I have always found the staff, friendly and helpful. A year ago, I decided to move to Palm Desert and and continued my Residential Interior Design here. I've been to the store a few times. I am not sure what is happening at this location, "Palm Desert CA " , but the staff looks extremely unhappy. specifically one gentleman who calls himself the store manager but he is not. I have seen him picking fights with different clients almost every time I go there. I have tried to strike a friendly note with him, trying to calm him down. At one occasion, out loud, he was telling a client that his job is what people call "choose wisely" at the beginning of ones career. Once he was staring down at a client to a point where the lady started yelling " Are you staring me down? may I talk to your manager?" With a great attitude, he responded, "you are talking to him." Long story short, last time I was there I was doing heavy shopping for a 85 year-old woman. Nothing big knickknacks and kitchen items and Home Staples. I was doing a small project for her here at the desert. she has various ailments and I had to be careful choosing the right products for her, which is light enough and easy to operate. Thus it took me over two hours in the store to do selection of various items.. I think that had raised a red flag with the staff. I was treated so poorly there. I had over five workers approaching me and asking " can we help you with something? it seems you've been here for a long time . Every time I would respond, yes I am buying for a client. I need to make the right selections for to clients situation. Sorry this takes time. I do understand store security is important and shrinkage is a problem, but not everybody is a thief . I do believe I dress up nicely and present present not like a bum, so not sure what the issue was ? At the end, yes, the same man approached me aggressively with the same question. May we hrlp you? You have been here for a long time . I broke out in anger, saying "is there a problem sir? " I'm buying over $800 worth of products here. Nevertheless, I was followed by him until I went to the checkpoint and paid for the products and left the building. Funny enough, he knows me from previous purchases from him, which always has been over five to $600. I tried to make a complaint to their head offices. I got a email saying that my concern has been sent to the store manager Jennifer Martinez and she will get back with me shortly . This was a month ago and no one did. again, it's a pity. I love the store and most probably I will be shopping at their other locations, but this one definitely has some major staff issues . I will not be returning there. Who would like to be treated like that?......

    Customer service is A1 !…read more Went in to find a face steamer (I was feeling extra that day) and the employee who helped me took his time like so did to find the correct one. Came in another day looking for a bedspread and 3 employees came over and also looked in the back to find the one I was looking for. Nice and clean store, never out of anything when I come searching for it and COUPONS! I love those ! All employees wear masks and encourage social distancing ! 10/10

    Never, Never, Never, Never, Never, use Bed Bath and Beyond I…read morepurchased 4 chairs from them 6 weeks ago. Two chairs were delivered and they were wrong, the quantity was off because the chairs were sold as sets of two with each box containing 1 chair and I only received 2 boxes. The chairs were wrong so I called the customer service and mentioned the incorrect chair fabric and quantity, I sent pictures of the chairs and in the boxes, and sent them to verify everything. The representative verified the incorrect amount and had concerns that any additional chairs would also have the wrong fabric as well and promised she would check into it and call me back. Instead I received four pick-up shipping labels ( remember I only have 2 boxes). I called back and verified that they do not have the correct chairs and requested 2 shipping labels so I could drop them off at UPS, which I did. Ok this should be the end of the story, but know that's the beginning, I need to shorten the next month of hell with customer service to this. Remember they sent me the pick-up slips, it just happens that I ordered the correct chairs from amazon and they never arrived, after many phone calls and investigations I found that FedEx picked up the chairs right after Amazon dropped them off. Ok it gets worse, I can see through tracking that the chairs are in a warehouse in LA however numerous phone calls and emails with customer service over three weeks were required for them to recognize that and an additional week for a contact number so I can dive 1 hour away to get them. When I contacted the warehouse they had already sold one of the chairs to someone else. BBB says its Amazons Problem and thats were I'm at now.

    I had purchased a gas log set for use in my fireplace which had a gas line which hadn't been used…read morein at least 12 years. I contacted All Valley. Leland, who was very courteous and professional, explained pricing and I set an appointment. Tristan came out to install the logs and gas line. I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Most importantly, I had confidence that the set-up would be safe.

I drove Leland up the wall w ideas and questions. He patiently walked me through and helped me make a great decision - Fire Magic. His prices are as competitive as you get. I researched. Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!
