I often visit them for gifts or when I have visitors in town to get a nice line up of local Phoenix/Arizona artisan offerings. It's not big by any means, but they pack a lot of quality items into it's small footprint. They've evolved a lot of the years from a honor type system with smaller offerings, to a staffed and larger selection of goods. They are consistently open, which is great because a lot of the store in Agritopia are hit or miss, and the Farm Store never lets me down! Their prices do to be expected for such a curated store, but not much more than what equivalent items would be priced. It's a great stop if you're looking for a souvenir, gift, want to treat yourself or just want to support local!

Air Guitar is in the same plaza, and I had been in once before and enjoyed a delicious sandwich. We had also seen on Instagram that Air Guitar sells big chocolate chip cookies from Urban Cookie, which was probably the deciding factor. We both got the breakfast sandwich, mine with the standard croissant waffle, and my friend's with an everything bagel. It was delicious with the egg, bacon, and cheese. The croissant added a sweetness to it, so I think I'll try it with a bagel next time. The cookie was warm and a bit over-baked, so it didn't have a gooey center as expected. Taste was pretty good though. There was a long table inside by the windows, but it was almost full from a large group watching the World Cup match and we didn't want to intrude. We stood off to the side to eat while watching the match too. One of the guys was so nice and offered us a couple of open seats. There were 15 minutes left in the match, so we stayed. It was so fun, especially with everyone dressed in USA gear and cheering. I never would've even thought to watch sports here, and now I might consider it for future games! On my most recent visit, Michael Ray provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the produce department, including delivery schedules for seasonal items, and was familiar with products throughout the store. When I asked for help picking out a watermelon for a party, he didn't just point me in the right direction--he took the time to dig through the display to find the biggest and best one. It was a huge hit with everyone, and I truly appreciated the extra effort he put into making sure I left with exactly what I needed. Michael Ray has been a wonderful addition to an already outstanding staff. Employees like him are the reason customers continue to come back year after year. His knowledge, willingness to help, and genuine commitment to customer service reflect the values that make Superstition Ranch Market such a special place to shop. They shuck and put them on ice for you and you can't beat the value. You can also get a one topping pizza for $12, and family pack tiramisu and tres leche cakes for $10. I also love their smoked salmon and the brisket @ the self serve smokehouse hot bar for only $14.99/lb. I love that I can pick out the pieces I want and where can you get briskets for that price? I always feel good buying food here due to their high standards and the convenience.

While they ended up "fixing the issue", there was no apologies, remorse for the unnecessary experience, treatment, or literally ignoring me for weeks using the sole method of communication (email for gift card support- went wholly unanswered). The gentleman on the phone literally just got off the phone with your company and they told him to have me email you all. I am extremely frustrated at the horrible and disappointing customer service where they should have just issued me a new gift card in store. I left all of my groceries there and spent way too much time in that store that was completely unnecessary. That was after three people tried to help and told me that the guy I just talked to who talked to your phone reps said he could help me. There were a couple things I forgot to look for but the main issue is that the prices have gone up so much in the past three or four years since the last time I was in one that there was nothing I needed enough to spend that much more on it. Not their fault, everybody's prices have gone way up. If I'd seen something on sale that I needed I might have gotten it though . Part of the reason for coming here was that I saw somebody carrying one of their cute tote bags and it made me want to get one. I ended up getting two because the little elephant one was so cute. Their clearance rack had real good prices at half off so I got some sprouted whole-grain bread, some sour cream and some organic tortillas from there. I had to buy a bag of Basil just because it smells so good. I got some of their bulk ranch seasoning to go with the sour cream and one of those lavender sporks for three dollars, remembering that just a couple years ago they used to be $2. Ultimately I was happy with what I ended up with. And I have to say, when I smelled the wonderful aroma before I even walked into the store, I had that familiar feeling of being home because it smells like the other stores I had been to, the comforting aroma of herbs and spices and essential oils all mixed together.
