06/27/2020 - We were coming back from a walk by the beach when my husband suggested to stop here and get a cup of coffee or a smoothie. I loved the vintage look and the outdoor seating area. We ordered one of their smoothies and I must say that the girl who work there (I'm not sure if she was the owner or an employee) had such a bad attitude. We waited a few minutes for our order and then asked her how long it would be. She said it may take a while and again was extremely unpleasant, so we just canceled our order and left. Usually I don't mind waiting but she was so rude and her attitude was bad, we felt like we are just bothering her by placing a simple order. we will take our business elsewhere.

A nice coffee place near the beach. The mocha was good however it could have been hotter. I asked for almond mile ams it had regular milk (I had already driven away so I couldn't do anything about it. The oatmeal was half full. Skimpy for $7.

Super cute airstream bus on W. Channel Road in Santa Monica opposite the Golden Bull Restaurant before you hit the PCH. Nice for quick coffee or sandwich. They also do fresh smoothies and some other healthy options. It's a new location, and needed since they mostly only have full restaurants that serve dinner on the street so if you just wanted something small or quick for breakfast or lunch option. They are open 7am to 4pm Tuesday to Friday, 7:30pm to 4pm Sat/Sun, but closed on Mondays. They have a few chairs and umbrellas for some outside seating. Better for quick grab and go on the way to the beach. I had their avocado toast with chili flakes! Ran me about $10, single slice of toast. The avocado was fresh and good. Will be back to try one of the fresh smoothies that they have. They also have vegan and gluten free pastries and healthy options. The line was a little long and the wait when I went but that was because they only had one person doing everything. Need at least two people to manage orders and make the food etc. It was a Saturday so maybe that's why. But will be back!

A nice little spot for a good Verve coffee and a hummus bowl (so good that we didn't have time to take a picture!). They do use good quality products so everything is delicious and fresh. After our Sunday afternoon treat, we walked around the patio to see cool furniture, antiques, and art. I will be back soon.

I am blessed to have found this place. I ordered a golden latte and acai bowl. I will be back this week to try a smoothie and panini. Secret spot. So good. Part of an amazing group of artists and individuals who have amazing art, furniture and fashion available. All locally made. Support these beautiful people.

Lovely place!! Delicious food! Best avocado toast I've ever had!! My only complaint is the menu is quite small and it takes a while to get the food. Other than that I love the disposable plates and straws and it's super cute!!

They had like 6 bar seats available too so it was pretty irritating that you couldn't just walk in and find a seat at the bar. First I ordered fresh squeezed orange juice and it was the best I've had in years. I also ordered the Blackstone, which was the best eggs benny that I've ever had. This is my favorite brunch item and I've had it at just about every LA establishment. This one is truly up there. The bar area is a bit of a disaster. Dishes being cleaned by the same people making drinks. Dirty sponges. Freshly made drinks near used drinks. It's absolutely disgusting and couldn't possibly be up to code. Hopefully they find a better system. TIP: Free parking with validation

I used to go to the location on Montana back in the day, and this is my first time visiting their downtown SM location! Food, as I remember, was very delicious with great variety and care put in for each dish! The waiter was also extremely accommodating of my many allergies and would often ask the kitchen if the items I ordered were free from my allergens or modified it too! I do miss their cafe menu with the sandwiches and soup specials, but all of their food is just as great quality as I remember! The renovation is beautiful too, very trendy!

A little on the watery side. Chicken bites came out in about 15 minutes. The coating had a very satisfying crunch, very saucy, but fell off the chicken easily and was a bit salty. This is a messy dish for sure. You will get your hands dirty! Chorizo Benedict came out about 30 minutes after order. Not great honestly. Portion size was generous. The eggs were poached decently, still runny, but the chorizo itself was bland and rather dry. The potatoes were room temperature. The bread a bit too chewy. Not AT ALL spicy. Super light on the pico de gallo. The service was rather slow for not being very busy. They didn't appear to be understaffed either. The location itself is cozy and not too loud, which is nice! Short walk from down town. The staff was kind, but boy were they slow. From being seated to paying for my meal was well over an hour! Automatic 2.5% "service fee" total was $46.50 before tip. I don't think I'll be returning unfortunately. The search for a good Benedict in LA area continues!

This place is charming and we got sat indoors overlooking the pool. It really felt like I was in another city somewhere. The servers and hosts were very attentive and very helpful answering any questions. Everything everyone ate look absolutely fantastic. Drinks: sunset spritz was a wonderful spin on the classic aperol but it had Vodka in it so it gave it an extra kick, but did not taste boozy. I also had the cucumber marg and our server asked me if I would like some Jalapeno slices in it and it really elevated the whole experience. Apps: the PEI mussels were beautifully arranged and the curry sauce that it in was very flavorful. I highly recommend this as a starter. The steak tartar was a whole show, the server walked out with a glass case that was ultra smoky, which they opened in front of you. It was a dinner and a show!! The tartar was very delicious. If you're a tartar fan, you have to get this. Wedge salad deserves it's only paragraph! It was huge, the pecans were a nice touch. I am not a fan of blue cheese dressing but it was not at all over powering. It was absolutely incredible. Mains: we ordered the branzino and these short ribs and both were cooked to perfection. The branzino had a perfect char to the skin and the server recommended the short ribs with mashed potatoes versus what it comes with which was shave carrots. The majority of the food and drinks were on special that ended 6 p m. If you do go I highly recommend going before 6. You can also valet your car and it's also discounted if you're there 2 hours or less. I will absolutely be coming back for happy hour again. Maybe even brunch!
