often visiting this place,found similar things all the time.why all the ppl/customers want great greetings and broad smile when there is girl want a bgright smile and chit chat like they cant ask each and every customers hi,how are you whats going on ?they simply cant.they are taking care of more than 200+ customers in 8hours with diff diff serivices,guiding and helping them who does not some technical or phone related things. and that was the thing for service industry. notices some common issues like customer saying them you're on service industry so you have to do that and do this "in short most of the services for FREE ",why for FREE ? As they are on service industry they are not paying monthly rent to landlord ?not paying tax to government ? employees are working for free? as this is the service industry ? no, they have their home and family too. one recent review says they are running to close the store on TIme ,what is wrong on that ?if they are opening the store on time,they have right to close it on sharp 4:00pm too. cutomers express obligation when store not open at 8:00am,so the Person who works on service industry they have their own rights too.thwy can close on time,anyway they are always taking customers till 4:10 or always their for minimum extra 10 to 15 mins. Their is a meaning of store open and close time,if ppl or customers says they are rushing on weekend for amazon return on closing time as their amazon closing window is getting close ,they have to wake their self little up early The employees have family and work to do on weekends so they can get out sharp 4:00 pm and close the store and get their work done or spend time with near and dear one. UPS store on bartlett have all Idian wokers if you really wanna see and check the real meaning of attitude visit the places where no single Indian employee. minimum 2 to 3 cutomers/ppl visit this place who just verbally abuse without any reason,as they are indian values workers so tolerating this kind of behavior. I would like to mention the Workers who works in service industry they equally have all the rights and respect to deserve as they are serving the services we desire !! I have been reading similar posts for this location and have never had any issues with Ryan and Chris the managers they always go above and beyond to help me; they even entertain my children so I can focus on my errands in the store. I've only needed to come here when I already have pre-paid packaged to drop off, but I always have to wait in line for a receipt. Perhaps they just are not that busy other times I go, so they only staff one person at the front, but the majority of the time I have been in here there has only been 1 person at the checkout working as fast as they can to help us all in line. They are always courteous, and they even put out treats at the checkout counter. I drop off my box with them, and get a printed out receipt, then I am on my merry way! Whilst I was waiting in line, I did notice they sell different cards for different occasions on little spin wheel displays, didn't need one at the time but it was entertaining to spin & scope out their selection. They also have a display of the different size boxes stacked on on top of the next, as you can see in my picture. It is basically a floor-to-ceiling display to assist you in visualizing exactly the type you'd need with no confusion! Overall it's a decent store. Nice staff, clean facility, conveniently located in this little strip mall next to Dunkin Donuts, and must keep busy, because I do always have to wait in line of at least a few people. No biggie though, I shall return here with my UPS shipping needs. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!! if there was a negative star, that would be the rating. The woman that owns this place and runs the UPS in Bartlett is rudest,down right mean and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in customer service. If you could even call it that. I cannot believe she is the face of a UPS establishment. There has been many complaints to corporate ups. She is literally known through bartlett for being unbelievably rude and won't take peoples packages, screams,swears, and yells at customers, kicks them out for no reason, yells and screams at kids if they make a peep or touch a card and if you dare to ask her a question she you will snap on you!" like can I have a piece of tape"? Also, a lot of her packages go missing. There is a lot of fraud going on here and it will take you 2-4 weeks to get your refund from Amazon sometimes you actually never get a refund because the package never makes it there. I know many people that will NOT step foot in this ups store in Bartlett Anymore. Pepole now go out of their way to Kohl's or Amazon fresh to not deal with this aggressive mean angry human so called owner. If you go to Kohl's or Amazon fresh, you will get a refund instantly. there is some shady stuff going on here.. this place needs to be investigated. horrible reputation for UPS. read more

I ship packages here a couple times a week, and have always had great service. It's a shame that the only people who feel the need to voice their opinion are the ones who didn't have a great experience. But I can only speak for myself, and the owner and some employees know me by name, and have been very pleasant and helpful, no matter what I need to ship. While a lot of my business is just dropping packages off, they have me in and out quickly, and are always there when I need them. And the times it's been busy, I've always seen them provide that same level of service to other customers - even if they don't deserve it. I've seen them go out of their way to repackage fragile items that the customer didn't pack properly, and have kept their cool and tried their best to provide solutions to customers who aren't happy with how things need to be shipped or what they cost (something out of control of the employees). I really wish anyone who hasn't had this level of service would give them another shot, they deserve it! read more

Extremely helpful. UPS has a lot of rules when receiving packages and that is out of the stores control, but they really helped me out when picking up a monitor screen. It was under my grandmas name and she was in the car, however I went into the store. They explained that she needed to pickup the package herself especially because it is a computer item, but once I explained that she has medical issues getting in and out of the car, they let me pick it up for her by letting me show them her ID and my ID. They were extremely helpful and met the needs for my specific situation. I gained some knowledge and left UPS day as a happy customer, and my grandma was very pleased as well. Keep up the good work guys! Great customer service and I highly recommend it. For the other reviews I see, if you have a problem just speak to them about it. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The lady who identified herself as the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional in her communication. Her tone was negative and unhelpful, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I have heard similar feedback from others before, and unfortunately, I experienced the same behavior firsthand today. She refused to accept my package and walked away without offering any explanation or assistance. During the interaction, I was also asked to leave the store. If this kind of attitude continues, it may drive customers away and negatively impact the business. Excellent customer service! I went in with my daughter to get a banner and handouts made for her first show at a craft fair. Ryan was super helpful with everything and the banners and handouts he designed turned out awesome!!! Every time I've come in, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They work quickly and accurately. I'm happy to go back when it's the time for additional printing! They definitely know their stuff regarding printing when you walk in you see six giant printers and they make sure your not overwhelmed from design to completion. Ryan and Chris made my life easier. I arrived at the Bartlett UPS store last Wednesday at 6:36 pm with a bunch of presents that I needed shipped to WI. I didn't realize that the store had closed at 6:30 pm. Ryan, the manager, graciously unlocked the door and let me in. He was very polite and packed all my presents into a large box, sealed it, labeled it and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. I really appreciated the kindness and great customer service I received. I will definitely bring my business here again. He also mentioned that he does custom graphic design. Okay first of all I have been coming here since I move to Bartlett a few years to do my shipping and my prepaid drop-offs. The staff is always great even though sometimes Ryan is super busy, so he keeps it short and sweet but always takes great care of me. It's like I have had tunnel vision because I never noticed all of their printers until I asked if they could an outdoor banner. Ryan designed a fairly simple 42in by 60in in less than an hour IN FULL COLOR vinyl for only $72.00! The store is busy most of the time and there are some new employees that need more training, but I definitely will return. read more

I have been shopping here since I moved to this area and this location by far has been the best UPS store I have shopped at. The manager Ryan is always courteous and professional and always takes great care of my needs on any given day. My experience has always been great and I use them for mhy printing and shipping. I have had nothing but great service and bargain prices. They are much more affordable than FedEx for sure. The UPS store on Bartlett Rd. in Bartlett couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly and informative. Siddhe and Johnny helped me pack and ship an extremely valuable art piece to an Auction House in Texas. Johnny made sure it was packed secure and Siddhe helped with deciding how and how much insurance to take out. The package arrived when promised. Siddhe even called me when the package was delivered. She knew how anxious I was about shipping the painting. They both went out of their way to calm my nerves. read more

I personally frequent this store multiple times a week and every time I am in there Ryan is right there behind the counter or at one of the five printers they have. He has been great to me and if you are looking for great customer service and quality work stop in this location and see what I am referring to. I was in need to print a PowerPoint presentation for a group. I called the store and asked them if they could take care of this. The associate was very friendly and he asked me when this needed to be done. I stated as soon as possible and he told me not to worry about this. He recommended binding the PowerPoint presentation, at first I was not sure if this would work but at the end they looked GREAT! I will definitely come back for more printing jobs. read more

I rarely rate or comment unless I've had a particularly good or bad experience but the folks here are great. I showed up 5 minutes after closing time once not even realizing it and they stayed open another 20 minutes for me once. They didn't give me a hard time what so ever. The owner siddhi is very RUDE & not HELPFUL at all. She even sent me a disturbing email using the UPS business email. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've sent it to corporate and is under investigation for sending racist remarks. There is so many UPS stores in the area. I use this location because it close to my house and the fact they always make sure my packages are delivered on time. The manager solved a problem with me over a claim because UPS corporate lost my package. The owner's wrote a check to cover the cost of shipping since the claim check only covered the product lost. read more
