would have some thing. Yes four stars for this dive, the interior is nothing to write home about, the rear outside area looked very nice but it was too cold to sit there (we stopped for breakfast). This is a great place to get a quick bite, that has good basic cooking at its best for a great price. A true piece of "Americana". This place is tops on our list from our first trip to Marathon, FL. We had 7 people on our first visit and it was all great. I had Pig Slopper. 2nd trip was just as good for our group of 4. I had the seafood omelet and shared a waffle. Very cool eclectic place. Convenient location but doesn't seem good for tiki-style cafe but they pull it off and make it cozy. I was really wanting to like this place. First, it's a cash business--which reminds me of the series "Ozark". There is an ATM and I'm sure they are charging fees. I ordered a seafood omelet and held the cheese which I think smothers the flavour of the seafood. My husband ordered a pork sandwich and seemed happy enough. My omelet was fine from the egg standpoint. The "seafood" in there was, shall we say, well aged. It was shredded beyond recognition except one tiny shrimp that looked like it was sourced from outside the country. Mind you, the place is 1.2 blocks from Keys Fisheries. I really enjoy coming here for breakfast when in town. The pancakes are my favorite and the breakfast croissant is always good. There is usually a wait, but it doesn't take too too long. The place is really small so I understand. They also do have an outside patio where you can eat, but in the summer, it's killer. This is a usual breakfast spot for us when we are in town. read more

If you come here, just know that it's gonna take awhile, but it's a nice location. Side Note- try not to be seated by the tables closest to the road. This was our first time eating here. We loved it here. They were so friendly and sat us quickly. They don't accept credit cards. The food was great. I loved the way that it was decorated with pigs. I ordered their shrimp and grits supposedly a very popular item, might consider changing the name to oatmeal and sand shrimp. The worst grits I have ever had in my entire life. With a simple sprinkle of cheese on top. I had to pour hot sauce from one side of my plate to the next just to absorb the terrible tasting shrimp. If that wasn't the icing on the cake I went to look at my bill and I had to fork out 75 dollars for this meal. This is the last time I will be at this place and I hope others don't get lured into the hype of a dive diner. Because this is not what your looking for. Mimosa, Bloody Mary, Chocolate Milk anyone? What a great way to start out a leisurely day in the Keys! Upon arrival at the Stuffed Pig, the parking lot was completely full indicative of a good restaurant, so we easily parked across the street and walked. We sat in the garden patio and enjoyed the shade and ambience of the morning crowd. We were quickly asked for our drink order and requested a mimosa, bloody mary and chocolate milk, all of which were great. My son had a waffle (his fave), my fiancé a lobster omelette (mmm, yum) and I had grits, bacon and a biscuit. The food was very enjoyable and the atmosphere leisurely. The staff stayed on top of things, as all of the servers helped each other out which made for a pleasant experience and better service. Skip this place. The service is non existent. My husband and I stop there on a Sunday and it took us 30 minutes for us to get our food. There was a good amount of patrons however they where far from swamped. The waitress that delivered our coffee dumped her tray over on top of my husband dropping coffee on his arm and she was completely oblivious. The waitress that took our order seemed like she just hated life. Her opening line was, "do you still need a minute," uh no, we've had about 20 minutes to read a breakfast menu. The name suits the place and the way it makes you feel when you leave. We stopped in on our way to Key West. We just used Yelp to find a place, first stopped at the Wooden Spoon but that place is small and everyone was waiting on food. We settled on this place. We opted for the outdoor seating b/c it wasn't terribly warm on our visit. They seated us promptly and before we could sit down, they took our drink order. The food order/delivery did take a little bit longer though but the wait wasn't terribly long. We had the apple cinnamon pancakes, banana bread (yes, it was banana bread) French toast, and the barnyard brunch. Everything was plentiful, delicious, and we waddled out of that place. Side note ~ we saw 2 people break the chairs. I understand the concept of plastic patio chairs but the gravel & plastic isn't suitable for everyone. D bated breakfast and the lobster Benedict but decides to try the 50/50 burger with bacon eggs in a brioche bun and home fries and the barbecue pork sandwich with sweet potatoes fries. The brioche bun was nice and toasty, the 50/50 patty was a little greasy. The whole plate was a little greasy for me but the taste was good. The barbecue pork sandwich was loaded with nice shreds of pork! Sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. Taste was pretty good. Overall a nice place to dine.
