We were looking for a salad and soup place and ended up here when searching up salad reviews in the area. The owner of the restaurant was extremely friendly and offered free samples of the drinks. The decor of the place was very upbeat and it was spacious enough for several large groups. The menu included a number of delicious salads and soups and we wanted to try them all! I got the Baja salad and my mom got the Waldorf salad. The Baja salad had a nice crunch and spice to it. The lemonade was refreshing and perfect for a hot day. I would have loved to give a higher score but I just can't do it. The food is good but it takes way to long to get your food. The first visit it took over 40 minutes for our food to be ready. The 2nd visit we ordered online and it said it would be ready in 40 minutes we arrived 43 minutes later and 1 order was ready 2nd order was not. I ordered the Cobb salad and when I got home was sad to see there was no hard boiled egg. Had to add my own. My friend paid for extra feta cheese and there was not extra. Like I said the taste and freshness is good but you need to have a lot of time to wait for a salad and you need to triple check your salad has all of the ingredients that it comes with. The first time I waited almost an hour for 2 salads and no one was there! Why did I try it again? The friendly people working there, owners, and I love small businesses. I myself worked in a restaurant for years and know the struggle to get things started. Today we ordered through Door Dash and the order was made and delivered within an hour, not 2 hours as before. The tofu was so good and much better than before!! One time I ordered the baked potato which was like 3 potatoes!! It was so good with everything on it!! The gentleman, I believe his name was Rich (the owner) still took time to go over the menu and offered us a beverage while we waited.
