When my husband got home with the sandwich I noticed the mushrooms were missing and there were no peppers. I was connected with Humberto and I have to say -- he was wonderful. I explained the situation calmly, let him know this was more of a teaching moment than a complaint, and he handled it with such genuine kindness and professionalism. It's so refreshing to have customer service again and to actually have a manager reach out to see how they can improve. I love this. I came back and got another Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and a gyro pita. The service was MUCH better this time !!! The gyro was delicious and fresh and definitely filling.
