I went earlier today to print a form and get a Live Scan done. The printing system seems easy and quick, but it wasn't reading my PDF. Dominic, the employee who helped me, tried emailing my PDF to 2 different emails and it eventually worked. He did this kindly and kept apologizing, but I was in no rush so it was okay. Then I got the live scan. He did it quickly and with ease. The store started getting busier and he constantly greeted people coming in to make sure they'd be taken care of. 5 stars for his customer service & kindness! This stores doors were open and the lights were on the open sign was still lit up and they wouldn't even scan my package because it was a few minutes past five saying that their systems are closed. This is a lie and I know it is cause I have a friend that works at another UPS store and says that they could've scanned it. Don't go to the store for anything. Waste of time waste of gas and the two little guys that were in there were rude I would advise everyone to drive to any other location than this one. This is how they treat customers and the UPS is OK with that I don't need to ship through UPS I can go through fed ex or any other company I definitely will not be coming back to the store. read more

Just came here and the girl working jessalyn, was so rude... didnt smile one time!!!! we came in 5 minutes before they closed and I get it people hate last minute customers but don't show it towards the customer she was rushing us so bad... I'm 9 months pregnant I don't wanna be rushed right now... that's the LAST thing I want... And to make me feel like im nothing.... her customer service was totally unacceptable.... And she is the reason I won't be returning..... then the other worker started pulling the shades down for their product and it almost made me go deaf!!! Today I went in to the store because I needed to print some paperwork and scan paper to email it out to someone. Sam helped me out and was extremely helpful and genuine. Even though it sounds easy to print and scan I had no idea how to do it. He walked me through it step by step and made sure he was available to answer any questions. I will definitely come back here for any printing or mailing needs. I'm a first time customer and I'm very impressed with the service I received . Bottom line: DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE. Whatever you do, DO NOT use it. US Postal Service, FedEx, even, for crying out loud, another UPS Store. Just not this one. I took in a package to UPS Store #5882 (Buena Park, CA) on Fri May 15 to be shipped across town, and I was promised delivery Mon May 18. I tracked it on Sat May 16 and found that it said "Incorrect address. Trying to verify address." But the tracking page said that the address was "intentionally left blank," making it impossible for me to find out what address the UPS store entered in. I called central UPS and found it nearly impossible to reach a live person (seems like that is the way with things nowadays); after 15 min I finally got through and they said they could not make the address change, because the local UPS store is an independently owned franchise and they block any address change. So I called the local UPS store Mon morning at around 9:30am. After being on hold for about 3 min, I was hung up on. I called again, and after 3 min of hold, I was hung up on again. So I drove to the local UPS store, only to find that it opens at 10am. So why couldn't they have had a message on their phone that the "store is now closed, business hours are ___"? Rather than hanging up on me? I went back home and waited until 10am, and called back. I asked them why they couldn't have a message saying the store hours on their phone, instead of hanging up on people, and they said they "have no control over that." I asked them to change the address, and they asserted that I signed off on the address label. I said indeed I did - but of note, I wrote the address in huge size, 10601, and they wrote down 1061 - and I take responsibility for that, but can you please change the address, and is there any way it can still be delivered today? (remember that it was only 10:00am when I called). No, they said, it will be going out tomorrow. Okay. Not exactly very helpful, but again, I take responsibility. When I later went to the tracking page, it said "address change requested." "Requested?!" Why couldn't it be "address change made"? As if they couldn't guarantee that it would be changed? The following day, Tues, there was no update on the tracking page; it still said "address change requested." So I called the local UPS store again to see if the change was made, and they could only tell me that it was "requested." I called the recipient, Laragen, later in the afternoon, and they said UPS had already come by for deliveries two times that day and they did not receive my package. They said that sometimes the UPS driver "finds" a package in his van and comes by late in the day to deliver it. I wondered aloud why, if UPS delivers to Laragen daily, the driver could not figure out from my address label, which said "Laragen," where it goes to, and that 1061 was a mistake for 10601? So I called the local UPS store again. Debra (who had been helping me, and incidentally I think it was her who wrote down the address wrong) said she was really busy and helping other customers but she would try to call the driver and call me back. After much time went by, I called her back, and she said she was still waiting on the driver. She finally called me back at 4:30pm and said she had finally reached the driver, and he found the package, and that it was going out "today." I said that Laragen closes down at 6pm so the UPS driver needs to get it there by then. She said if it didn't make it there, it would go out tomorrow (Wed). I said that was not acceptable, since I have DNA (nontoxic) samples in there and they would not last till Wed (5 days after sending out). I checked the tracking page later that night and it said "Sender requests delivery change." WHAT?! I never requested a delivery change, I requested that the driver delivers it to Laragen, ASAP! Later that night it said, "Sender requests delivery change/Delivery rescheduled". WHAT?! So on Wed, I tried calling central UPS and asking for a refund, but eventually gave up on trying to talk to a live person. I went to the Web chat, and got the virtual assistant (again no live person), who kindly instructed me to call the local UPS store to ask for a refund. So I called the local UPS store, and spoke with Debra, and said that I needed to get a refund, because it should have been delivered yesterday, my samples are no good anymore, and what did she say? "I'm not sure we can do that." "DO THAT"? I.e., "issue you a refund"?! I said, "Look, I paid you to deliver the package; you didn't deliver it; and now you are telling me I can't get a refund?!" She said, Well, I'll put in a request, but I'm pretty sure they're not going to grant it. Who's "they"? I asked. "Central UPS." Well, I told her, I spoke with them (Chat), and they said to call you if I wanted a refund. And now you're telling me you need to call them. "Look, you signed off on it," she kept accusing me. I went to drop off a package pretty late at night, shortly before closing. Calvin had answered the phone when I called and was very helpful. He was polite and was able to get me in and out quickly. My first and only experience was today when I went into the store to return two books to amazon. Parking was easy and close to the store. The store was not very busy, there was only one other person in the store. I was helped immediately. I already had my packing slip printed out and ready to go, but I did not tape shut the box or attach the packing slip to the box. Oh, the books were also in the box. My time spent in the store was no more than 2 minutes! The cashier scanned the slip I printed, gave me a receipt and took my box with the packing slip and did all the packing and attaching for me! Pretty solid. Definitely a quick & easy experience. It was close by & there is a drive thru Starbucks across the parking lot. read more

Very friendly, great service. I have a P.O. box with them, and I had payments that were overdue for months but they never hassled me about it. I explained my situation and they were very understanding, and told me not to worry about it. I order online a lot, so I have packages sent here quite often. At this store, a very pleasant, knowledgeable, caring lady named Debra B. was always willing to help customers. She makes sure that when you leave her store, you have a big smile on your face cause you are happy with the services she provides. She's like the Postmaster of this UPS Store. Went in today because of some documents I needed to get notarized and the 2 employees that were there, Pocholo and Dominique, were great! Not only was Pocholo prompt and courteous with the notary, he was also very professional. While I had my kids in tow, Dominique also took that extra step to be friendly with them even though he was busy. I was nervous having all my kids in the store running a muck but both employees were patient and even joked around with them in between the little time they had between tasks. I know now where to get my notary done with Pocholo and seeing how Dominique was working with the other customers, I'll be coming here for my shipping needs in the future. I had a tech task that needed to be done immediately. My tech savvy daughter would have found my predicament laughable. I didn't know where to start -- she wasn't around -- and she knows how uncomfortable I am revealing my inabilities to anyone. For example -- every year at tax time -- I to go Kinko's -- to make copies. A very simple task. But even though I've gone there for years -- each and every time I go -- it's like the movie "Groundhog Day." I always need help. And now -- because I was "between a rock and a hard place" time-wise -- needing help -- with apprehension -- I chose to go the UPS Store -- near the corner of Valley View and Lincoln. When I arrived and went inside, all of my anxieties quickly went away. After explaining what I was trying to achieve to the nice person at the front counter, others over-hearing the situation got involved. Within minutes -- without anyone rolling their eyes at me because of my ill-preparedness and lack of knowledge of how to help -- the job was done. They even walked me through the entire process. She's been there for as long as I can remember and is always pleasant. Everyone who works there are wonderful. They even come out to your car and carry your packages in to the store for you. Love sending my faxes through this store because the fax receipt shows the document sent in miniature form. First and foremost, the employees there are really friendly and helpful. It always helps when a staff is personable and willing to help answer all of your questions, no matter how dumb and insignificant you think they are. I've really come to find this store to be a one stop shop for doing a lot of my errands. On a recent visit I had to have something notarized, faxed and shipped and I also had a return to Victorias Secret that needed to be dropped off. And I saved some money too. The documents that needed to be shipped back had to be overnighted, but I was told that since it wasn't going too far, I could just ship it ground and have it arrive the next day anyway...and for considerably cheaper! Worst ever customer service i have seen in ups and in my life. I got e-mail notification from ups my choice that my parcel is ready for pickup at this sore. Actually i had hold my ups package at this store from my ups app. when i go there for pickup there was a mature lady short height who literally harassed me for my package. She behaved very rude and told me that my package is not there without even asking my name. How the hell she knew about package without even checking them and knowing about my name. She told me to go to ups hub. in the meantime when i was talking to her, i saw my package lying behind the counter. when i told her that my package is that , she got very mad and ignored me and got busy dealing other people. Then i called ups customer care and requested her to tell that lady about my package. Finally after waiting half an hour and going through lot of harassment i got my package. But had i not called customer care agent i was turned down by that lady. I WILL NEVER EVER HOLD MY PARCEL AGAIN AT THAT STORE. read more
